My husband and I had a terrific experience with Portland Glass in Brattleboro. A turkey flew into our windshield causing major damage. Great communication, came out did a quote and then installed. The project looks fabulous better than I expected. Weird shaped windows so really glad to have found Portland Glass!

The first time they fixed my glass was great, but the second time was a nightmare. Maybe there was new Mgmt idk. But they broke my windshield wipers and caused mechanical damage which cost about $1000 to replace. They gave me a hard time about it, even though their tech admitted he had a hard time getting the wipers off and damaged them. I had to drive around for a month with no wipers (while they took their time getting back to the auto shop about payment for damage they caused) and of course it seemed like it rained every day in that month & when they finally wrote the check for the repairs they shorted it by $100 saying their guy said that the repairs shouldn’t cost as much as what automall charged to replace and fix the damages. I have a BMW M4 now & no way am I taking my car to this place ever again!! I also make sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible customer service here.

These guys did amazing, I called monday to get a quote. They said they could get me a new windshield overnighted and installed the next day. Unfortunately i didnt know i had a rain sensor, so the wrong windshield was ordered. So they overnighted the right windshield and installed the following day. Both prices were cheaper than quoted. And they picked up my car and delivered it home for no extra charge. The guys were very pleasant to do business with. I will come back. Hopefully not soon, though. :)

If you can get past the extreme incompetence of the counter woman they do decent work. For this reason alone, I would not consider doing business with them again.

Secretary was very sweet and got me a prompt quote for my window. The owner was rude to the secretary and to myself. Hes a real piece of ... I wont support him, and neither should you.

They were able to fix the mirror mount on my vehicles windshield in 10 minutes. Very helpful and reasonable price too.

Did an online quote for glass for my 3D print bed. Received a follow up call the next day. The custom cut tempered glass would have been rather high as they have to order out for it, but they had an alternate glass that gets used for oven tops that they had on hand that they were able to cut to shape for me that day that was much cheaper. Well worth it.

Fantastic experience, was traveling ...and needed rear door glass replaced on my car, they got me in next day and were done by 230, AND under what was originally quoted. Hope I dont need to go back, but would recommend highly

I went there to fix a very small, old chip in my cars windshield to make it easier to sell. The guy there seemed hesitant, saying that filling an older chip probably wouldnt work, but he would give it a try and charge me a lower rate. What he did not tell me was that doing this would risk spreading the chip and turning it into a bigger crack, which is exactly what happened. Now Im not sure the car will pass inspection without a whole new windshield.Two stars only because he was gracious enough not to charge me after enlarging the crack. A responsible person would have provided reasonable warning about the risks. That was not what I got, so tread carefully here.

I had a great experience at Portland Glass. I live in Brattleboro, so my choices were basically Safelite in Keene, or PG right up my street. Safelite would have been more expensive if I had then come out, if I drove there Id be stuck waiting for hours bored out of my mind. Plus its always nice to do business local. PG was awesome, their price was the same as Safelite, and it was much more convenient. Follow up service was excellent. I had a small issue with the wiper adjustment months after the warranty expired, and they went above and beyond to take care of it. They had no obligation, and the wiper adjustment might not have even been their fault, but the manager showed the upmost integrity and took care of it at no charge. Friendly service, OEM looking windshield, and super convenient. Highly recommend
