Two experienced artists worked with me to do a manicure/pedicure on my natural nails. Both were very friendly and produced high quality results. I even got to experience a massage chair as my feet soaked. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

By far the best salon in the area! I had a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. They were all of the highest quality. They take the time to do it right. No rushing like other salons which always makes me feel like I’m not receiving a quality service. I had a gel manicure over 2 weeks ago and there are no chips on my nails! I highly recommend!!!

I felt safe as they continue to mask during post-vaccination covid era and it didnt reek of polish upon entry.I asked them not to cut my cuticles & they proceeded to cut them just a little. Cuticle cutting is known to increase risk for infection.I also asked them not to cut my nails much because I found the length acceptable and dont like them too short and they proceeded to cut deep along the sides & rip my hangnails off stating it needs to be cut to stay clean.During polish application, the tech scraped my tender skin with her bare/sharp nails to wipe off excess polish and she still missed some.I had multiple nail techs work on my nails, which felt impersonal & rushed.Now the skin around my nails is irritated & inflamed. I really hope I dont get an infection from their lack of consideration!!!

I have many different salons I rotate through but always come back to Passion Nails. The ladies are always very nice, friendly and good at what they do.Their prices are reasonable for the services rendered and Ive had no complaints.Happy (just past) 2 year anniversary Passion Nails!!

I am so happy with me experience here. Everyone was really friendly, and hand sanitizer and temperature checks were first thing. These ladies were super meticulous and my nails look flawless. Very clean, thank you

(BURNED AND SCABBING EYEBROWS) I will not be going back to this place. I went there because it was closer than the place i usually go. At worst i thought if they are bad the worst i could expect would be that the shape would be too thin or not lined properly. They have now given me a new fear when trusting new people to do my eyebrows. After the wax I thought oh they didnt do too bad but i felt a stinging on my face that i never felt before when getting my eyebrows waxed. I thought oh maybe its nothing and itll probably just go away over time. It was raw and burning the whole day and to the next. It was hard to even wash my face because it was just so raw that i could tell it was pretty much an open wound. By the next day i now have dark scabs around the iner parts of my eyebrows. And it still feels irritated when i touch them. One side seems like it may heal without much scaring but the other i know for sure will leave me with a visible scar. It looks like i got carpet burn on my face.

***Update: I will not be going back. I broke 2 nails on my first day (7/2/19) in Hawaii. I went to a nail salon here in Hawaii and they said there isnt much acrylic on the sides of all my nails and they will eventually break. I have 5 total nails break. I have NEVER broke a nail..let alone 5..smh I am very disappointed. ***Review from Friday: My first time here was maybe an hr ago. I moved to the area recently and I wanted to find a great nail spot instead of travelling all the way South to get my nails done in my old neighborhood. Going forward this will be my new nail spot 💖😍 friendly service and beautiful work! I will be back after Hawaii for my fill and pedi 💖
