Amazing!! This is my new favorite nail salon. The salon is beautiful, everyone was friendly and so helpful, and they did a wonderful job on my pedicure and acrylics. A few people helped me, but Kim did my pedicure and did the paint and design on my nails. Great work!! I’ll be back.

Friendly staff and my nails always look great! My stepdaughter came in with a picture and they matched it. This is my favorite nail salon in the Columbia City/Rainier Beach neighborhood.

I went here on a whim and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff is warm and they have good communication within them and the other clients! They execute what you want and also serve wine which always a plus!! Best in the area 💯

I got a Mani Pedi with shellac 85$ and when I paid she called me out and said U not tip, U tip her 5$ and her 5$ 😧 I dont got it, the tip is in the price!

This place is literally the worst place I have visited. I went to get pedicure done and I talked them that I want regular white nail polish which it was supposed to be 25$ and their non consistent pricing, one minute they’re 25 and the next is 35 on&on they also won’t let you go with out tipping and I have gave her 5$ and they called me you very cheap” and never appreciate what I gave her. Very unprofessional I don’t recommend this nail shop

When I went here they booked us right away we had 4 people 4 acyrlic 2 pedicures none of us like the outcome over our nails and paid way too much for what we got do not recommend

I love love love star nails . The owner of the nail spa did my nails in the stiletto style and it was perfect!! He also was showing his daughtrrs the techniques and I was also able to learn a lot as well. The daughters are amazing and polite. As was there mom.. but I have to say the dad kicked butt. All are equally amazing but when you go in understand the language barrier. Not that had any issues and, we had a great talk that covered n a lot of subjects . Its more of a compassion and service thing. Be precise in what you would like and courteous!!

Their very good at taking out ingrown toe nails, so thats why I come because I dont know any other shop that can do them. BUT that being said, they are very pricey and not consistent in the pricing. Other places I would pay $50-$55... but here, one minute its $65 for pedi and shellac and the next minute its $75- $80 🤬🤦🏿‍♀️so if money isnt an issue and you dont mind outrageous and fluctuating prices, then yes, this is a great place to go.. also I took away a star because of the nonexistent parking spaces..👎🏿☹

Nails looked great very nice shape.Pedicure was great and she was detailed and gentle.Price was a bit steep!Pedicure with toe tips and regular acrylic no gel, was $96 plus tip. Just keep that in mind since i didn’t see a price sheet.

I arrived 90 mintues before closing but the girl was patient with me while I took forever to pick out a nail color. For some reason I went with regular polish instead of gel (idk why!) She seemed newly out of training, but what could I do? I ended up bumping a nail so instead if taking the polish off and repainting, she smooshes it down and does another layer of paint then another clear coat. I could see all the layers on all my fingers, there were many air bubbles, and that one smooshed finger was a wrinkly paint mess. It cost $30+ and I picked it all off 3 days later. But it was super cute inside! Besides the ants crawling around.

I will definitely go back!!!

Came here for a mani and pedi before my wedding day. It was clean and the staff was really nice. Making this my official nail salon. Also it wasn’t expensive like other places around Seattle so a huge plus!

Fantastic. As a runner I get callouses and they took them right off and weren’t shy about it. They also serve nice beverages for you to enjoy while you get your pedicure. Super nice and professional, nice decor too!

I really like the nail work. My nails do not lift and rarely break and Im very tough on my nails. Prices are not posted and they are pretty spendy. Is my only disappointment. But you since quality is pretty much = to price I keep going when I need a fill !

Ive been a continuous customer of this place for aboit 2 years now. They are always consistent in quality, customer service, and the best brow and nail salon in town. Give this place a try. I guarantee you will love it!

This place is a total gem! The facility was clean. The technician was quick and did not cut my cuticles at all!! The polish wall has a fantastic selection of OPI as well as other brands. The waxing was quick and through. They accept cards but there is a dollar charge.

Well Iv moved to Washington a year and a half ago and been going to them since I found them. It was great when I first came great service great nails decent prices great staff till about a week ago. Now Iv had broken nails before and they would fix it no problem charge five Dillard’s to ten depending on how it broke when and etc. with that being said they did my nails one broke a few days later one just came off. so I figured he the owner the one who always does my nails would fix it I called they said they would to come in . I came sat where I was assigned and waited for him to smoke his cigarettes and to fix my nail. Well as he started to begin he looks at the broken nail and says this is going to be 20$ I said excuse me why 20 you just did them he goes to 15 I’m like no sir this is a full set just got done not even ready for a fill I’m not paying you 15$ to fix it. So he gets up and says he will not fix it I said you did them and it broke on it’s own I did nothing to make it brake I didn’t even feel it. Well he contined to say he wasn’t going to do it for free and I continued to tell him he would well he said no and just stood there so I got up and tossed his magazines around yelling about my nails . Yeah I know bad but I was mad I had just payed this man over 100$ on nails it shouldn’t even break it was all powder which I payed extra 15$ for so I acted out in fury. But needless to say he got mad cause I spilled polish and I didn’t care you waste my money I waste yours simple and left. I couldn’t believe how he treated me. The funny thing to me was when he brought my husband into it saying if he messes up a job and they want it fixed will he do it for free when I said yes to him he said vary loudly never I would never nothing is free . And that’s when I started getting ready to leave but not before he new where he was wrong . Now y’all can care or not but I’ll be outside there shop protesting if that’s something y’all want to be bothered with come get your set here. One more thing he made it vary clear on how he didn’t need me to be there and he’ll be just fine which I understand but come on man really I thought we was better then that but not unless I’m handing him all my cash we not. And I don’t appreciate that . Y’all might but I don’t .

I love getting my nails done and my eyebrows waxed here. They do a great job. My girl is very thorough. They make me feel like family. I love the spa treatments.

Best shellac mani/pedi I’ve ever had. High quality shellac application and very thorough cuticle trim. I got so many compliments. Friendly staff too! Pedi chairs are a little old but get the job done. Great place!

Found my new lunch break nail shop. Came in by chance because they stay open later. Got a new ombre set by a gentleman there. Its bomb, one of my best sets!

Theyre often busy so its best to call ahead to make sure they have time for the service you want. I called ahead both times. They fit me in both times but I had to wait around for 10 minutes or so each time. When I had my acrylics removed they did not soak them off, they went under the acrylics and pried them off. It was painful, and unnecessary. When I asked why they werent soaking them off instead that said it takes longer. I will not return here, theyre more concerned with making money than a quality experience. For the price, Ill go somewhere else.

I have been going to this place since I was 16 and Im almost 40. They are always Amazing!!

Bad service they do not speak English at all rude when it comes to pricing they charge ppl randomly she spit in my face when I asked her a question and was rough when doing my nails and feet. Used cheap product on my legs allowing my sensitive skin to break out. My skin turned red. They laughed when I asked her to be more gentle she said sorry I speak no English. The worst nail shoo in Seattle do not waste time or money dealing with these rude people. She moved my legs rude and roughly.

I gave it a 2 because the lady did do my nails nice, the owner which did my wax was horrible!!!! She even forced me to tip which I thought was completely out of line seeing that I already paid over $70 for my services!!!! Smh never will attend here again.

Great service with great nail technicians

Im super picky about my nails, like SUPER picky. I spot if theyre crooked, if the polish is messed up, if theyre not even length, everything. I had the guy that works there, and I came out totally satisfied. I also like my nails long and they usually break very often (once a week) but with him they havent broken at all. I took a chance with them and was not let down. Im going today for a fill so hopefully I will be just as pleased! The downfall is that they are overpriced.

THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPING THE COMMUNITY OFF FOR YEARS WITH CHARGING A flat $1 surcharge for the usenof credit. Some may think its a deal because they dont charge everyone tax... i am making it a big deal they need to be held accountable. To respectively serving the community..It is illegal on a $15 purchase since it exceeds the maximum surcharge limit of 4 percent. Also, credit card surcharges are illegal Thats why AM was sued...All though they do a great Job, they Have build a new Building on this surcharge so what are we really paying for.
