When they pick up your trash and recycling, they do not care if anything flys out and litters the street or yards.Edit to response- call your office directly and end up talking to the rudest answering service I have ever dealt with.

The closed lid policy is a joke. My recycling bin was at least 2 inches open. So now you cant take my recycling because of Covid-19? You walked up to my recycling bin. Then touch my recycling bin and put a green sticker on it?
Forgot to take the garbage out the Friday after labor day. Thought we had missed garbage day completely. Then I heard them today, which is Saturday and ran outside to notice they had already been down our road. The garbage man noticed me and took the time to come and grab our garbage. Great service! Very appreciative!
New rules imposed without disclosing to their customers. All of a sudden they don’t service “customer provided cans”, which is whatever, but because I had one sitting there, the drivers thought they might as well not pick up the can they provided either. There is only a contact number for dispatch, which the lady says she can only report it, but cannot do anything at all about it. Good for you guys, one less stop today!!!
They use to be pretty good service until the Covid19 crisis hit. Now they have a closed lid policy that they are religious about. When I say religious I mean plastic to plastic with nothing sticking out in any way including the leg of chewed stuffed animal. It has to be to the point where you cant even tell there is trash in cans. They leave a notice and then when you call to have them come back and pick it up they tell you it will be an additional charge. Sure, charge the refund I want for not picking it up.
Sitting in my home office this morning and I hear the trash truck coming. As I look out the window I notice my can accidentally topple over sending trash flying. Not only did the driver stop and pick up what was spilled but he got a broom and shovel and cleaned EVERYTHING up. Very impressive display of commitment to doing his job right. Huge shout out to the driver of truck 4005 in the Timbermist subdivision! (Jan 2, 2019)
I called to ask them to come back, I overslept and miss putting out my trash.The lady was very nice, I told her it was my fault. She said she would send him back.I thanked her and put a tip on the can for driver saying sorry .Then I get a phone call from J and M,a man on the phone proceeded to tell me I need to be out on time that Im picked up in the morning. I let him know that I knew it was my fault. I have never had a company call and scold me for telling the truth.In 10 years never call in for them to come back.not impressed.
They are quick at responding to you, easy to get a hold of, and very reliable. They also have great customer service!
We are so grateful to J&M sanitation. After a long week of sick kids, meetings, doctor appointments and tough news, we forgot to put our trash out on time. We woke up late and rushed out to the curb but it was too late. Before we had time to bring in our can we found that they had been back by and had generously picked up our trash even though we missed the pick up for our street. It was an act of kindness that did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much :-)
The truck driver have always been great but today he went well beyond his duties i alway that my cans out for pickup, not today I watched him drive away and then saw my can at the curb Thank you for going the extra for your customers
