I usually go to the nail shop in the strip mall but had no time to run to that side of town. So I went here because it was closer. NEVER AGAIN. They had an older lady who had noidea what she was doing on my feet, toenails were uneven, the bottom of my feet felt like they didn’t even touch them and yes I asked for someone else and they still did not do good. My nails weren’t to great either. I do not recommend them what do ever. Waste of money and time.

I absolutely hate this salon. They don’t do refills properly. My nails kept breaking constantly and the blamed it on me. My nails never break when you apply the approximate Amount of good acrylic, not expired.

They were attentive; fast, and gave quality work. Fantastic staff with bedside manner

Great place, they are friendly and they also do a nice job on your nails.

They didnt understand what I wanted after I showed them pictures so was not happy how they came out. while drilling on nails I was cut several times. they rushed you and move me to different chairs over 4 times. got my eyes waxes and one was thinner then the other. will not be going back again! Was rude and just wanted to rush you in to get out doing a half way job.

Minimal wait for pedicure, nice size selection of colors, everyone was nice, however, place is a little outdated.

I’ve been coming here for a few months after moving here. Their prices are so cheap! I used to go to a nail salon where they charge $40 deluxe pedicure. Here, I get my pedicures for $25, I always enjoy the steaming hot towels they use. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a place with cheap prices with friendly service.

I have been to this nail shop too many times in hopes of better service. They do not take their time and When painting my nails they rush. When they don’t do what you ask for they expect the same price pay still. I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone.

Annie does my nails & she makes me very happy & Im quite particular about who does my nails. Additionally, she is very gentle. I have severe arthritis in my right thumb & she is gentle with my thumb & NEVER hurts me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE, SORRY, NOT SORRY!

Got a gift certificate. Was extremely happy for it. But service and experience on a first timer was confusing. I love the color i picked. But was not happy about service. They asked if I wanted nails clipped and just started to go away. I went with a friend to another salon they asked what shape they wanted. The other thing is that person who brought me to salon was gonna wait but decided to get a pedicure. They started on them first and let me wait . I dont get it i came in first. They pampered them but just left me waiting. I know the person that gave me the certificate spent money for the service. But I will not be going back there. I also noticed after I removed the polish that my nails have been more brittle than before and I have not had this problem before. So will be a while before I get nails done proffessional. I rather sit and let a 2yr old do my nails.

I will never understand this u come for relaxation, but theres always the nail techs holding unnecessary conversations. Rudeness at its finest while arching my eyebrows! Ladies go up the st to h2k nail shop @😉

Bails come out good most of the time, but some of the workers (One in particular) are super rude. The rest of the staff are super sweet.

Even if you get the very same service, every single time, you get a different price. I was quoted a price on my last visit and when I came back I was given a new price with a ridiculous explanation. Will never go back again!

WATCH YOUR VALUABLES!My friend had her engagement ring stolen today at Le Nail Spa! The management even yelled at her when she asked them to check the cameras and for help looking for it (real classy, btw)SPD couldnt search anyone because it would violate their rights, and then informed my friend that the security camera isnt actually REAL!No camera means there is no way to see if the suspicious employee that it was next to (that they suspect jacked it) was the one that stole it.So, for now, all we have is our first amendment right, and Im choosing it to warn others and to remind Le Nail that there are almost 50 places in Slidell that you can get your nails done at, and when you list them all by top rated in google they dont even show up in the list of the 48 places I counted.💅🏻💍CONSUMER BEWARE 💍💅🏻

Sonya is amazing, fun to talk to and a great stylist. The nail services are good too.

Some of the women were really rude and the job felt rushed because they were trying to tend to everyone instead of focusing on the client before them.

Salon is kept very clean.

Where 2 get a massage nails and toes done they are good

Waited 45 minute in line for service and was passed over for a customer who came in after me! I left and drive just down the road and got excellent customer service!

Every time I ask my nails to be done a certain way they do it all the way around, you have to show them how you want your nails otherwise it won’t be done how you desire.

Very poor customer service . i went in at 1:30 and came out at 3:20 . lady kept leaving me to do waxes and tend to other guests . she was repeatedly asked to reshape my nails, as they were HORRIBLY shaped, crooked, thick as HELL, and had excess powder under them . tools were dirty, and lady rushed through my nails, and still tended to take two hours . worst nail experience of my entire life .
