I absolutely love Nice Nails and Spa. Every time they are kind, respectful of my time, their work is above and beyond and I am never rushed. I am not sure why my polish last so long when I go there compared to other places I go when I cannot get to Nice but it sure makes a beautiful pedicure go a long way. I am surprised when they remember details of our conversations, I feel valued. I have not had anyone pay attention to detail and care about my feet, if only you had seen them when I arrived! 😊 Great family, great experience. I highly encourage you to visit, you wont be disappointed and you will leave looking and feeling fancy.

They were so nice to take us in on such short notice. They helped us figure out the best way to achieve the designs we wanted and were incredibly patient. Prices were super reasonable and the end result was amazing. My favorite set yet!!

What an amazing nail salon! The staff are so incredibly nice, and the services are stellar. My sister and I have been coming here for years, and it is our favorite place for manicures and pedicures. It’s truly luxurious.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The owners are amazing and right now - only the two are running the show since they arent able to hire back their employees right away. I went in right as they opened and I didnt make one but they accommodated me. I waited a bit longer but they did not rush on my Pedicure or made me feel rushed. He kindly asked that next time that I make an appointment and I will definitely do so next time. Please support our small businesses around the community. They did an AMAZING job on my toes, are keeping clean, and working very hard for every person that comes through that door!

If youre searching for a nail place, stop your search here. Ive been going to Nice Nails for almost 5 years and havent been disappointed yet. The owners are some of the nicest Ive come across and Kim puts so much care into her work! They have more hand washing, PPE, and plastic screens in place for COVID. Once the pandemic ends, I highly recommend an appointment. They were always booked up before the shut down.

I came in for a deluxe manicure a week ago for a wedding. I didnt really care for the massage or lotion but their polish last a really long time. Usually within a week Ill have chips but I dont have any yet. Im really impressed and especially at a reasonable cost too. If I lived in Seattle this would be my go to place.

I’ve finally found my nail salon in Seattle! Nice Nails has it all: large selection of colors; reasonable prices; friendly staff (no time pressure to pick a color!); great mani/pedis that last.

The people are so nice, fabulous service, great prices! I got the pedicure and you get the whole spa treatment; from massaging your legs, to paraffin wax on your feet, hot towel, and a rub with hot stones. Its lovely.I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time (even if its day of) just because they do tend to get really busy!

Nice nails consistently does a wonderful job with my nails! The employees are very kind and take care to do a good job. They also have tons of beautiful shellac colors to choose from and the manicure will last looking beautiful for 2 weeks or longer! By far my favorite nail place in Seattle!

I almost dont want to share my experience at this salon, because I love that I can still call last minute and get an appointment! This precious salon gives you all of the extras: paraffin, massage, hot towel - all at no extra charge. They are fabulous at nail design too!

I have been to this salon a few times in the past, but after today I will not be back. I took my daughter for an acrylic set. Early on she comes over to me to let me know that it is going to be an extra ten dollars. The lady doing her nails said that if she gets longer nails it was extra. What!? SO I look on the menu and it says nothing about longer nails being extra, and really the nails were not that long. I let it go and tell her its okay and we will pay the extra. I am getting a pedicure at the same time my daughter is getting nails done. They do a great job of moisturizing and making it relaxing, but they did very little to exfoliate. I ended up feeling like I still need to exfoliate.It comes time to pay and the lady that was working with my daughter asks me if I want to pay the tip by card or cash. Last time I checked a tip is for service that goes over and above. I am tired of people thinking that tips are mandatory. In the end I find out after we leave that the lady working on my daughter complained to her a few times about how small her nail beds were and how much more work it is. Seriously not okay. Will not be returning.

Terrible experience. Even if you get there on time, they make you wait for 20 minutes and then they finally get you seated but then you just sit there for another 20 minutes and wait. And even if you tell them you’re in a rush, they’ll say they understand but don’t do anything about it. This has happened to me 3 times in the past year and suffice to say, I won’t EVER come back to nice nails. In addition to the way they treat paying customers, their nail polish isn’t very Good and peels off after three days.

Nice Nails is my favorite place to get a gel manicure. Waits can be long, but the quality of the manicure is 100% worth it. They have a great selection of colors and pay attention to detail when shaping your nails and cutting your cuticles. They also have a student discount.

I went here two times for a gel manicure. Polite service. Offer you water or tea.The first time was decent, but the lady didnt apply the polish as close to my cuticles as I would have liked and so they looked like 1 week old nails after just 3 days. I decided to give the salon another shot and came back 2 weeks later. A different lady cut my nails down way too short even though I asked just to make them more square. She filed half my nails crookedly and its VERY noticeable. She also didnt get close to my cuticles and so theres a big gap between my polish and my fingers. I was very disappointed, since I got the manicure for my college graduation.There are other nail salons much better than this one. Will not be coming back.

Nice place, lots of spots for pedicures and manicures. All the tools used on us came out of a sealed sterile package. Everything was really clean, decently priced and we had a nice time!

Very upset about the service I received here. I went to this salon because my regular salon was booked up and I needed my nails filled before a vacation. What a bad decision. The woman who worked on my nails was (I think) the owner or the manager in charge if nothing else. She was constantly leaving me to answer phones, help other people, and to go into the back for some reason. I wouldn’t mind this much if it didn’t mean that my nails suffered.They were shaped wrong, she burnt me multiple times, and she got gel and top coat all over my cuticles without fully fixing it. This means that my polish will likely come off early because it will peel off from my skin.Bad polish + a hectic environment + a distracted worker = not a good experience.Unfortunately, will not be visiting here again.

Ive had mixed experiences here with pedicures. Theyre an average local nail spa where they try to cram as many customers in as they can but sometimes get in over their head and people have to wait and feel irritated. Its best to call ahead, and even then its not clear they really book a spot when you ask for an appointment, but at least theyll tell you if theyre too busy for more customers.The staff has been a mix too. Some are awesome and careful while others are hasty... if I have to flinch in pain more than twice its not a good pedicure. For the most part Ive had decent experiences.Its a relatively clean salon and I never have concerns with them about cleanliness. Generally speaking, for the price point, Id recommend this place for pedicures.

Walked right in and was immediately welcomed. Sat down to a wonderful pedicure with hot stone massage and pariffin wax included in the basic spa pedicure. My tired feet are now happy!

I had a reeeeeally great experience yesterday with Moon :), she was really helpful with my tootsies. Ive never had anyone in a nail salon treat me as well and honestly as she did. I so badly wish that I got her name-- all I remember is that her station is the second to last one. She was also a little older and is obsessed with olive oil for soft hands. I walked in on a Monday at 6:30pm and they closed at 7. They took me in regardless and this woman stayed until about 7:30 to give me the best manicure that Ive ever had in my life. She wasnt happy with how my dead skin was behaving, so she kept on going until it looked perfect. You know how some people that do Shellac, sort of rush it? And they sometimes miss the side of your nails by not much, but then you sit at home staring at your $30 nails and realize it seemed a bit rushed? This woman was incredible. Meticulous. A perfectionist. I moved to Raleigh and say that shes ruined me because I cant find anyone as good as her. Give her/Nice Nails and Spa your business people. You wont regret it. Needless to say, I gave her a nice tip. And if I had more to give her, I would have. Hard/good work never goes unnoticed.

One of my favorites in Seattle! The service and customer service are both outstanding. Great variety of polishes and they always do a great job - never overcut cuticles like HOA up the street (Ive actually bled there) - and the staff is very nice! Highly recommend.

Staff members are very good but there is no reliability in this place especially the man who is usually in the reception, he said to me there is student discount when I ask him then when I choose from the menu he didnt agree to decrease the cost.. he was annoying me several times and ask me personal questions. Also he disrupted the employee to explain to me what were they doing.. thats make me angry and decided to stop coming back.. it was the first and the last time for me..

This experience was unlike my many others here. There was an extremely long wait for a mani pedi. The service was great as always. I love the end product. I was there for 3 hrs. Smh. I will go back because this is one of many nail shops I have tried here in Seattle that I am satisfied with my nails when I leave.

All tools used for my pedicure came in sterile packaging. The woman who did my pedicure was meticulous and gave an incredible massage that lasted at least 10 minutes.

I will never return to nice nails. I was just told that they could get me in for a pedicure in a couple of minutes. After 25 minutes of sitting in the chair with my feet soaking they came and said they had a scheduling error and told me they could no longer give me a pedicure today.

I came here to have a relaxing mani/pedi, but instead I endured half an hour of women talking badly about my body.A little back story:I prefer not to shave my legs as it is time consuming as well as excruciatingly painful when the hair grows back and as a woman, I understand that is not the social norm.However, this does not justify the demeaning way they spoke of me. They thought I could not understand what they were saying because they were speaking in Vietnamese but my step father is Vietnamese and taught me from a young age. The women went out of their way to even ask me if I was Vietnamese to make sure I didnt understand, and of course I played it off as if I didnt.On top of this, the woman who did my toes forced me to pay an extra $5 even though I specified the exact amount I wanted to tip the woman who did my finger nails (who only cleaned my cuticles and produced hang nails. I even had to file several of my nails myself).I suggest looking elsewhere to invest your money, this establishment is absolutely abhorrent.

If i could rate this place in negative stars i would. Never going there again. Customer service is horrible. The man that answered the phone sounded a bit rude. I gave himbthe befefit of the doubt and he was still being rude. I think he was trying to cut people off from coming in since they close in an hour. But he pretty much yelled at me in from of a full room of people and put words in my mouth that i never said

I would not recommend this place, theyre all very nice people there, offer you drinks or whatever you like. But as far as service the girl who was doing my nails had open blisters/wounds/sores on her hands while working on mine with NO GLOVES OR BANDAID. Really unpleasant to see. Not only that but she was using an already used drill and cut my finger bed open pretty bad! (It bled) and when I asked for a French tip she used clear tips and tried to paint on the white tip. Overall I was just grossed out by the condition my nails were being done in but after a couple tries they looked okay! Not what I would be pleased with but they looked okay. The manager there gave me a small discount for puncturing my finger. But still unsafe and un sanitary. Open wounds and nail salons just dont mix. Happy I didnt get a serious infection atleast

After I gave her the cost for the nails she she looked up at me and asked me for a tip like its mandatory, mind you this is before getting my fill. I always tip after getting any service. never before and never have I been asked for a tip especially before the job has started.... SMH!!!

Amazing nail salon!! I had Kim, it was my first time getting dip gel and she was really patient and helped me with deciding between dip gel and acrylic. She really took her time on the design to make sure I liked it. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Come to use the service for the first time, very impressed. There are many colors for the rope, very meticulous every step. The staff are hospitable, cute, beaming, very much like.
