This is my favorite place to go for all my nail needs! Tina is a magician in the nail department and everyone makes incredible Vietnamese coffee! You get absolutely pampered here with things like a massage, paraffin, and even hot stones. I love getting gel on my hands and its so nice having my feet get everything from hot towels to a melt-worthy calf massage. I bring anyone who will listen here!

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a shellac manicure and a pedicure at 5:30. I arrived early at 5:15 and patiently waited until I was seated 45 minutes later. Once the pedicure was complete they said they didn’t have enough time for my nails. Had I known they were limited on time, I would have gone to another establishment or at the very least, prioritized my nails as I have a severely broken nail. It was a completely waste of my time and the lack of communication was shocking. Truly disappointing.

I am a total sucker for a good foot massage and back rub when getting a pedicure/ manicure and this place definitely does not let down. They have use hot stones and warm towels as a standard as well as parafin wax. The lotions have tea leaves in them which is very relaxing AND they give you a complimentary Vietnamese coffee. I’ll be back!

Definitely the #1 place to get your pedicure! My 2 friends and I went together today and were all very satisfied with the service and how our nails turned out! We were given hand sanitizer and 2 ply masks and everyone was wearing them so it is a very covid-19 cautious & safe establishment! Even though we were late to our appointment, they nicely accommodated us. The Vietnamese iced coffee was a unique touch as I haven’t been offered that at other salons! The price of the pedicure was fair and it’s a good idea to bring cash if you can! Love this place ❤️!

Day Nails consistently provides excellent service, and during Covid-19 they have gone to extensive lengths to avoid spread of the virus. Upon entry, customers are required to have their temperature taken, wear masks at all time indoors, and besides wearing gloves and masks, the technicians have clear plastic dividers between them and their customers which are disinfected (along with the seats and surfaces) between customers. Further, their signature complimentary beverages are provided in recyclable to-go cups.It was all around a very positive and sanitary visit, even amidst a pandemic.

I very liked that they can make any type of design and pick the color, that better look on your nails.

I scheduled an appointment at 2 pm for a full set and a pedicure. i got my toes done sat in the chair for another 45 minutes. new customers were walking in and they were attending to them but were just skipping over me. the lady doing my toes asked what i wanted and i told her a full set and she said okay another 30 minutes pass. i got so fed up i just paid and left. if i would have said something i was going to tear the place down. will not be going back

Love this spa! I came here on recommendation from my mother who had the best pedicure I’d ever seen, which she said was ONE MONTH old. Hearing that, I had to try ❤️Called to schedule an appt for the next day and was able to get right in the next morning for a leg wax and shellac pedi. Both were fantastic and I really enjoyed the complimentary massage and iced coffee.A little sad reading other recent reviews. The spa is busy bc they are so loved. If you have to wait, it’s worth it!

Best gel manicure I’ve had in a while. This place is my new favorite for sure. Really good free iced coffee while you’re getting your nails done, very sweet ladies, they spend quite a bit of time massaging you—even your neck and shoulders, and my shellac manicure only has one small chip and it’s been over two weeks now. They did many coats of the gel polish and cured it way longer and for more reps than other places so it really stayed. Plus they own two salon spaces right next to each other so if one is full you can try the other. Highly recommend!

Very nice owner and good COVID protocols. They place a screen between you and their employees and everyone follows mask wearing. They also do an amazing job! Love this place!

Called and made an appointment for a mani pedi. The technician was constantly looking out the door during it and after the pedi told me that she could only do a pedi in order to accommodate a walkin. Additionally, while I was getting the service a women of color walked in and asked for a mani/pedi and was denied and told were busy. No offer to come back or schedule for a later time like she asked for. 10 minutes later a caucasian women walk in with no appointment and was accommodated. And dont get me started on the man who walked in got sat down and took off his mask. I wont be back.

Ive always had a nice experience here. Ann is awesome. she takes her time on my pedicure. The iced coffee they offer is delicious. 5 stars for my experience, but 4 stars for their location. Parking is limited. they only have a few spots so its struggle to find parking especially when they end up getting busy. I always like to go in the AM. They take walk-ins.

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I recently went here as it came highly recommended by friends. Unfortunately, we had a horrible and scary experience. There were too many problems to count, but I will list the main ones here:1. Called at 2:00 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. appointment for myself and my partner. We arrived and waited for 35 MINUTES past our appointment time before walking out the door. They kept saying one minute over and over and it turned into 35.2. They are NOT FOLLOWING COVID-19 REGULATION PROTOCOL put forth by Washington State and Governor Inslee. It says that a salon can only be at 25% of the regular capacity. The salon was at about 95% capacity at least with people EVERYWHERE! This is NOT SAFE And not COVID-19 friendly. She even told us to go pick out a color where there were about 8 people standing. We no longer felt safe in addition to our appointment running 35 minutes late so we walked out NEVER to return.

My very favorite west seattle nail salon. They dont do acrylics so no stink! Tina not only gives a great pedicure but she will make you a Vietnamese ice coffee. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry. Relax and enjoy the massage.

I do not get my nails done often because I am pretty picky, but I will always come back to Day Nails and Spa! This place is amazing 😍🙌! They make you feel so relaxed! They give a complementary head/neck/shoulder massage when you get a manicure. Also, free drinks as well! I recommend getting the iced Vietnamese coffee they make, it tastes like a coffee milkshake. They also have wine and tea. I feel that all the girls who work there are genuine, super sweet 😻!*This place has two locations right next to one another. If one location is pretty booked they will have you walk over next door to the other location. Trust me that they are worth the short wait. I recommend going early in the day around 9 or 10 am, or late afternoon 4-5pm so that you will have a short wait or no wait at all.

Been going here for over three years and I absolutely love it! Not only is the service amazing, the owner and staff are incredibly friendly, pampering you with massages and Vietnamese coffee. Totally would suggest this place to everyone, cant recommend them enough!

Ive gone to this shop a few times now and like it. The free Vietnamese iced coffee is delicious, and they give you a nice neck/shoulder massage while they soak the gel polish off your nails. The quality of the overall manicure is pretty inconsistent though, depending on who you get, hence the 4 stars. Despite this they have my business because theyre all really nice, they have a ton of color options in gel or regular, and they have free parking (they have a few spots in front of the shop and tons of free street parking nearby).

Best manicure and pedicure Ive had in a really long time!! They do a really good job cleaning up the cuticles and prepping the nails, so even before applying nail polish my nails looked good.Unlike most nail salons, they apply nail polish on the entire nail, including all the sides and edges.Manicure lasted a bit over a week, which is great!On top of great service, all the ladies are very nice, you get a great shoulder, neck and arms massage, the place is pretty clean (although I am not aware if they have an autoclave and what type of process they use to sterilize their tools), and the price is fair.Lots of parking of spaces.Wheelchair accessible.Highly recommend!

I love this nail salon. I recently moved to Burien and this is by far the best salon. They offer a great selection of polish colors and complementary beverages. The women who work here are friendly, kind and efficient. They are also very accommodating when my mom joins me, she uses a wheelchair and they make sure she is comfortable and able to enjoy her pedicure.

Awesome service. Complimentary shoulder/next massage and paraffin wax! First time ever! Other places I go never had that as a complimentary service! Also my nails and my friends turned out so nice. I loved how my nail technician spent time making sure my nails were nicely filed, cuticle cut and taking care of!

NK Nails lost me once they increased their prices while dropping their quality in everything down to the products they use.I was sad because I had gone there for 4 years.So I walked into Day Nails. And not only was the pricing more reasonable, but they pampered every, single, person, like they were at a resort. All the way down to delicious vietnamese coffee, FREE (OMG) paraffin qitll all nail services, and the best part, they do all natural nails only! No acrylic chemicals, none of that constant dust in the air.They do spa quality work, they are kind, and they remember you.

I was hesitant to get my nails done in the COVID 19 era. I decided Id go even if it was the same experience safety wise as pre covid cause I figured at least everyone would be wearing masks. But they had many safety measures in place that helped me feel like I could relax and really enjoy it! When I entered, there was a table with a thermometer and hand sanitizer and a log of peoples names. You take your temp, enter it on the paper along with your name and phone number. The chairs had plastic dividers between the customer and technician as well as between the customers. I watched them spray down the chairs with sanitizer between guests and the tools (I think)were individually wrapped for sanitization. I got busy chatting with my friend and forgot to notice this, but thought I saw that. Also, their delicious coffee was in to go cups so there were lids on them. One thing I noticed about the manicure that changed was I didnt get the good shoulder massage they usually do, but Im sure thats to maintain social distance which was fine with me. They also did a great job on my nails, of course!

I had a wonderful experience at Day Nails! My friend and I showed up around 6:15pm and they fit us both in even though they close at 7pm. Not only did they fit us in but they didnt rush and still took great care of us!

This is one of the best nail salons in West Seattle. The staff are extremely friendly; they serve coffee,water, and candy and make sure you are happy with everything. The prices are really cheap but the quality is excellent! I cant recommend it enough.

WOW. I came for a gel manicure and got so much more: a wonderfully relaxing neck and shoulder massage from Amy, hand wax treatment, delicious Vietnamese coffee. Plus great nails from Tina. And all this for only $25! The team is friendly and fun, and I also liked that they use UV-blocking gloves to protect the skin in the hardening lamps. Very recommendable.

My first time here and it was the best experience Ive had getting my nails done. Everyone was so friendly and treated my six year old like a princess. The coffee was amazing! We will definitely come back and recommend to everyone we know.

Best nail salon in West Seattle! I went there today for the 2nd time, and it was just as enjoyable as my first visit The staff goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy. Drinks are included (I love the Vietnamese coffee), as well as hot towels around your feet & legs (for a spa pedicure), and a great neck/back massage once your nails are done. Amy & Me both looked after me today, and were so sweet! I like that they dont do acrylic nails, so the harsh chemicals/dust arent in the air in the salon (much better for your lungs!). Overall a very enjoyable experience, that was also affordable. I will definitely be back. Thank you Day Nails and Spa!

WORST first experience ever . I was Very happy with the way owner treated my friend and I. Although when we sat down the lady who was doing my mani was extremely rude. Throughout the whole process she kept pulling my hand very harsh. Tapping the top of my hand roughly to get me to put my hand in to dry my gel until I finally told her I understood it had to go in there . At one point she smacked her mouth when she pulled my finger to file and my other finger accidentally rubbed against her hand and ruined the gel. I understand it’s hard work but I was being so patient and let her do her job without even suggesting a nail shape because I was intimidated to even talk to her . I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this experience left me in tears. I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place, so this worker definitely ruined it it For me .

I recently moved to Seattle and tried 5 salons before I found Day Nails. Paid $45 for a Mani/Pedi that Ive paid $70+ for before. Paraffin mask on the hands with incredible shoulder and neck massage. Hot towel and great massage for the pedi too! So good! And the iced coffee really tops it all off!

This was the best gel manicure I have ever received. They greet you with iced coffee, give you a shoulder massage and the perform a decadent gel manicure. At other places my gels last 2 weeks max. Here they last a full 4 weeks. I only have to get a new manicure because the grow out, not due to chipping or peeling.

Best experiences ever! Everyone in the shop is so nice. Im very picky when it comes to my nails, but when I came in to this shop. Its been nothing but great service. I came into the shop and all the ladies greet me right away. Not even 5mins I was sat down into my pedicure, the lady that did my pedi her name is Amy. She gave me the best massage ever!!! Not only my toes are perfect and clean, they give you complementary vietnamese coffee. Im definitely coming back again and bringing my girlfriends with me.

I made an appointment for myself and my sister to get manicures and pedicures. The booking process was good- I booked online and within 15 minutes I got a call to confirm the services and time. When we went to the appointment, we arrived on time and picked out our nail polish colors. We were told there would be an additional 10-15 minute wait, and they pulled up an extra chair and table and offered iced coffee and water. And then we waited. And waited. Half an hour past our appointment time it still didnt look like anyone was close to finishing, so we ended up leaving. Very disappointing.

My favorite nail salon ever. Just drove an hour just to come here (I moved away in January) and it was so worth it. They do a great job every time, and they massage everything along with parrafin and hot towels with the best vietnamese coffee (free!). If you live near West Seattle, I would recommend making this your regular place!

Live it here, they let you relax when you need to relax but if you like to chat they will chat with you. They dont do acrylic nails so the place doesnt have that strong chemical smell.

I advise they update their information when people like myself are looking for a salon. They do not state anywhere that they only service natural nails, and do not do any artificial styles. It could save both the customer and the business sometime.

I just got a manicure and pedicure. When I looked closer at my nails, I noticed that 8 of my fingers have polish sloppily on the skin around the nails. The receptionist at the location on Roxbury was also rude when we went in. Id rather pay more for better quality and service.

Wide color selection. Great music. Lots of smiles and laughs in this place. The owner goes the extra mile, often times adding a detail to your toes for no extra charge. The prices are super competitive and last but not least your mani/pedi will last so long! Love this place!!
