Joyce did a wonderful job on my express manicure. It was only $15, but felt just like a classic manicure without a hand massage! She was very gracious and payed attention to detail. In terms of cleanliness, I am not sure that it was the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to, but the essentials (clippers, etc.) were cleaned. Overall a great place that I will be going back to!

EXCELLENT AND RELAXINGI have been coming to this nail spa for many years and I think people need to understand that it is a SPA not a fast and dash establishment. When you schedule your appointment I advise you to look at the time allotment that is shared on the website as it is an experience.The owner is mindful to NOT use harmful chemicals as well as sterilized instruments went are important to me. I also do not like the smell of other nail places as it makes me nausea.As a man I like to have my nail done from time to time as it is called a manicure for a reason and I enjoy taking full advantage of this salonI have never had a bad experience at this nail salon and my appointments (over 10 of them) have always have honored in a timely manner.

I loved my experience at Mimisan. The setting is so relaxing and the woman are professional and they really take their time on you. Its not like the rush in and out salons that are around, where they dont even know your name. At Mimisan I got to sit in a very comfortable chair where I was offered water or tea and consulted on my desire of the experience. Oh and the massage was excellent.. she spent her time and applied pressure, I was so sick of feeling rushed out, its no way to relax.. At Mimisan you really get the bang for your buck! Mimisan Is my new getaway.

Its hard to find a nail salon that does coffin/stiletto nails WELL. A lot of salons cannot get the shape right/dont know what youre talking about/say they know what youre talking about, but then give you crooked nails. But at Colour Nails & Spa, they do an amazing job with great service :) Definitely coming back again. Andy made my nails look beautiful!

I am a regular at Mimisan and I love it there. All my friends get their pedicures and manicures at Mimisan, because they really sterilize their tools, for one thing. The owner uses the same kind of procedure that surgeons do for the tools. Besides that, the salon is beautiful, and the service is good. It costs more than a chop shop, but you know you will not get fungus or other surprises like you might at a cheaper place that is not dedicated to being clean and sterile. Great place, great location. I would like to say to the lady who gave the one star review...who doesnt tip 20 percent? What state are you from again? Well welcome to planet earth, where we tip 20 percent.

Manager is very efficient and gives great customer service! Salon is cool and quiet with splendid atmosphere. Quality of my polish not as good as other salons.

First off, I am from a small town, but Ive had my nails done all over the country and the prices were pretty steep for me. The atmosphere was nice but unfortunately, the staff were quite rude. I have never in my life been told I had to tip a certain amount for nail services. I went with a group of ladies as part of a bachelorette party and was rung up, tipped a fair amount, and then walked away. About 10 minutes later the woman ringing us up told me they have a policy that groups must tip 20%. She had this no where in writing and no one was aware of the policy. I wouldnt have minded that much except for the way she was saying all of this was very rude. And trust me, their service was NOT worth 20%!! I didnt raise a fuss because I wanted the day to be a good one for the bride. But I want to warn others, dont go here if you value customer service!!

Love the atmosphere and how long the nail polish on my feet last (longest compared to any other organic salon----about 4-5 weeks)! The owner is very sweet.

I have been to this salon twice, the first time the customer service was terrible and I said I would not go back. I received a gift card later and tried again and it was still terrible. The manager is cold and short with her words. She was very talkative to her regulars but did not speak to me more than asking the color of polish I wanted. They used a very old clumpy polish that looked terrible even after it dried.
