Great place at a great price! Lots of standard polish colors, and a decent selection of shellac well! The also do brow waxing and lasges, although Ive never done either. There is a bathroom and they currently have great covid precautions: shields up between you and the manicurist, and they also check your temperature as you enter.

After coming to them for a month this is the treatment I get! They were busy with a bridal party or something and had me get my manicure before my lip wax. My nails were clearly not dry and some new lady was rushing me to get to the back. This is the end result. Dont waste your money on getting shellac nails they always chip within a day.

If I could give 10 Stars I would.Ive been getting acrylics for over a decade and been to more than 2 dozen salons between Seattle and Chicago and I have never found a place that does them better than this.The technique is incredibly beautiful. My nails look wonderful, they work fast and are very detail oriented. There was no wait and the color selection was immense.I love this salon and will never go anywhere else.Thank you for the beautiful work!

Lyn is hands down the Acrylic Queen and shes often asking how her work is coming along, ensuring your satisfaction. QA doesnt have many acrylic professionals, so Im glad to have found Diamond Nails in this neighborhood.

Have been here twice, and both times have been the worst service I’ve ever had. They didn’t turn on the light or let the gel set, so my paint is already chipping and peeling off (has been about 30 minutes), transparent polish because they didn’t do enough layers, have dead skin all over my feet because my pedicure took fifteen minutes... the list goes on. Horrible. Go to golden nails next door

While the staff was really polite, I was really disappointed with the quality of my gel manicure. They never shaped my cuticles, so they looked sloppy. My nails also started peeling off only one week after my manicure, which I’ve never had happen before. Not quality work. I recommend going somewhere else.

My waxer was Ny Chen. She had a difficult go of it because my hair was very short from Recently shaving, but she did her best and was very patient. She kept checking in with me to ask if it hurt too much or if it was too hot, I appreciated that. The prices were very cheap. Of course it was very busy and of course there was a wait, but thats understandable considering that it seems like a good place.

Everyone has provided meticulous service with the nails (Mani/pedi), I do waxing and lash extensions as well. Completely agree the comment about Lien - she makes sure everyone is service friendly, and sets the level of service high!. I have been going there for the past 12 years.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure. I wasn’t helped for a long time. I was left without attendance and the water for my pedicure almost overflowed. Periodically she kept getting up and leaving during the pedicure. Then when she started my maicure the nail polish was old and had no pigment but she proceeded to use it anyway, after the first coat she put another polish over top (when she should have started over) Then when I was leaving she threw my lunch that was in a bag next to me away. When I decided against a tip after this horrible experience, she gave me very dirty looks and was talking about me. Rude and terrible- I won’t be back, would have gone to Golden Nails if they weren’t closed.

The salon advertises for full sets/fills and both times I’ve gone in to get either service I was turned down. Staff was more eager to lounge on the massage chairs while on their phones to even properly address a patron.

Good mani pedis and convenient location. Always good to call but walk-ins welcome.

I walked in asking if I can get my shellac nails removed. Lady who helped me in the beginning asked if I also wanted to get them re-painted. I replied, no. However, she does not know that I am vietnamese. She turned to the male worker and said, this b*/ch only wants her polished removed but does not even want them re-painted. Regardless if its only a $5 service, I am paying for it and its something that they offer. I felt that was unprofessional and didnt really care to cause a scene at their nail salon.

Very painful acrylic removal. They didn’t even get all of it off in the end. Not to mention they improperly used their tools and probably damaged a lot of my nails

Poor service and bad experience, I went there for manicure and pedicure. They gave be cheque and asked for the payment in between of my manicure. Even after manicure and pedicure they didnt dry up my nail polish and nail polish came out from my nails at the very same day.

Oh boy ! I visited the salon and got a pedicure it was great service the first time .........On a Friday afternoon :) I was happy to even think this could be my new place in Seattle close to work...Oh nooo wait a minute i come by on Saturday afternoon i do understand that it Saturday and is a busy weekend.I asked to have my Nail polish change the lady yelling from across the nail salon. TO RETURN IN 1/2 AND HOUR, I said OK I will be back. I grab a bite to eat I come back like an idiot thinking i will be changing my nail color. The same lady was at the counter very rudely and STILL yelling at me asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT ?? ?I mention to her that she had asked me to returned. she looked at me and scream back you need to COME BACK IN AN HOUR I mention to her that she asked me to be back 1/2 hour .Turns around and still yelling voice come back in an hour. WHO DOES THAT ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE HAVING SOMETHING SMALL DONE IT DOESNT MEAN PEOPLE DONT RETURN TO MAKE A BIGGER PURCHASE !!!! DO YOU HEAR ME LADY.........BUT I GUESS THIS WILL TEACH ME A LESSON ON NEW SALONS..... STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW............... Because you are new in my book doesnt mean I will not spend money it only means I need to get to know you and not break up with you on our second day..................:(
