This is a good nail salon. I have been going here for about 4 years. You cant go wrong here. The prices are reasonable and plenty of space to park.

This nail salon is run very professionally. Everything is clean and attractive. The people that work there are professional and gracious. I had Anna do my pedicure and manicure and she was fantastic.

Best salon yet Ive been to in Wisconsin they had absolutely everything foil art all gem colors glitter everything any other place Ive been to didnt have any of that stuff had to provide my own but not here the possibilities are endless 😍

I had an appointment at 2 and I got there and signed myself in. Then I proceeded to wait till 2:20 and no one had talked to me and then they said they were ready. I went and sat down and the man who was about to give me my pedicure walked away and did someone else’s nails. I then left. This is completely unprofessional and I feel I was treated like a non paying customer because of my age, but my moneys just the same. This in my opinion is completely outrageous and unprofessional.

Just moved to the Mequon/Ceaderburg area from Chicago and had a very hard time finding a place that did quality nails like back in IL, tried a bunch of places all over the area and finally found that Ritz was the go to place for nails. Not only is the quality AMAZING but they are very fast and efficient with doing acrylics, everytime I have gone I have recived great service from every tech. They take the time to make small talk and make sure you have a relaxing and fun experience

I’ll start by saying that my first go around was fantastic. Patrick did my nails and he did a wonderful job. My second go around..... if I could give this zero stars I would!! I called to make an appointment scheduled for 5:15 when I arrived it seemed that no one knew of my appointment. They landed me with a “technician” who I’m positive is not a licensed technician at all who usually stocks the towels and cleans. She did not keep a clean work station nor did she use any of the materials or tools correctly. By the way she used the tools and handed my service I could clearly tell she was NOT a licensed technician. After an hour of allowing her to service me, and without making a scene I told her I would not continue with the service. I washed my hands and STILL WAS EXPECTED TO pay for what she had done up to this point!!!! I did pay because I was so happy to walk out of this place. They lost a customer who could have been a forever customer considering I live in close proximity. And I will let anyone know who asks because it is never acceptable to allow someone who is not licensed to handle your customers. People pay for these types of services to treat themselves. This was everything short of a treat for me and I recommend Ritz Nail to no one. Such a shame in a wonderful community and a community where reputation is everything and so is word of mouth.

I had a mani/pedi and was very pleased with the results. Best of all, I didnt feel like they were trying to shuffle me through, or rush to get me out the chair, like I have felt at other salons. Very relaxing.

Right when I walked in it didnt smell like nail polish at all. Made a appointment and didnt even wait. They offered me water and coffee which was super nice and different. I just moved to the area and its so hard to find a good nail spa and I found it. He took his time and paid attention to details. When the phone rang he stopped what he was doing which I appreciate because someone people answer and continue and make errors. He even did the inside of the nail as well which a lot of people forget to do so that was a big deal for me. Also checked on me while my nails were drying most just forget about you and move the next. Im forever coming here back to back and especially for the price! Plus they do a lot of stuff too like eyelash extensions and even micro blade for brows. Ugh I love this salon !

Ritz nails is absolutely amazing. I moved to the area and needed a new nail place which always makes me nervous. Everything is so welcoming and sanitary. The staff is so friendly. Ive had a few pedicures and definitely recommend their #3 option. Couldnt ask for a nicer foot treatment. When I had my fingers done the nail shape for my acrylics was exactly what I wanted (Shout out to Patrick.) Ive definitely found my new place.

I had a regular manicure done there on Friday afternoon. By Sunday my nail polish was starting to come off of several nails. It’s Wednesday now and my nails look so bad with the polish chipping off on every nail. I would think a good manicure should last for more than a few days. I would not recommend this place. Maybe it’s better if you get fake nails, but I do not recommend for a standard manicure.

I had an awesome experience all around on my first visit! They have an insane amount of colors, my tech was friendly & polite, did my nails exactly how I wanted them, took her time and they turned out beautiful! I’ve tried several nail salons in the area and surrounding communities & this place is the best! can’t wait to go back!!

Im always very pleased with my Mani/Pedi results. Theyre fast but do a great job and everyone is very friendly.

Patrick is great. He listens to what you want and does a great job. Usually able to get appt. when I want it. He is a great judge of how long the wait time will be.

My regular nail polish lasted less than 24 hours. The guy failed to pay attention and I had to tell him what was wrong with my nails a couple of times. Pedicure was relaxing.

They are efficient and provide a great value for quality work. They always try to accommodate everyone, even if youre calling at the last minute. Im so glad they are in cedarburg.

Tu (hopefully I spelt your name right!) one of the sisters who co-owns Ritz did my nails and Im still blow away by her attention to detail and geniune personality. Thank you so much for listening to what I had to say that day, without going into complete detail, I want you to know how special you made my birthday and its something Ill never forget! Wow! Im newer to the area and have been searching for a mani/pedi place that I didnt have to book too far in advance. Found it!This salon was CLEAN and very friendly. The pedi stations had disposable bags in the water wells for cleanliness. I didnt feel rushed out, unlike a few other nail salons Ive visited.My pedi and shellack mani were very good. I will be a returning customer.

Bad! No one called to cancel my appointment. I left without a pedicure and no new appt.
