MGL granite made new kitchen counter tops a breeze. Perhaps the easiest home improvement project I’ve ever been involved with. Billy came to my home and measured. I then went to the shop, picked out the granite and sink,, was presented a proposal which I agreed to, and then they scheduled two weeks out. The installers were prompt and professional and the next morning the plumbers arrived on time. Very happy with everything. Highly recommend.

If you want granite for a great price, installed by Professionals in a timely manner THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!! I am absolutely pleased by the job that MGL Granite has done at my house! I highly recommend them! Just to put it in perspective, I went to Home Depot and they said itll take up to 5 WEEKS or longer (due to the holidays) to be installed. I went to MGL and they had it installed within 12days (during the holiday season)! Like I said MGL IS YOUR PLACE!!

Used them for kitchen and bathroom counter tops. Price came in perfect and the time frame for installation was quick. Day of the install, the kitchen came out great. However the bathroom granite was broken and glued together. No phone call or anything about it being broken, just showed up with it that way. Was asked if we wanted it installed broken or not. We chose to not have it installed because, who wants to pay full price for a broken piece of granite. Called the next day and was told that they were cutting a new piece and bringing it over that day. Payed the contractor to be at the house waiting on this to show up and they never did, no phone call or anything saying it wasnt going to show up. After getting voicemail for the remainder of the day and following day, I went to the store. I was given no explanation just a Im sorry. A few days later they finally installed the rest of the counters. No phone call from a manger explaining why eveything occurred the way it did, why they would bring broken granite, or no care expressed for me paying the contractor to be at the house when they said they would show and never did.

Good quality counter tops. Staff could be a little better with communication and setting appointments. Happy with the actual install and product.

Had quartz countertops installed yesterday and they look amazing! MGL had the best price by a long shot and the installation was very professional. Billy even cut the quartz so the pattern matched at the seam to make the countertop flow seem uninterrupted. After everything was done they did a great job of cleaning up. Very satisfied with MGL and highly recommend!

Amazing start of service and perfect hand off when the job was done at an amazing price that we couldn’t turn down. What I thought was going to be a process like pulling teeth, Brooke at MGL coordinated the job and made it a piece of cake. The process was surprisingly fast. Before I knew it, one of the MGL installers (Billy, the owner) was at my house to measure and an install date was set. For my 35sqft of kitchen surface, the installers ripped out the old counters, installed new, leveled, and one perfectly placed and well executed seam all in about 3 hours. The next day the plumbers came in and installed the new faucet. My kitchen was out of action for roughly 24 hours. Furthermore the installers identified that the previous owners improperly installed the dishwasher. They went ahead and did it for me and now it’s perfectly flushed with my cabinets and looks amazing under the new counter tops. They take pride in their work. Proof in the pudding was when Billy took pictures of the job they just finished. This review is well deserved and I can’t recommend them enough.Thanks for putting a smile on my face every time I go into my kitchen.

Brooke went out of her way to get the granite we were looking for even though they did not carry it. She was able to locate it, send someone out to measure and install in less than 10 days. The crew that installed were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. On top of all of this, MGL came in at a fraction of the cost of its competitors!!!

Prices here are great -- cant compete. However, to echo others in these reviews, these people are impossible. Totally unreliable. I have an installation date set and when I call them to confirm their voicemail says they will be closed for 2-3 weeks, when they set my installation for one week from now...they did not notify me whatsoever. Communicating with them has been like pulling teeth. I am at the point of paying more to another company just because of how poor MGL has been. Would not at all recommend for that reason.

I would absolutely recommend MGL Granite. They were kind, helpful and were able to expedite my request. Just absolute professionals who take care of the customer. We searched for a reputable contractor to replace our countertops in our kitchen renovation. Our neighbors suggested MGL Granite based on their experience. We could not have made a better choice. The Owner, Billy, came to our home, did an initial estimate and gave us a price which we thought was very reasonable. The price included removal of the old granite countertops, a stainless steel sink, installation of the new countertops and the plumbing hookups for our sink, faucet and cooktop.His team came out on a Sunday to remove the old countertops and were at our house early the next day for the install. By Wednesday, the install was complete and everything was connected plumbing wise. Billy even came back a couple of days later to correct some minor issues. Everyone who has seen the countertops are impressed with the color and the professional installation. We could not be happier. A fantastic job by a very professional young man and his crew!!

Good work, good prices. Arrived on time, did the job with a minimum of fuss. The counter tops look awesome, even though we bought one of the cheaper lines of granite. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because I specifically asked the guy not to mess with my pool table and he picked it up anyway and now it isnt level any more. Other than that they were absolutely excellent. I recommended them to my friends and I recommend them here.

Great price and great quality. The little things matter to me and they went the extra mile to ensure that they cut the slab in a way that my backsplash flowed with the grain the the counter top. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been shopping around for best quality and price of granite. MGL was highly recommended to us. I was in email contact with with receptionist, as this was her preferred way. It had been frustrating trying to get answers. Untimely back and forth emails. My husband kept saying just forget them we will go somewhere else as our project was quickly approaching. But I didn’t want to let go. I called in to speak to the receptionist since email was not working. She said she would get my answers and email me that same day. She did not. I gave her an extra day since the answer I needed did require calling MarvaMarble for estimated prices. 2 days later still no email. I finally sent my last email to cancel my estimate.I am very disappointed as MGL was highly recommended to us. Very poor business.

After 3 Estimates a good friend recommended MGL, the owners son and Co-worker installed my granite counter tops. TheCraftsmanship was excellent, every detail was done to perfection! Im so glad I chose this company.

We received prices from all the local box stores and every mom and pop shop on route 17 in York county and Newport News...The price we received from MGL was substantially lower and the people that work there are awesome....We have a very large kitchen with lots of natural light so we were concerned with the quality of the granite and the fabrication.....
