They couldnt accommodate a walk infill set. But they put me on the schedule for later in the day. The lady who did my nails(already forgotten your name, sorry) was very nice. She did a superb job. Its been over A year since I last got my nails done. And this was the perfect place to go.

This place is an absolute gem. Ive been coming here for 10+ years and have never experienced anything short of exceptional service. The women who work here are warm, friendly, professional, and so good at what they do. There are plenty of fancier, luxury nail places around Seattle, but Ill take the experience here over anywhere else every time. Try them, you wont be disappointed. 💗

This is probably my favorite nail salon in Seattle. It’s always very clean, the nail professionals are very good, and the service is quick and affordable. Tuyet is a real gem! She’s always so sweet and really makes me feel like I’m valued as a customer. I highly recommend checking this place out. 😊

I have no idea how they are in business. Very rude and rushed. The nail tech didn’t even use the UV lamp on my nails and gave my a fan which resulted in my nail polish coming off since it wasn’t dry and she didn’t care what so ever. Don’t waste your time here.

They are great. They fit me in last second with only a 5 minute wait. I worked a long shift on my feet, and now I feel like Im walking on a cloud. Plus I havent been in in over a year or two, and they still recognized me. :) my heart and get are happy.

They are good, probably why very busy! Make sure you take an appointment and show up on time. You show up 10 minutes late? Oops, your appointment is gone!

Im a traveling Healthcare worker who needed to get a pedicure. I found this place and decided to go after work. The staff was slightly rude, but cooperative, I guess. I had a pedicure done and noticed how unsanitary the place was. I had no choice at the time because I had a bad ingrown and 3 consecutive 12 hour shifts coming up, but i would never go back. Their utensils did not come in a sealed package (the little sanitized steamed packaging that ensures the utensils have been cleaned in high heat) and the purple Sponge used to do deep callous Scrub looked like it rolled in dirt. Also, the nail buffer (small sponge looking one) was definitely used. I came in with my socks and sneakers and they didnt even offer those foam shoes on my way out. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place unless its your absolute last choice. She didnt even do a proper pedicure so I will definitely have to go somewhere else and get it redone. I left there very upset. I got my nails filled, and the nail tech did such a great job. It’s gel polish with chrome powder on top. The chrome powder is $5 more, on top of the more expensive gel polish it goes on. If you pay in cash, it gives a 4% discount.I took off a star, because they could use improvement on customer service. The lady who did my nails was brusque and rarely made eye contact. But she worked fast and made my nails look pretty. Also, the salon is no-frills.Nonetheless, I wouldn’t mind coming back here. They had lots of colors that my go-to salon doesn’t have.

I always stop in when Im passing through town and I have an hour to kill. Its usually quiet during the day and mid afternoon. The nail techs are efficient. I always get the length and shape I want without issue, so just politely let them know *before* you get started what it is youre looking for. Julie is the best, ask if shes available for your set.Sometimes there are colorful interactions with Broadway street people. That comes with the neighborhood. Dont come here if you dont like people watching or you cant handle city life.

Super friendly ladies, but I don’t think my nails were done very well. :/ the paint looks like I did a really good job with my left hand. (I’m righthanded).They also have a very small color option for the nails.It reminded me of a nail salon you would see in Mexico.Would Not recommend. :/

I’m visiting Seattle Washington for the summer and I need a nail tech that would keep my nails looking the way I wanted them. She did that and was very accommodating to my needs ! Ive tried 4 nail salons in Seattle with horrible results prior to coming here. Julie at Infinity is amazing, hands down the best/only person Ill let do my nails. I have long acrylic stiletto nails & have had an impossible time finding anyone who could shape them well & make them strong enough to last 2+ (even 3) weeks without a break until I started seeing Julie. Shes incredibly gentile (has never even nicked my cuticles) and is so fast. I 100% recommend!

I went in for a color change and I have bubbles on all of my nails. They also did not give my gel polish enough time to cure so my nails are tacky/sticky and catching on things.

I appreciate that they take walk-ins but the quality was definitely rushed with no care, the tools werent clean but rubbed with a towel,my nail tech was rude/ unfriendly and the atmosphere is cheap. All for $45. You get what you pay for, thats for sure.

I was welcomed as a walk-in customer. Also they offer good price. Not very fancy but it is just a good service. I will be back there soon.

Ive been here twice. Once a few months ago, I had gone in to get my acrylics filled from anther salon that did a bad job (they were shaped really weird!). The woman who filled my nails reshaped them so they looked normal! I was thrilled. This second time I went to get a new set on, they were very efficient and Ive gotten many compliments. Im fairly new to acrylic nails, but so far love everything they have done.

Horrible! Old polish and no cool colors .noOpi..polish..had no idea how to match my color and didnt care. I was just getting a repair and I am visiting the state..maybe she thought I would not be visiting again,WRONG!My grandkids and family moved here!Run down looking shop. There are far better nail salons than this place in Seattle. The place was not clean and there was dust and dirt everywhere. I could see clumps of dust on the floor, the tables of the pedicure chairs needed wiping, and the pedicure baths needed some sterilizing too. I also had an appointment and still ended up waiting 30 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. She also forgot about my manicure after my pedicure, and I had to remind her. The person providing the pedicure was very nice, but she didnt do a good job and my nails are all ragged. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Yes its a chop shop, but dang it if they dont get in there and make your toes all pretty again. These ladies work so hard and diligently.

Painful pedicure. Lady cleaned so deep around my toes with the clippers she took off a bunch of skin; created then ripped off a big hang nail all down the side of my nail on my big toe. Its 4 days later and it still hurts to walk. Also, the massage portion of the pedicure was very rough and painful. Went in because the price was so reasonable, but NOT worth it.

They do an excellent unlaquered mens pedicure and pretty painlessly corrected an ingrown that the last nail spa I went to had caused. Was a little concerned about the lack of foot spa liners but so far so good.

Made a reservation, because of knee and back surgeries I wanted a pedicure without having to do it myself and stress the scars. The lady did a nice job, I felt her attention was not completely there because she was acting as a receptionist and may not have done her best. But it was what I needed so 4 stars and I will go back

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I told them I needed to get my nails done for a wedding and this is what they did. Never going back here, BEWARE. Went home immediately and removed all of this, I’m so upset.

We scheduled two back to back appointments for a full set then got stuck in traffic. We called to let them know we were running late and once we got there they informed us theyd given our appointments away and that we should have called if we were going to be late. She was pretty rude about the whole thing and never even apologized.

A friend introduced me to Infinity and I am very happy with the quality of their work.We asked for mani/pedis and were seated right away without an appointment. The salon and nail tools were kept clean, I had no cuts while getting the cuticles cleaned up and the polish dried with no bubbles (always a plus), they also give a quick leg massage.I found the price extremely reasonable at a total$33 & I look forward to going back.

Awful. Was burned during a waxing and left covered in wax that I could not remove. It ruined a 100 dollar shirt that I have not been compensated for. Go here if you want to be injured physically and financially. Otherwise go see pros at wax on or pretty much anywhere else. F U.

They treated me rudely and my gel polish is peeling off after 1 day! Came in from out of town and am pretty bummed at the cost for such poor work. And of course they wont offer any refund......

Worst pedicure ever, butchered my toes, trimmed them uneven, big toe is infected no base coat, no top coat. Started chipping within 48 hours.

Every time I go here, and I don’t know why it’s been so many times, there is something super sloppy about the manicure. Today there is leftover nail polish from my last manicure, nail polish around the nail on my finger, and they forgot to file one of my hands. I didn’t say anything because the lady is nice. I know this is super passive aggressive.
