First time I went there and I absolutely loved it. Quick service and my nail artist took his time and gave me an amazing set. I got the dip powder and tips. Amazing colors for fall and will be going back for my Halloween nails ❤

This was my first time being here because I hate all the nail places I keep trying. This place was great! Made me feel like a princess, we’re very neat and took their time!! Rare these days. And prices are about the same as everywhere else. Very happy w my experience

My toes were shaped and painted horribly. It was not neat at all and I had polish on my actual skin. In addition service fees were not visible. At check out when I asked for my total I noticed that I was charged an additional $8 for my toes to be polished in addition to my pedicure. This was not clear in the beginning . When I asked for clarification I received a rude response. I went and paid the total that I was told in addition to a tip because that was the right thing to do but I will not be back. If you are going to up charge people for certain services the actual service needs to be good.

Very unprofessional. I took my 2 daughters for my 15 year Olds birthday and they didnt clean up cuticles, no lotion, no hot towel very poor gel paint job. When I said something about them not doing it she tried to blame me then said oh Ill give you $5 off umm... no. Its only been 4 days and the paint is already chipping off which should not happen. Its gel. It should last a very long time. We will never ever go there again. Id advise you to never go if they have more than a few people in the place. I realize they were getting busy but they should not be sacrificing service. Or they wont have to worry about being busy any more.

I love going to h2k bragged about it to everyone I know, but for the past 3 times the service has been so off. This last time I called to see the wait because it was raining when I arrived in the parking lot and I was told 45 minutes which is not too bad. I walked in and I was told that it was longer than that and to come back this was 3:45. I went to Ross around the corner and called back after 40 minutes and asked to see how much longer the wait would be. I was told they are not taking any other appointments they close at 6:00 on Thursdays. Love this place but if you are not coming at 9am or on a Tuesday or Wednesday dont bother 😓

I have been using H2K for the longest and I love their services but today they were rude. They had a delay and I was waiting to get my service for around 15 minutes, while in the meantime somebody else walks in and they start their pedicure immediately. This person also wanted Pedi and manicure and also had gel polish and didnt have an appointment. So when I ask about why is she going first because I have been waiting for the same service they just told me that I needed to wait. Not planning on coming back or recommending them.

Very disappointed at how this place is being run these days and judging by some of these other comments I’m not the only one. What I won’t do is spend my money in a place that doesn’t value their customers time or energy. I didn’t even care about the overcharging because that’s how much I loved going to this salon. I ignored the one time she threw my hand after she was done fixing my 2 day old nail that popped off but someone should explain to miss angel that her attitude is not a vibe and we all know when she has one which has been every single time I’ve been there in the last 6 months. I do understand that times are stressful but if you can’t handle working in the public then simply don’t. Shoutout to Danny and Quinn holding it down tho! Best of luck to this business✨

Pics dont do justice to the amazing job the nail techs at H2k do on my nails. These few pictures are just the tip of the iceberg of ombre nail designs I have gotten, with the blue and green being my first and the purple and silver being the latest and all are my natural nails. All around quality is amazing and the nail techs pay great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I have never been happier with a nail salon than I am here!!

I got a new guy that they were training. They didn’t even ask if it I was okay with a new guy. I asked for oval shape and he gave me a mixture of almond and stiletto. Also my nails were done so badly that they had waves and they looked so chunky. He put a lot more glue on my nail than what was supposed to be on my nails. 2-3 weeks later I’m struggling to get these nails off without tearing off my real nails. Which by the way one of them did get ripped off. If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars I would. I am never going back. Save your money and go somewhere else

Dont come here unless you want to wait an hour to be seated, then another hour once youve been seated and still not receive any service.

Im use to getting quality work from this place. The last two times Ive been Ive gotten bad nails. I usually notice after I leave all the little things, the first time I thought it might have been because it was a refill that it had waves and wasnt smooth. But this time I have a fresh set, its not level, Im glad I didnt get matte. It would have been way more noticeable. I have spots where you can see through the polish, I did the accent finger with glitter, they got glitter on the other nails accidentally and left it there so I have like 5 random pieces of glitter on 2 plain nails. Horrible filing job. I used to love this place, clearly that guy is new and needs more training, I wont be back, I can go somewhere else for subpar nails and not pay $53 plus tip.

Very clean and very thorough since covid 19... take your temp and make everyone wash their hands upon entry. Glass in front of every nail station for protection. Unfortunately, they are very pricey and they are getting over on people when it comes to a refill on your nails. Even tho you book an appointment, you still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour before you are seen.

They so great nails,not to many people works in the place so you always have to come back cause they to pack. Then when they get to you they seems as though they rushing ur nails. But over all the nails and the polish alone with the dip is quality

Couldn’t of been more impressed by everything from the appointment making, the covid procedures, the kindness, and the amazing job they did on my daughters nails! They made what seemed to be impossible to do to her nails become beyond expectations! My daughter brought them a picture she found online and they did it!

The service is always amazing and my nails always look amazing. the people who work there are so nice and they really seem like they appreciate you being there. I recommend this place to everyone and it’s the only place I go. 10/10

I use to love going to this place for my nail, but since Covid-19 they have went up excessively on their prices and I just went to get a refill, and I was charged regular price of $40 for a refill. I have not been to happy with them lately.I havent had the problem of them messing up my nails, my nails actually come out beautiful, but they are now cheating people out of their money to cover the business they are not getting.

Usually I enjoy coming here other than the extremely long wait time but this time.... I called to ask if they were open few times and did not get an answer so I figured they were busy, I read some reviews and some mentioned that they had open backup since the virus so I assumed they were open considering that thats what it said online.I drive a 1/2 hour there And pull up into the parking lot to see and open sign hanging on their door..........Only to later realise that the door was locked and there was no one inside. Instead of driving a half-hour back to the house for no reason I had to find another Place to get my nails done. That sucked ...and it ended up costing me more...

When getting my nails done it should be a relaxing experience. I always feel rushed whenever I go & a bit overpriced. The lady who is in charge is very cold; only seems to care about a dollar. I’ll find another place to go to.

The first time I went was September 25, 2019 for a manicure and pedicure, and the young lady who did both was so kind I knew I would go back. She had already polished my toenails and when she did my nails I said I should have done my toenails that color also. So she said, well I can redo them and I thought that was nice of her and she didnt get mad or have an attitude at all about 😊 so right then and there I knew I would go back. So just yesterday October 10, 2019 I went again and the service was yet again to my satisfaction. Clean place and friendly services 😊

I absolutely love this salon. The effort put in by the nail technician is beyond 5 stars! ⭐️ I love getting a powder dip, & this place does it right. They lay each layer down on the nail bed at a different point to give the nail a realistic look. Mine look great and the price was 35 with a $10 tip. Perf! 💜💜

My first time in this place and it was very good. It was full but I didnt have to wait too long. My tech was great and very friendly. But I didnt have a good massage on my pedicure and neither on my manicure. So, Ill give them another chance next time. In two weeks from today, I will decide if I will coming back as a regular.

Second place in Slidell I’ve found that can do my nails the way I like or after I’ve shown a photo of what I want. What I don’t like is they don’t follow order of walk ins; since they don’t accept appointments on Friday or Saturday .

I take my mother once a month. She had been going to the other place on Airport Rd. I saw this place while it was under construction and could not get her to try it. After not being listened to, most likely a language issue, she finally let me take her today. Wonderful place, mom says it’s a hit. Very well lit, clean, big TV’s going, all new. The employees speak very good English, very attentive.We will be back. Mom says so!

Very clean and modern. All of the techs are friendly and very talkative, but extremely focused on their jobs. Never a long wait when I go, except for holidays, which is understandable. I wasn’t too impressed with the dip ombré one of the nail techs did during one of my visits, but I have been extremely satisfied ever since with my gel refills. I have bounced around to several nail salons, but I think I have found my favorite!

Absolutely rushed my acrylics after waiting about 20-30 minutes. They kept getting up in the middle of doing my nails to do other things. None of the nails are the same length, none of the nails are the same thickness, the polish doesn’t cover the whole nail (and it isn’t even on the nail) and top coat does not cover the whole part that is painted. The dryer they put them in kept making a hole in my nail and I had to get fixed twice and had to wait about 20 extra minutes for them to fix that. She made the thumbs so short that it’s basically my regular, super short nail after telling her not to touch the length and then she did file them and I told her they were too short. But oh well to her I guess. And it’s probably about three acrylic nails thick. Prices were typical and the place was nice. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back and I can’t wait for these to grow out to the length they were supposed to be so I can take them to a good place to get fixed.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I josh st got out of there from getting my toes and eyebrows done. The service that I got was horrible! The lady That did my toes gave the massage and all that BUT then just got up and walked away to work on someone else and just left me sitting there. I was sitting there for about 20-30mins before mr. Danny finally came over and noticed me and then started painting my toes FINALLY! Then, I decide to get my eyebrows and chin waxed and the girl (wearing a white shirt) comes up to me and rudely says “ go in the room” instead of saying “hi, will you please follow me.” I was just in shock at how rude these people were and will NOT BE BACK!!!

I absolutely love this place! Never a rush and the job is amazing! Angel and Ivy are my girls, they always have nice conversations and are excellent at their jobs!!! I will not go anywhere else again!!! I can grab a coffee next door and have my mani/pedi done in a nice relaxing environment :)

So for the last few weeks iv been getting my nails done by these nail techs. Usually service is fast but today is Friday and really busy. I checked in the the man asked me what I was going to get. I said gel nail Polish and toes polished. Because it was so busy I had to wait which was fine.a lady came behind me and asked if they did appointments he told her not on fridays or Saturdays. So she decided she would come back because they were so busy. About 20 minutes later 4 more customers came in back to back. I was still waiting in the seats by the door but he told those customers to sit in the chairs. So he let 4 people jump infront of me. I know they didnt have appointments because it was Friday. I just got up and left. I wont be coming back.

I have always had trouble with nails staying on my fingers. H2K, im proud to say, 8 weeks strong today. ( with fill ins) No issues. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I’ve Had acrylics 2 days, looks like I’ve had them a week. Cuticles were not cut. Painting was sloppy, overall I’m not happy.
