Went during pandemic restrictions so it’s a bit skewed this review. It’s a pleasant, pretty, delicate space, the staff is very nice. My pedicure was thorough but I had markings on either side of many of my nails, I’m still not sure what they were caused by. Also, it maybe kind of tacky but I actually like the massage chairs at less designed nail places, not to mention the whirlpool tubs which Refine is also lacking. The 7th Ave location is insanely convenient but I have yet to return because I wasn’t thrilled.

Its a really nice spa with a beautiful atmosphere. I got the Madison pedicure and my nails look great. However, the actual pedicure wasnt very relaxing, it was very rushed. The technician was very friendly but ultimately the service wasnt relaxing especially for the price.

Got the Denny service (basic manicure). It’s $35 including a 20% tip.When I arrived, I was checked in immediately, was asked to wash my hands, and given nail swatches to pick a color.They wipe the counter, social distance the areas, and have single use plastic covers on the seats. I don’t like that they use communal nail files and buffers. They don’t UV sanitize the equipment between customers.

I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. Everything was clean, they had good covid guidelines on place, and my nails came out great. Also they seem to be one of the only salons in the area that does gel extensions.

Shelley at Refine is an absolute expert at gel nails! I always leave thrilled at how my nails turn out after my service. The space is also super clean, and all staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend Shelley and Refine to anyone else!

Incredible salon! I had the best manicure since moving to Seattle two years ago here with Britney! She was so sweet, listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond! They have The Gel here which is a game changer for all those who love a wonderful Gel Manicure!! Also the Gel-X extensions are incredible for those who want a little extra added to their nails without bulk! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

It is my go-to nail salon, Beautiful and Friendly place! It was very clean even before COVID, and now they have all the safety precautions in place. I love coming here and would totally recommend!

Great Service just not happy with products used. My gel manicure did not last more than two days.

Pedicure was mediocre but my manicure smudged entirely off an hour after I left! And my heels are super rough/dry, like the buff didn’t even do anything. Not worth the $$ despite the convenient location.

I received the Olive manicure and Madison pedicure from Ivy Tran and could not be happier! I have had plenty of mani/pedis from multiple different states and establishments; this is by far the best place Ive been to! The atmosphere and decor were complimentary of each other and the technicians were all nice, professional, and great at their jobs!

Cute shop, but ridiculously overpriced. I went in for their basic pedicure and a buff + shine instead of a polish. My nails were cut and cleaned, but that was it. No work was done to my actual feet after a brief soak. They didnt even put any lotion on, leaving my feet quite dry after. Pretty threadbare service for $40, which makes me think many other services are overpriced...

First time in this salon. I love the atmosphere and calming decor. Love that they are extra cautious with COVID protocol. And loved my pedicure by Lina. She is the best!

I didnt notice any changes before and after the manicure. I could still see the dirt under my nail! she even didnt cut nail the same size! very low quality and over price for that quality. Im not recommending this place to anyone!

I had an acrylic set put on and I was super disappointed. I had 4 nails break within the first 2 weeks, they didn’t offer me any discount to fix all four (even though they gave a policy that says if you have a break within the first 2 weeks) and when I went to a new place for a fill we discovered a nail had fungus due to lifting. This place is incredibly expensive and the quality is poor.

I went a few weeks ago, and while online they say they have strict COVID protocols, in practice it didn’t seem like all protocols were followed. I had to ask someone to wipe down the counter before I sat down because they didn’t clean it after the previous customer left (I was there so I saw this occur) and one of my manicurists did not wear her mask properly.

I did manicure here three times with three different nail technicians, and I got hurt for ALL THREE TIMES!!! Two times I got hurt by an electric nail drill, and one time by a nail file. Its you can see blood coming out kinda hurt. It hurts so much especially when the nail technician applied something/touched the wound. Not a good experience overall. I purchased a manicure took kit, planning to do my own nail at home from now.

I came here for my first mani/pedi after quarantine. The receptionist was very welcoming and explained the covid safety steps.Lena did such a great job on my pedi/mani! I felt 100% safe and comfortable in this beautiful salon, highly recommend.
