I had an exceptional time here today!! I have only been to a nail salon one other time and it was to this same place!! That took such great care of me and are very flexible.Unfortunately while I was getting my nails done, a potentially drunk woman who was super entitled came in and just started yelling at the owners. I would happily defend this family because they don’t deserve that and that’s not how you treat a service when it closing time.Much love for wonder nails, can’t wait to go back in a few weeks.

I went in for Acrylics and the husband or the man that works there has this dry humor type personality. I’ve gotten my nails done there before and it was hard to read him. I couldn’t tell if he was being funny or serious. The wife was great. However, I went in and I asked him towards the end if he was going to measure out my nails as he was getting close to applying the nail polish. I had asked him to fix a couple that didn’t match up and he flipped out and yelled at me like I was his 5 year old child claiming I was telling him how to do his job. It was so embarrassing and humiliating. Very unprofessional. No one deserves that type of treatment especially if we are paying for it. I will never go there again.

They were super rude to both my mom and I. The man who attended us kept sighing and was super impatient and snappy. He didnt even do our cuticles and left nail glue all over my hands (I did full set acrylic)The woman who did the art on my nails was a bit nicer but she didnt do a clean job on the line work.One more thing, they do NOT clean the space you are in, which is very unsanitary for COVID and just in general. The table I sat at still had nail shavings from a previous customer and after I was finished the man didnt clean/sanitize where I was and had another customer sit where I was at.Honestly just go somewhere else

The owner Danny seems to have some issues with people of different nationalities or color. He is not very welcoming and can be rather rude with you. Also, he speaks Vietnamese with other employees when they come to look at your nails that really impolite. The good manners are to speak the language that everyone understands (especially when this is paying customer) but probably he does not care.

I love them first time and I am picky (REALLYPICKY!!!) The best part so is a gentleman named Danny hes the owner of the shop I chose to do pink and white very hesitantly and all I have to say is he has freaking Amazing Seven Stars all the way!!!!!💖💅✨🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Took my 17 y.o. daughter for a Shellac Manicure and they did a shoddy job of it. There is polish all over fingers and it just looks terrible. Very unhappy that my daughter was treated such a way! This Shellac Manicure cost extra because the ring fingers were holographic too. Pictures taken day of manicure and it looks weeks old already.

Julie is always very accommodating and does a wonderful job with my natural nails. This pic is about 3 weeks after getting my nails done, so theres a lot of grow out but still pretty. Pale, natural pink and a black hand painted flower.

Always do a great job. Always clean.

This is my all time favorite place to get a pedicure. Everyone is so sweet and great at their job. I have been to many nail salons and nowhere else puts as much time and care into the best pedicure possible. I always leave happy.

Lyly is the best!!!! I have been getting pedicures from her for years. My nails feel like they are breathing after I get a pedicure from Lyly!!! Not only do the look good they feel great! Even with my hammer toe 😄

Did a great job on my nails tonight. This was my first time with Chicago Nails and I was a walk-in, but I did wait for about a half an hour before she started my nails. Thats the reason for a three star instead of a 4.

I stopped in here on a whim one day. I had my nails just painted. I have had shellac manicures from many salons in the area. This is right off aurora so I hesitated for a while. But place is THE BEST. I will be a repeat customer

The first time I came in he refused to do 2 out of the 3 girls nails I had brought in, because him and his 2 co workers had got into a physical and verbal fight... He is mad money hungry!!! Do not come here EVER!!!!

Worst place in the world. Its run by a husband and wife. They are very rude have kids riding on scooters in the place. Yells at u if they mess up your nails. 0 customer service and the rudestI went twice and both times the worst I have had in a long time. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN HERE. THEY DONT EVEN TREAT U WITH RESPECT OR TREAT U AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Not too happy with them. I had shellac and The next day it came off!!! the next day!!! I called and asked if they can redo my nails or at least fix it... they refused. She said they were too busy. I was very disappointed with their service. Not going back.!!!!

HORRIBLE, AFTER ATTENDING THIS PLACE FOR YEARS, KNOWING THAT THE OWNER HAD BEEN EXTREMELY OUT OF LINE AT ONE POINT TO MY DAUGHTER, I WENT BACK TO GET MY MANICURE, THE NEXT DAY ALL HIS POLISH WAS COMING OFF. WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY! DID HIS MONEY HUNGRY WANT TO HELP ME? NO! HE SAID IF IT WASNT SHELLAC THAT MY POLISH SHOULD LAST 3 TO 4 HRS, THE F***, IVE BEEN DOING MY OWN NAILS FOR YEARS AND THEY DONT LAST A FEW HRSWHY WOULD I PAY $15 FOR MY POLISH TO LAST A FEW HRS >=[

Unprofessional rude money hungry racist establishment. They were not inviting what so ever they only spoke in their language amongst themselves laughing and looking in my direction that Alone was an uncomfortable experience and a unprofessional way to begin my nails .The old Chinese man who did my nails did a horrible shape i wanted shorter length but what he filed down seemed like no difference, If I say shorter that’s what I mean don’t ignore a paying custmer. This seemed like a job I could have done myself with a pack of walgreen acrylic nail set.after this The lady who painted my nails never checked to see if my nails were dry enough to leave I had to prompt her to check after asking her she said yes and did not even touch my finger nails, I decided to leave at that point I was over this whole experience here, so I washed my hands and left no one said bye come again nothing . Soon as I get to the door the paint on one of my nails slides off. I calmly ask her to fix repaint and service me correctly because I was not happy with how they turned out. her ass of man hears the convo he immediately goes into defensive accusing me of not liking my nails because of the color I choose and he will not fix them if I want them fixed i have to pay. I was enraged at this point arguing with this idiot man Back and forth about the shape and the paint job. He pretended to call the police and accused me of threatening him after cussing his ass out, funny how no one ever showed up. I basically asked the lady several times to fix my nail and they argued with me about that until the lady repainted the one nail. Luckily I just won my lawsuit and that little change he was so desperate to charge me, he can take that a shove it up his narrow ass because I will never ever ever ever be going back worst service. If your wanting quality service ladies at least read this before you decide on this tacky shop because they take your money and talk to you crazy after you pay them not wanting to help you instead cause a scene. My husband said he will be speaking with him face to face and that is a definite promise!!!!! I hope your ready for that!!!!!

Been here twice, first time for a pedi and take-off/new set dip powder, second time for the take-off/new set dip powder which I get every time. Not sure who did my pedi but she was good and very nice. But the owner is very rude and makes you not want to spend your money there. He did a good job on my nails the first time even though he was rude so I went back a second time hoping maybe he had a bad day that day. He was even more rude the second time. Insinuated I was stupid and my nails werent done to the same quality they were done the first time. They chipped 2 days after I left, I didnt even want to go back and deal with the owners attitude. I was referred by my friend who takes her 10yo daughter there and he was recently rude to her so they wont be returning. Dont spend your money here.

Very bad place and unprofessional and rude owner i love the wife (Lyly)when she do my eyebrows that is the only reason i been going to this place for that last 6 or 7 years and same time since i been going for my eye borrow i kip doing my nails and start taking friends and family + recommend her work for others and i just did shellac and manicares and everything for me and my mom and pay over hundreds box + $20 tip and i just went back to again as always and did only shellac and wax b/c i dont like doing the manicares all the time since i have issues one off my nails i cant soke it in to water for long time amd use alcohol or remover a lot and she knows that well and i only did shellac and pay for that and for the wax and gave $7 tip anyway always give them tip and my shellac came off from my two figure nails the next day which is wired and i went back to fix it and her unprofessional Husband or the owner told me that no guarantee unless i did manicares and he was telling that i was trying to save $5 box to not do it which is very stupid that i gave tip $7 and not to do the manicares to save money and he told me that i have to pay $7 to polishes again for two fingers which is very stupid and yelling at me + their was another customer laughing at me like ohh is she complaining and he kip said yea go away go away you should give me back the tip money that i gave so i will go fix it somewhere else you..... hope you understand English well since i never hear you speaking while i am there very disrespectful and treat your 7 years customer like that anyway they always choose people and some race very resist i will come back and take my tip money back since you love your money than your customer i dont bring that money without working hard okay sir you need to learn to have some respect and have little manner okay not recommended her ever again and thank you for your disrespectful customer service

These are the worst nails Ive ever had done in years, Went in for simple fill and came out with acrylic all-over my cuticlues which is gonna make them lift, lumps all-over my nails the color looks horrible like they put one coat of the matt on and so its all spotty, so not worth my time or money, should of asked for a refund, complete garbage!
