Worst pedicure I ever had. Never gonna come back. I will add 2 pictures: 1st is right after the pedicure and 2nd after 6 days. I payed for this pedicure 52$. 🤦‍♀️

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Low rating comments are correct. Was told 15 minutes for two pedis and a mani for three people and waited 45, being told every ten minutes “just a few minutes”. Then only got one pedi before we had to leave to get ready for evening plans. ON MY BIRTHDAY!!!!! When they got to me the person rushed through it and did a terrible job. Cut nails too short and crooked.

This is the second time Ive come to this salon. I had a great experience 2 weeks ago. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure and the nail techs did a great job. I came back today and brought my sister and had a completely different experience. The owner of the salon did our nails today and it is the worst customer service I have EVER witnessed and received. The owner of the salon was rude and demanding to all the customers and talking back to them and we were all exchanging glances of disbelief to each other. The owner refused to help someone put her shoes on because she didnt ask for it and proceeded to comment that she shouldve asked for help if she wanted it and and the poor lady put on her own sandals when her nails and toes were still wet. It seemed to be a common theme that she would add surprise charges to the bill when it became time to pay because several people waiting to pay were asking why their bill was so high for their service. I went in there for a gel manicure and was told it was $25. When we left to pay she said it was $30 because it is an extra charge to remove the old gel polish. I will never go here again! Dont let her rip you off and be mean to you!

Im not sure why all the bad ratings. Ive always had good luck here. I go occasionally to get pettis and they are always fine. Seems clean and nice, especially compared to other places Ive been. People are friendly. No problems.

My favorite nail salon in the area! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. My nails always come out great. The place itself is clean and their price lists are affordable. Highly recommended!

Service is good, i like their service but oh my...it is now soooo expensive! They charged me for removing some of the shellac that was left on my nails (which they never used to do) they also charged me for sandals I didnt even ask for. Today I paid $90 for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure...I used to pay $60 here before. The prices went up way too much. I am not coming back. Going to a different place or doing my own. Do not go to this place unless you want to overpay..I know the mall raised their rent prices, so I am assuming they are charging their clients more to be able to make their rent...but this is way too much for nails. Not worth it unless you want to throw your money away. Wow!!!!!I recommend they tell the clients upfront about hidden fees like sandals and removing the shellac fee...

They do not deserve a star at all. As much as they dont care, I will review anyway. The WORST customer service ever and the WORST manicure and pedicure ever. I came back a second time hoping for a better experience. Turned out worse than the first time. Totally unfair. I am mortified to say the least.....How can a service provider be so rude and carefree..... I repeatedly showed them a picture of what I wanted. A very simple tip. The girl was very rude and insisted on doing it her way. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Terrible!!! They do not list their prices accurately. What was a fill and two broken nails turned in to a $75 nail job. NEVER have I EVER paid this much for a new set with shellac let alone a fill and a few broken nails. They changed the nail shape and are just overall rude. When questioned about the price the lady was snappy and said they charged $5 to remove the broken acrylic on each nail and $5 to repair it. Thats $20 for two broken nails!! WHAT??? Listen to the reviews they are written for a reason.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I will give it zero star if possible! I entered the place without checking the ratings and reviews and I regret right now. Their massage service is so bad that is literally the worst service I ever had. I asked the ladies about the price and they said I should know all the services and prices before I enter the place and they ask me to improve my English to understand their words better. All the ladies there are really rude and I saw they laugh at customers behind their backs. Please dont go to this place!

The person who did my nails jerked my hands around and was really rude. My fingers hurt for a couple of days. I had my hands in the light for gel nails and pull my hand out because they were burning and the lady said what are you doing, I told you not to do that. It is no wonder why their rating in 1.9. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Im going to try and get my money back. I am traumatized and have been crying from the embarrassment Ill endure from what they did to me. I described repeatedly what I wanted and it didnt compute apparently. I am beyond horrified. I never write reviews but this has me so very upset I had to share and warn anyone I can to NEVER go to that horrific place!I wish I trusted a public forum like this to put all my information. Im going in on 5/12/17 to ask for my 60.00 back for the horroble waxing they did. Im mortified!

Despite setting an appointment in advance, we were forced to wait nearly a half hour before having any services started. Quality of the service was so-so. All tools were sterilized and clean (yay!). Sadly, they were overzealous with the cuticle clippers, causing multiple fingers to bleed at the time of service and jagged cuticles within a few days. The polish was unfortunately thinned out and was already chipping within two days. They also cut my large toenails at an angle, which has resulted in an ingrown toenail.Additional cons included a lack of knowledge about nail shaping, polish prep, and how to apply a top-coat. I had to ask multiple times for top-coat on different nails because she was so quick about it that parts of my nails werent coated. She insisted on repainting again with polish and top-coat, which resulted in the same issue all over again. I eventually was forced to give up.The overall services were pretty good, considering the extent of what was included and what we each had done. The staff members were generally polite. Unfortunately, the quality of training was quite lacking. Perhaps another staff member might result in a better experience.

I wouldnt give them a star. I came in and asked for french tip acrylic. They started placing the white tip, then she started a new way of acrylic placement. I asked the lady about it twice. She completely ignored me. Wouldnt even look at me. Then when I got charged, I got charged $50 for what should have been a normal $25 set of nails. I got nothing fancy. Never again will I return here.UPDATEI went back a second time, this time the manager told me she hoped I would come back. Now that I was there, they were willing to fix my nails. They did, the lady who worked on my nails this second time did a lovely job, and was great. The only reason its staying a 3 star is because it felt like a bit of an unprofessional situation. The manager brought the employee who did my nails the first time out and had her face me when I told her she ignored me. She denied ignoring me, although the employee who witnessed the situation and was now working on my nails confirmed my story, and everytime Id try to speak, the employee who first did my nails kept waking away before I could finish speaking. She tell me that she did not ignore and that she answered me, but everytime I spoke she walked away. All the arguing was pretty uncomfortable and to be honest, Im not one for confrontations. This is the first time I have ever been in a situation like this. I am grateful for the fix, but this situation could have been avoided if I wouldnt have been ignored. Im an easy person to please, all I like is square french tip.

They deserve NO STAR! The woman who seems to be the manager of this place is not listening she is always rushing and she doesnt even let you finish to explain what you want. She was literally refusing to do what I want. I paid 40 $ and the nails came of 3 days later. When I got there she started doing regular nailpolish without checking with me!! She was refusing to do what I want asked her if I can have shellac since I paid 40 $ and she said NO I asked why ? there was no answer for me . I got something that I dont want again I am really really suggestion you DO NOT GO THERE !

Please don’t go here. I was cut 3 times in the process of getting the worst French dipping powder manicure I have ever seen. On my way to get it cleaned up.The lady that did my feet was nice but not not worth the $80.00 that I paid for the manicure and pedicure.

These people deserve less than 1 star but I couldnt select any other to leave a review. After my appointment my nails look terrible. Absolutely terrible. Half ass the nail length, none of them match. They didnt bother painting the edges. They are completely misshapen. I asked them to redo them and they said no You make appointment . The girl was watching TV the entire time doing my nails. I asked her to pay attention and she wouldnt answer just start giggling with her coworkers. Worst experience ever, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I happened to go shopping at the mall right here and found this nail salon. I would not say the salon is nice but I do love their services. One of the girl did an amazing job on my eyebrows and my nails. Thank you lady!

Fine nail job, don’t know what everyone else is complaining about. The employees could cheer up a little bit but they were friendly and accommodating. They did a great job on two pedicures and two chelaque manicures. Convenient location within the mall and open late. It was popular towards the end of our visit, a lot of customers. It was absolutely fine, do not know what the bad reviews were about.

Worst customer service ever. I took my friend to get her nails done and to have quality time with her. The moment we got inside they were demanding which color we wanted. Which color? then a minute later Which color you want now? There were 70-100 different colors. How are they expecting me to choose a color while trying to get an opinion from my friend and then working with only one hand? She wanted to get it done as soon as possible and there wasnt even other customers waiting. All I know is I will NEVER go back. Rude, demanding, and ruined my day.

Been getting my nails done routinely for 10 years now and I have NEVER experienced just terrible customer service. I could write an essay on how incredibly rude and mean the owner is. First off, I paid twice as much as I expected (menu said $30 for acrylic set but I ended up paying $60) because apparently the nail polish doesnt come with the acrylic set, and cuticle removal was extra as well. So know what youre getting/paying for before they start! Also, the lady at the front desk was pretty bossy/pushy. The acrylic manicure turned out average as well. So I do not recommend this nail salon.

Great job done! Very friendly, relaxing environment. Other than the client trying to do the technichians job next to me, my service expectations were definitely met.

I attempted to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Both nail technicians were careless when servicing me. One cut my fingernails all the way down without asking and the other skipped multiple steps when doing the pedicure which I was paying $30 for. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon before. I asked that they finish the mani pedi without doing the gel polish with the intention of getting my nails done at a different spa. The shop owner charged my card without my authorization for a incomplete mani-pedi and had the audacity to overcharge it for services I never asked for. The salon manager is very rude and made sure to tell me that she “won’t help me again.” “That’s okay,” I told her, because I will never go there again.

Wow, just wow. Im a returning customer to this nail salon, the first time I was impressed by their work. This time? Not so much. I asked the woman when I walked in if I could have ten minutes for me to decide what I wanted to do. After ten minutes I showed her a picture wondering if they did intriquet designs. She simply said in a very nasty tone then looked at me and said We dont do that so I then asked if I could see the sheets that had nail examples on it of what they did have, she just looks at me with a disgusting look and said Excuse me what do you want, very angrily and nostrils flaring dispute me being a very kind speaking person and was patient with then to begin with. I told her nevermind, their attitude is not worth my money at all.

Poor service. My services were very rushed. The manicurist had a poor attitude the entire time, yanked my hands around, destroyed my nail beds & misshaped my nails. The finished product was lumpy, the top coat was streaky, and it looked like I could have done better myself. Also they charge for things that are free when you buy a service (removing polish, shaping your nails, etc.), and will try to over charge you if youre not paying attention.

My boyfriend and I decided to meet somewhere in the middle and based on the location. I called to confirm they could get us in and the price for a shellac pedi, which she quoted $40.First the lady was extremely rude and rushed. She seemed annoyed that we were taking our time in picking out our polish .We asked to for the basic pedi in interest and time and she insisted that we needed the deluxe, we decided what the heck its $5 more. My lady removed my previous shellac with the nail clippers damaging my real nail. She then proceeded to aggressively clip my nails as short as possible. When she started rub salt scrub on my legs I asked her not to since I had just had them waxed, she told me that I was fine. The entire process from sitting to being done was 20 minutes.When we went to pay they charged my boyfriend $60 and me $55 far from the $40 she had told me. When I mentioned that, she told me the deluxe was $35 plus $15 for shellac..um Im know math isnt my strong suite that still doesnt add up! Suddenly when I pointed that out the lady no longer spoke English.The only good part of this venture was we had enough time left over for a beer, sadly we were too poor for two beers.

All these ladies are so rude I wish I stayed home and did my own nails😒 none of them painted them good and they are horrible at doing acrylics. DONT GO HERE if u want to have cute nails

EXTREMELY rude staff. Told me I couldn’t stand by my 13year old daughter and look at her nails. WAY overpriced! They don’t really know what they are doing here! Fill didn’t even go to nail bed!! Go ELSEWHERE!! Waste of $$

I asked for a full set of acrylics, and I wanted them short. I didnt say anything when she cut the tips at first since I assumed (like every other salon) they would be shortened when she did the filing/shaping. Nope. And when I mentioned that they were a little longer than I would like she said she was already done and refused to shorten them. Saying I could come back in a few days and have them cut down. Also, she didnt paint the sides of my nails. Everything looks okay from the top down, but if I turn my hand at all it looks really dumb. Need to find somewhere else for when I have to get them filled. :(

The place is way overpriced. The owner charged me $35 for a manicure that does not even have a nail color. I asked her why and she said $15 for removing the shellac color. I said thats too much just for applying acetone on my nails and she just ignored me. The owner is rude and Ive seen her being rude to other customers as well. The employees are nice but the owner/manager does not have a good customer service at all and taking advantage of the customers by charging them way beyond the actual worth of the service. Will never come back there again!

The owner is mean and not only yells at the employees but will yell at customers regularly. If you’re unlucky enough to have her do your service she’s rough and does a horrible job. They are overly priced and will charge you extra to take off your Shelac.

Very disappointed with the service, I should have known from the reviews but still decided to give them a try. Had to ask for my cuticles to be trimmed after she just cut my nails and then started buffing and putting lotion on. Won’t be back, don’t waste your money or time!

One woman was so rude she was yelling at people if they moved their hands. A young girl was needing too call her mother and this woman yelled to not touch her own phone. She was rough when sanding my nails, did not sand underneath to clean did not seal with glue underneath and nails after super thick . I will not be going back.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had! First they misunderstood what I wanted did a pedicure and almost all a manicure then they went to paint my nails. I said what are you doing I want acrylics. They charged me for manicure, acrylics and a pedicure. They did a horrible job on my nails they look horrible and crooked. Now Im going to have to pay another place to fix them. Plus they made me walk around on their dirty floor without the footies. This has been the worste experience Ive ever had.

I have not personally been to this place. But my mom has and they did such a horrible job. I’ve also been seeing post and pictures of how they left customers nails, so I decided to go and put a bad review and helping them spread the word. I do know and can say they are also very rude!! Probably the worst set of nails Ive ever gotten. They are uneven, very thick, some of them dont fit correctly, the points are off, some feel loose. The shellac is good and very pretty.Overall not money well spent.

GOT SCAMMED, terrible experience, bad quality, do not recommend. :( my friends and i came to get acrylic nails here the first time today, and got ripped off. first of all, they rushed us through the process and just gave us the most expensive options without asking, and without us knowing. when we asked questions they would raise their voices at us and make us feel uncomfortable for asking. during payment, the charged us about $50 each, which we were not prepared to pay. NO WHERE in the building was there an indication of the prices, so we had previously checked the website which said $30 for new acrylic nails. when we asked why it was so much extra, she said it was that we chose gel. but all we did was choose a color when they told us too! never were we even given an option for gel. she grabbed our hands, and after a glance at each she seemingly arbitrarily decided that my friend owed $50 and my other friend and i owed $55. we were just confused and trying to see if we could come up with enough money, so we asked if we could take amoment to do so, and she started yelling at us, saying we payed extra for choosing the chairs, (???) and then threatened to call SECURITY. we were scared and young which the workers obviously took advantage of when working on our nails. we eventually payed the money with my friend’s parent’s card. over all, a tereible experience and cheap looking nails that were over charged. :((

They didnt take off all my nail polish before putting more of the powder for my fills. They were unsanitary and didnt brush off the gross excess from filing my nails.one time a lady cut my finger then pulled my hand rudely and said I moved, theyve told me Im not allowed to use my phone and I wasnt tbat time. The manager is so rude and cannot do business. They also tip mongor here. Talk about depressing things to try and get you to tip more. Id like to relax and have happy thoughts.

Courteous Staff, Ask for Kim, She is too sweet. Got my mani and pedi done from her. It was very relaxing and nicely done. Staff makes sure you walk out with clean, happy feet :) Will regularly visit them. 😊

This place gave me the worst customer service ever! Lady who was doing my nails kept pulling my hand so hard and also kept rushing me to pick a shelac color. I was patient but I was starting to loose it. The lady said it would be $50 for shelac and if I wanted it coffin shaped that it would be another $5 so I said no to the coffin shape and just went with the square. Then she rushes to finish up quick since apparently she closed at 10pm today but in reality she didn’t because she left as soon as she finished my nails which was around 9:15pm. So she lied just so my sister and I could stay and do our nails with her. Which I regret doing.So after finishing my nails. She rings my sister and I up. I hand her my card and she charges me $65 and then she charges my sister $55 for the same acrylic shelac. The only different between my sisters nail was that her shape was actually coffin but yet she’s over charging me $65!!!!!!!!I was so not having it at this point but I let it slide because I AM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS PLACE and I did not have the time to argue with her! I recommmed you guys stay away too! They cheat you out of your money and they charge you for hidden fees.I gave it a 1 star at least because the nails came out decent but this place was not worth it!Please be warned!

Dont go here! This is the WORST place Ive ever gone to. I went with 2 friends. 1 of my friends who wasnt getting her nails done but was thinking about it went to the nail polishes on the wall to look and they literally yelled at her to get away from the polishes. She said Im not allowed to look? And they just continued to yell get away. Like she was a child. Were grown women. They didnt speak english the whole time and were very clearly trash talking non stop. My lady cut my cuticles twice. We felt very unwelcomed and we paid alot for our nails. Everything was overpriced and she asked me the same question over and over when I kept saying no I dont want that. Overall Ive heard horrible stories from other people as well. Dont go.

Ive going to Signature Nails for several years now and was VERY surprised to see that they had raised there prices by a lot. I understand that business need to do this but a pedicure that I used to pay for which was 25 dollars is now 45 dollars.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE..: they tried to charge me 60 dollars for a fill. They charged me 15 dollars to take off my nail polish then the remaining was for my fill that was done in 15 mins. Thats INSANE. End up paying 40 not including tip and the did a horrible job. I ended up going to another nail salon 1 day later and had then fix my nails. I wish I would of listened to the reviews before coming here. Im also writing a letter to northgate Mall. This nail salon is stealing peoples money.

I was tired of them chipping, cracking, sweating etc. But with the salon they did a wonderful job overlay into my real nails keeping it strong and natural looking nails! Perfect shape!

I don’t know why everyone’s complaining? The ladies there are so kind and they always greet me happily when I walk in. I will admit the only things I don’t really like about how they run things is; they’re kind of overpriced. But the staff are very kind, especially the older lady (idk if she’s the manager or not). second off they don’t have beverages. I know that sounds very high maintenance and I personally can live without beverages but I am aware that other nail salons have like lemonade and water and stuff so compared to them, they’re lacking in that department. Also they’re a bit rushed. I’ve only had an issue with rushing once, but that’s only because I got there at 8 and they close at 9 so I understand. But i’ve never had an issue with how my nails looks. They always look very clean and good quality. I don’t know why such the bad reviews. I definitely give them 5 stars

I have been to this place twice. My first experience was average and my second was horrible. I needed to have my SNS nails removed, it is my first time having SNS polish and I was ignorant as to how it should be removed. (I have since found out my friend had hers removed with a sander and acetone and her nails were great afterwards). The lady roughly cut my nails so the SNS chipped and then used a fake nail to rip the SNS polish off. After 3 nails, she had ripped one of my nails half way up towards the nail bed. I stopped her and asked her whether this was the normal way to remove this type of polish and told her that it hurt. She just stared at me as in “how dare I ask her a question”. Looking back, I should have walked out then and there. She did get a little gentler after that. But still, she ripped another nail and my nails were white on the tops they were so damaged. She happily glued the ripped bits of nail down and though it solved everything and painted over. I left having been physically hurt and knowing I could have done a better job peeling the polish off at home....and for free.

My sister was getting her nails done and I got bored so I decided to look at the nail polishes and the lady that was doing my sister’s nails literally yelled at my to go sit down?! Am I not allowed to look at polishes?

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRR!!!!! No respect and dignity towards their customers. Workers were rude, they talk about you in their native langage, I kept hearing a woman complain of how painful the removal of her shellac was and in addition to that, the woman who worked with me kept poking me with her tools, as I asked her to please be careful, she said, What, I didnt cut you?! No apologies or remorse whatsoever. Seriously?! Ladies DO NOT go here, we deserve to pamper ourselves with GREAT customers service.

If no stars was an option best believe I would select that. I went to this salon on Wednesday 5/2/18 and I had the worst experience ever. I came into the salon about 8 o’clock, an hour before closing. The lady who did my set I believe was the owner. She was very rude and she wouldn’t let my friend sit with me, she said I kept moving, and this and that. She did a terrible job. She burnt me with the glue, and when I had my hands under the gel lights, my fingers were burning. I asked her why, and she completely ignored me. They are so uneven and every one is a different shape.

Walk in get right in or a few minutes wait. Clean, nice staff.

My sister and I came here and had a horrible experience. The owner was rude and had horrible customer service. They did a decent job on the manicure, but it is not worth another visit to be treated that way.

I go here very often and usually get the same two ladies for my mani pedi. I used to get gel but my nails do not handle shellac or SNS dips very well so i switched to regular polish and regularly going to get basic mani/pedis. Today I was paired again with the same ladies one was the younger girl with the tattoo on her arm and she seemed in a bad mood of some sort because she filed my nails so roughly and had me soak in cold water. I almost complained but the lady who did my toes was so sweet and did a great job. I will never go here again after that treatment. I ended up with a cut on my pinky from the rough filing.

I would give them no start if it was a option! I am a laid back person who doesnt complain much. In fact, Ive never wrote a review until now. Worst experince Ive had at a salon. Ladys were rude, nails were poorly, expensive & I waited a good 30 minutes. Lady took off my old arcylic really roughly with twizers & didnt ask me if it even hurt. I am not happy with my experience & I recommend every person not to go there.

The quality here for pedicures are hit-or-miss, depending on who you get. The only lady that ever did a quality job, doesnt seem to be there anymore. The past two times, Ive walked away disappointed and bummed that I just dropped that much money on a pedicure that wasnt near as good as I could have done myself. Last time, I sprang for the extra $15 for shellac, thinking the pedi would last me through the summer, but they did such a horrible job on the cuticle area, leaving tons of dead skin and my big toe nail got infected from being cut too short. Thats why I came back a few weeks later. This time, I sprang for the upgrated pedi, hoping theyd spend more time on the cuticles, but they didnt. Also, when they rang me up, it was $5 more than I expected and thats when they told me there is a charge to remove the shellac. So $40 later, my toes still look like they have dead skin all over the cuticles and I feel like I just paid $40 for a polish change. I wont be back anymore.

I was told there was no wait for my nails. I ended up waiting while 4 ladies stood around. Finally someone started working on my nails only to stop after 4 nails and to move on to another customer who had just walked in. I continued to wait for another 30min. I see the reviews now and i realize the i have to check them before!.. i been working at the mall for almost 5 years and now im manager of Subway my boss always get pedicure there and he told me it was a nice place anyways i have my baby shower tomorrow and i want a designed but she said it will be 5 dollars extra for each and i said i want 4 fingers only so she said it will be 45... then i think about it and i said only 2 so total of 35.. but then she said it will be 5 extra for the different color and i said OMG! to my cousin cause she went with me and my aunt was about to get there too.. anyways after i said OMG! She replied if you want something you have to pay for it and i get so impressed cause i never said im not going to pay for it.. so she get me on a bad mood cause is not the way to answer to a costumer i didnt say anything bad it it was so disrespectful from her side to act like that so i just get one color and my aunt chage her mind and she didnt get anything... after that while they were doing my cousin pedi and mani i go get my eyebrows and my cousin meet me there and she said after you walk out she told me you are so nice, not like the other girl like really after everything you take the time to talk bad about the costumers???... she is the owner of the place is the only lady who charged all the time worst person i ever meet!.. im never coming back! Honestly im still super mad 😡

This place deserves NO STARS. This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Complete RIP OFF and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went on 6/29/2017. I needed a gel fill and gel to polish change. They RUSHED me to a color. Ive been getting my nails done for 12 years now. A fill is usually $15-25$ plus $10 for gel. Then I got a to spolish change in gel. Which is usually $10-$20 plus $5-10 for gel. The owner told me I needed cuticals pushed down and a file. I said ok. At no time did she disclose prices or anything. After my service was complete. I kept asking how much my bill was and she REFUSED TO TELL ME. She then handed me a receipt to sign for $80!!!!!!!! I asked why. She told me I was being charged $10 for filing. $5 for polish removal. $5 for a single glitter nail and an extra $20 for gel solid colors plus $40 for service. I REFUSED to pay her. I told her it was outrageous. She started yelling at me and said you dont have to pay just LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK. I told her no, I will pay you but not $80. Ill pay you $60 which is what this should have cost. She came back with another receipt and told me YOU NEVER COME BACK HERE WE DONT WANT YOU HERE!!!! I said dont worry. And I told her I would write a review. She said she didnt care. She obviously doesnt care about the business and keeping customers. I could had walked out of this without paying but I would never do that. I also tipped both woman that served me. They were kind and thankful. When I left I took a photo of the owner and the place. The owner then started shouting again at me to leave and she tryed to take photos of me as well. Why I dont know. This place is a joke. I was yelled at and almost ripped off. Not to mention 5 days later my nails are cracked and chipped!!!!! WORST SALON OWBER EVER. THE NORTHGATE MALL NEEDS A NEW NAIL SALON OWNER!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPIERENCES HERE SO SHE CANT KEEP RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF!!!!

I wouldnt even give this location a 1star if I could. They rushed the whole process. She scraped my old shellac off so fast she hurt me several times. They Quoted $25 for nails even with shellac and then charged me $30. I paid $35 for the deluxe pedi for both me and my boyfriend offering a reflexology massage. There was nothing deluxe about it. The only massage we got was to rub in the lotion. The salon I usually go to (Classy nails in Mountlake Terrace) massages for way longer for just a regular mani or pedi for much less. With a mani they even massage your arms, shoulder, neck and hands. Its the best. In comparison this place sucked! While paying I suggested they take their time and give the massage they offer with their package. The lady just ignored me and walked away. I consider myself a kind and generous person but in this case they obviously got no tip and definitely no repeat business.

The service was awful. I witnessed one of the women working there hold down another customer and raising her voice at her to “sit down” and “hold still” while she was trying to get her feet into the dryer. They did a trrribke job on my nails and really tried onto over charge me. My nails literally look like cottage cheese they are so uneven and bumpy, don’t even waste your time.

Wanted coffin nails and got square tips and a row of crooked gems on two of my nails. Didnt think Id be spending $45 on jacked nails 😤

WORST PLACE IVE EVER GONE. Service was crap i was told a 5 minurr wait, waited over 30 minutes. The lady who was doing my nails, tried saying the nails came out crooked because of how my fingers are. BULL. My fingers are fine and ive never had a issue before EVER. When getting my nails done, the lady was rude, and i would say all the ladies there for a matter of fact are rude and DO NOT know how to treat a guest.. if you get up too early, you have the whole crew sitting there yapping and yelling at that one person. Never have i seen or had and been so UNPLEASED getting a full set, my nails came out, NOTHING like how i asked for.. never coming back into this invironment again. Ive been here twice before years apart but this will be the LAST time i step foot into a work place with terrible work ethic.

I went in to just get my shellac removed and they tried to charge me $30! I didn’t want to pay it and the owner CALLED SECURITY ON ME!!! Needless to say, I’m never coming back here.

Overall feeling: I will NEVER go there again.Pros: 1. were willing to take a walk-in on a Friday evening 2. Open longer hours than many salonsCons: 1. Highly impersonal service, 2. Could not understand English very well, 3. Overcharged me, 4. Make customers constantly switch chairs multiple timesMy experience : walked in on a Friday evening at 6:30. They were willing to take me, so I was very pleased. I asked for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics with white tips. I showed the woman my nails, which had existing acrylics. They did the pedicure first. It was fair. Not great. Not terrible. They did not check the water temp at all so it was freezing cold and i had to ask for it to be drained. Based solely on the pedi, Id have given 3 stars.The acrylics were an entirely different experience. A different woman did my nails. First, she tried taking my existing acrylics off (which were firmly in place) by shoving another tip under them. This does NOT work for well adhered acrylic and was VERY painful. When I jumped and gasped from the pain, she simply moved to.a different nail. After three failed attempts on three different nails to force the acrylic off I finally asked her if she could just soak them off like theyre supposed to do. Her response was very clipped, saying it takes a long time. I said that was fine and she immediately plopped my hands into a bowl of acetone and abandoned me for 30+ minutes without doing any of the filing normally done to shorten the soaking time.When she finally came back she told me I had to wipe all the gooey, melting acrylic off my own nails and then go wash them off. Once she began working again, she asked if I wanted round or square tips. I told her Square with rounded corners First shes glued the white tips fully half way down my nail bed so my nail is 50% white tip. When I told her to make them shorter she tried to tell me they wouldnt look right any shorter. Then she immediately took nail clippers and snipped off the corners of the tips, creating sharply rounded nails, NOT square, as Id asked. Lastly, she asked if I wanted gel top coat (costs extra). I declined and asked for a standard top coat. When I paid they attempted charging me for gel even though I did not get it.I left with nails that look NOTHING like what I asked for, three sore nail beds, and a lack of any respect for this business.

Horrible customer place. Came in with a broken powder nail extension. They charged me 15 dollars for one nail repair and it was just gluing on a tip and painting the nail. What a rip off

This place is terrible, I went for a shellac removal and all she did was ripped them off along with half of my nail. They also made me pay $35 and didn’t even remove all of the color. The manager was very rude and said it was my fault. They didn’t even give a band aid and had to ask for one myself.

Rude and over priced fot the minimal service provided. Ill never go back.

The worst nail spa ever smh!

I got a full set and the woman that did my nails rushed to get me out for her chair, she sliced the side of my finger and didnt apologize or ask if I was okay, and my nails ended up being extremely thick and misshapen. Was not worth the 60 dollars and will not go back.

So rushed and they do terrible. I watched them clean a pedi bowl and they basically just rinsed it.

I felt rushed the whole time, I asked for a fill with one nail to fix and the one they fixed was totally crooked and very bumpy looking. The lady who started my nails pushed me to the side as soon as she saw she had another lady to help instead of finishing me up and giving me a good experience I left unhappy with the job and not ever going back.

My nails were done almost perfectly but they cut my finger and it bled quite a bit afterwards :(

Don’t ever ever go to this place they will rip you off and they don’t know how to do fills or have costummer service . I told them I didn’t like them and that I wanted it fix the refuse . They lucky if they don’t ever see cause that will be a problem . They disgusting and disrespectful

Worst service ever they dont even deserve one star. They are liars, they add fees when you check out claiming they told you about the fees in the beginning when they actually dont.

They messed up on my nails twice and charged me $70. The owner was rude and yells at the customers for no reason. When they mess up on something they still will over charge. The quality sucks here. I dont recommend this place

Poor attitude!!!! So rude. I called them and asked them if I could come to take my nails off or not. They just hang up on me. Then I called them again and asked the same question. They said: u can just come. I will do it if I have time. Then she just hang up on my face. When I got there, she asked me what did I need. I told her I just needed to take my nails off. She just said: I dont have time. Then she just kept playing her phone. Dont even look at me and say sorry. How rude!

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon the staff was very rude they overcharged me lied said I got gel when I did not I had a gift certificate of which they took and did not even complete my nails I want to know who the manager is or owner to contact in regard to this two other customers came in complaining about being overcharged while I was there as well

Tried to upsale even though I kept declining, also charged me $10 more than what they told me over the phone.
