We’ve been going to Tulip’s since before we had our daughter. She’s 4 now and when we go it’s a family affair. Tulip’s is nee to Burien but not the area, their new location is easy to access, quiet and clean. Call ahead so you don’t have to wait, great service and a great experience await you!

Good work but the concept of TIME is NON-EXISTENT here. Ive tried this place 8-12 times in the past 5 months. During the pandemic, they were great since they were actually refusing walk-ins when they had their hands full (which is how they should function). But now, they take everyone who walks in and one person serves 3-4 customers at a time, which means either my feet are dipped or my fingers are wrapped in foil for ETERNITY. This past weekend, I had to leave after my pedicure because itd already been 2.5 hours of me being there! That is an insane amount of time for a pedicure and a manicure. I do not recommend this place unless youre willing to spend close to 3 hours getting your nails done.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to West Seattle about 2 years ago, there’s a spot closer to my place but this place is way better and the customer service is great! I’ve never had an issue and my nails & eyebrows have looked great ever since! I’m the pickiest about my eyebrows and they do great! Really recommend! I got about every 2-3 weeks & I’ll keep going that’s how great they are!

Fast service, but I don’t think the nail polish they use is good . I’m new to Seattle so trying this spot . My French came off in 3 days 😞. I got them done on Wednesday evening and by Saturday morning it was all chipped. I do think price is good and service is quite fast but French was done with just one coat of top polish ... maybe that’s why it came off within 2-3 days ? I’ll go back again for regular mani which typically should last upto a week ... will update review if that lasts longer .

I’m very sorry to report that the pedicure I got was very poorly done. Paint is all over my cuticles and toes. The nails are jagged at the ends and the polish doesn’t reach the end of the nail on some toes. So unhappy with the end product. I couldn’t find a way to reach the owner, so felt my only option was a review.

They did an amazing job. They have the plexiglass barriers and take your temp, hand sanitize and fill out a form before they start. I was really impressed..I just moved here so this will be my new nail home. Oh yeah and there was tons of parking, they are right in the Safeway parking lot. 💋💋💋💋💋💋🌈🌈🌈🌈🌺🌺🌺👌👌👌

Worst nails I have ever gotten the ladies were nice but the nails have air bubbles weren’t painted cleanly were buffered all the way overall they just look bad and I was there for 2 hours I was super sad

The woman that do the services are wonderful and very thorough. They definitely get the job done. My pedicures are always so relaxing and peaceful.

Ever since new ownership things have 100% improved. The owner is there everyday, takes her time and is so sweet!

I found my new favorite nail salon! The girls here are so sweet and so kind, I feel like Im hanging out with friends when I come here. To top it off theyre very professional and very clean which is very important to me .. being in the beauty industry I know all the rules and regulations and I love knowing they follow them to a t. Love it here!

I loved the ladies here- however, unfortunately, I paid 65$ for a gel mani-pedi just for the gel nail polish to peel right off a day later. I would suggest just getting the regular mani-pedi, gel is not worth it.

I just went in for an acrylic fill and walked out with the best nails Ive had in years! I saw the Amazing Ty! He shaped my nails in the coffin shape, each nail is perfectly shaped! The color and added sparkle is absolutely amazing!! I cant stop looking at my nails! Cant wait to see what creative touch Ty has for my next nail appointment! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I have never had a bad experience here. Helen has done my nails on the past two occasions. She is very careful and great with acrylics. Last time she did some beautiful unique nail art. It was a little pricey on both occasions but worth it. My nails have lasted way over 4 weeks and I love them!

I have been here several times and each time I saw I will not go back, then months pass and I cant make it to my usual spot and I am forced to this convenient location. Then, as usual, I regret it. First because they ALWAYS change the price of a fill. The last time I went they asked if I wanted a new set because mine was getting in need, I said no I do not have time today and she said ok. Next thing I know she has taken off all of my nails except 4 and said she needed to do a new set. IGNORING that I didnt want that. Then they charged me probably $10 more than anywhere else I have ever been for a pedicure. I almost left at one point but my nails were half done. I would not recommend this place and I will NEVER go back. I feel swindled, not listened to, and to top it off at the end she said No cash?! in a very rude way. I know cash is nice, but she said Ok, next time bring cash though. Hate this place.

Im sure all these ladies do gear work, but Jennifer stands out to me the most. She is personable and can fix a broken nail on a moments notice, she has never turned me away when I show up unannounced or with out an Appt. I always leave satisfied and get lots of compliments on my nails. The salon is clean, neat, and does not smell like nail or chemical products.

I see Vicki for regular manicures and an occasional pedicure (in summer). I get a gel manicure, and the polish lasts for three weeks. They place is attractive, the workers friendly, and my manicures definitely exceed my expectations.

Not the most professional of people. Will talk in Vietnamese about you like you dont know what they are saying. Always trying to upsell. I paid with a 20 and had the tip $ separate and she gave me back a 10 dollar bill and 5 dollar bill from a 20. I said youre giving me too much in change. So, I gave her the 3 dollars I had set aside for $14 manicure and she didnt give me the other dollar back, she kept it! I know its only a dollar, it was the way it was done. Like she knew how to play the game, thats the part that irks me. I dont like to be played like a fool. Also think the brow wax gave me an infection!

I got an acrylic fill here, the lady doing my nails ripped them off and she was very rude. Then half way through she leaves and said I will be back in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later she came back and my nails ended up looking horrible. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I went to Tulip Nails many times and requested the same thing each occasion. Each time they charged me more even though I asked for the price before hand. They always ask for more when it comes time to pay.

My acrylics were about to fall off, and every place I called was booked. I called tulip and they had me in quickly. I forgot the name of the guy who fixed my set, but he did a great job.

My original set of acrylics were done horribly at a different salon, but they were able to fix them completely and did an amazing job.

I had seen several bad reviews for this particular nail salon but had gone a couple times with my sister (her idea) and somehow became a regular for the past 4 years. It wasnt always a great experience, but the location was convenient for me and I liked that most employees knew me. Just before Thanksgiving I had a shellac manicure changed. The woman filed my skin, and when cleaning up the cuticles she totally cut my thumb skin. She yelled, I didnt do that, Im so careful then apologized and kept rubbing and blowing on the open wound. WHAT THE HELL??? Then....as if that wasnt enough...she full on ganked me under the nail of the same thumb when aggressively cleaning under the nails. Should she not have had a clue that she is way too rough already??? Then come the end and she tells me she will give me $5 off because she cut me. Really? you turn my thumb into hamburger and try to pollute it too, Ive been a regular here for 4 YEARS!!! and you think its ok to ask me to pay for what the hell you did to me? The manager says yes, youre a regular and thats why we give you five dollars off...are you kidding? well, it was accident right? I will never go there again, and I hope you dont go there. I know there are 50 nail salons just as close to my house, a good 5 on the route I always took from my home to get to that horrible place. Time to start trying those!!

Been going there for over a year for fill ins, pedicures and eyebrow wax. No bad experiences. Cherry usually does my nails and she is awesome!!

Went there with my two daughters today to get their nails done while we waited for my sons to get their hair cuts. We just asked for a nail painting since we didnt havent too much time to waste...apparently, I wasnt spending enough money for them, so they became rude and started mocking me, laughing and talking about us in Vietnamese. Being as obvious as possible. I should have left, but one customer came over to me, and had noticed how they were acting, and PAID for our nail paintings. The woman who did my nails, Diep T Vo, insisted I get a manicure as well, since I denied the gel treatment. So, I agreed, and then she did not say one word to me, but spoke across the way to her associates in Vietnamese, making faces. Then when she was done, she told me to go sit down, and pointed over to a table for drying nails. I had to hunt around with wet nails to find the controls to turn it on. Very rude. Never again. I was highly disappointed, since it was supposed to be a treat for my girls. But, instead, when we left, they begged me to never take them there again. 🙁

They gave me the exact opposite of what I asked for so no half way through i was not happy the reason she did not do what I originally asked for it because she had an appointment and she was trying to rush me do not say that you can take me in as a client and do something that I asked for and then not do it because you have to rush me dont take me as a client. then upon leaving the store there is a garbage can right next to the door where I was throwing away my disposable flip flops and my toe spacers and the lady yelled at me telling i needed to pay! I was throwing away my trash so she didnt have to! How rude! I would never suggest this place to anyone

I could give no stars if that was an option. This experience happen on July 24 to be exact so some time has passed and Im not so super angry but I feel the same way . I came to Seattle for my brothers wedding, my hometown is Atlanta, GA. I was visiting the area at a restaurant and while I saw a nail salon so I decided I would get my one broken nail repaired. My mom walked in the shop before I did an accidentally asked if they could do a full set, which I didnt need, since only the tip of my one nail cracked getting my luggage at the airport. when I walked in the shop no one acknowledged me and I walked up to the counter and saying hi how are you I need a repair she looked at my nail and said we cant take you we have appointments . My mom said to the lady you just said you would accept a full set, she said no we are only taking appts. The lady at the shop was available to take me when I was getting a full set but not a repair. I even asked her do they not do repairs. My belief is that if you have a menu of services you should make them available no matter the cost, small services are what you do to stay in business. She seemed less than bothered, then someone else walked in and she took them, and asked what their name was, they when I gave her a look of disbelief she said, oh they have an appt I ended up leaving and going to another shop around the corner who took me happily anf completed my $4 dollar service and gladly accepted my $6 dollar tip. Tulip nails needs training in seeing the value in every customer not just the one thats offering the most money to you at the time.

I came in at 6:30 one night for a mani/pedi in a rush for an event the next day, previously that day I had ripped my entire pointer finger nail off, but I expected the woman to just skip over it. Instead she offered to make me a fake nail for free! Mind you this was already after hours since I had gotten a pedicure before which by the way was PERFECTLY cut, rounded and painted. One of the colors I had picked out was dry so she hopped up and immediately found me a sister color, turning out to be my new favorite color. 30 minutes past closing all the other women had left and a lady walked in with a smuged finger, Pam fixed it in a matter of seconds in-between my layers drying. Her additude, presence and conversation was lovely! Truly determined and skilled at her expertise :) Also 32$ total everthing, steal! Made my day. Cant recommend them more!

My mom works there and she works so hard on Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday.
