Ahhh, happy place! So hospitable, offered cold drinks when our group arrived. Able to take all 4 of us at once, in a tranquil, air conditioned spot. I got the deluxe pedi w paraffin wax, others got extra 10 min massage- fabulous!

I went in for a Mani and Pedi and my feet are worst. I actually work for a foot clinic and today I was diagnosed with athletes foot. Time to find a new nail salon.

I got a full set of acrylic nails. I liked that they took their time but It wasnt that good for how long it took and overpriced for the work they did. They also didnt seem to know what the newest trends in nails are like ballet or coffin shape and ombre color. I had to show them a nail design off the internet but she still didnt get the idea I wanted. They do have the largest nail color selection Ive seen though. I think these shops need continuing education classes or younger stylists.

Im picky. Lets start there. Im always happy with their work. Been coming here for years and the staff is very friendly. Make you feel at home. I highly recommend it.

I went there to get dip sns nails and I got there she started doing the and had put the color I wanted and went on to file and not a single one was straight not only that I could my old nail polishes on the sides of my nails, I proceeded to inform her of how I didn’t like the shape and how it was even and she just ignored me and didn’t even try to fix the probably when I tried to say something again she “fixed it” I told her one more time and she looked at me looked at the nail and said it looked fine, she started rushing through my nails for telling her how I wanted them. I then just gave up and didn’t even care to check on how they looked. First and last time there

Sue did my dip nails and she did an amazing job. I’m very particular about length and shape and she got it all right in one time. I absolutely recommend her!

They take their time, and they do a great job on your nails, toes, eyebrows, etc.

The most reasonable pricing I was able to find in Seattle. The staff was not only friendly, but incredibly thorough as well. They had had a large selection of colors. I also had my eyebrows waxed and Sue was very gentle and did a superb job. I will definitely be coming back here!

Ive been going here a lot for manicures and never was disappointed. But came in last minute at 6:00 p.m. tonight to get a pedicure. They told me they were closing at 7. I thought that would be OK but she rushed the pedicure and did a terrible job! While the others sat around and gave each other pedicures. That was the worst pedicure andcustomer service Ive ever seen. I wont go there again for a pedicure! Very disappointed!!

The woman doing my toes is really nice and doing everything step by step and taking her time with it. Which is nice. I would come back again. First time here today .

Excellent service on a Wednesday afternoon. Kind staff. Had both manicure and pedicure with shellac and they did a careful job.

A miraculous pedicure! I went in with incredibly banged up big toe nails - one black and blue with only half a nail, and another with only a sliver of a nail. Thanks to an expert pedicurist, a couple false nails and a little nail polish, I could wear open-toed shoes on my tropical vacation in style!

I love ST Nails Salon. They are nice and they do good work. I always do a walk in and they are really good about trying to get you done as fast as they can. I get Shellac for my fingers. They are very good at applying it where it looks nice and I am very picky. They carry CND products and a few other colors in something else. They have a large selection of shellac colors. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Best place ever. Great pedicures, shellac, and acrylics. The people there are super friendly. If you can, get an appointment with The owner Sue, she is outstanding - great attention to detail!!

WORST experience. I got acrylics done and two nails broke within 2 weeks, she didnt even put on the right sized nails, and paint job was sloppy. I went to another salon to get them removed, the guy there explained that they were really odd and extremely difficult even for him to remove.

I came in for my sisters wedding, and asked for a simple two-tone gradient. The woman who did my nails didnt understand what I was asking for and didnt let me clarify or explain my idea. The color I chose was lovely but she did a mediocre job applying it. She didnt even finish trimming my cuticles, which is what I needed the most. Overall, my experience today was extremely disappointing. Luckily I have time to fix my nails before the wedding tomorrow. Everyone else in the bridal party has wonderful nails, so I can only hope the problem was with that woman specifically.

Went to ST nails two months ago for a mani-pedi. A woman did my mani. It lasted less than a week. The young guy who did my pedi forgot (or didnt care) to put the moisture treatment on one of my legs. And they charged way more than other salons ive gobe to. While the pedi turned out so-so in the end, after taking off the polish 3 weeks later i noticed both of my big toes had weird markings on them. I ignored them at first thinking they were just scrape marks from the guy attempting to remove my old shellacked color. But after another few weeks i see they are getting worse and i have a slight tenderness on one of my toes. So now i believe i may have a fungal infection which i have never had in my life!!! I dont know if he scraped too deep or used unclean tools. Either way, DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Very impersonal, they keep speaking in foreign language which makes me feel uncomfortable.
