Lowell has bailed me out twice with one day turn-around. Hes the real deal - great quality service, at competitive pricing. (And gratefully, hes very honest) If a specific service is not in his repertoire of fixes - he gives good recommendations. Hes in a good central location with lots of parking. And hes a great communicator.

An unconventional place to get your phone fixed but Lolel( not 100% sure on how to spell his name) provided an excellent service for a fraction of what it would normally cost at a Apple store or any other repair store. You’ll be saving $40-$60 dollars coming here. It’s also a great feeling to support a small business I highly recommend!

I showed up right before he closed and he worked overtime for me. He was a very nice guy who works from home. My screen was SHATTERED, and he did an amazing job fixing my iPhone. The price was reasonable, and he was very quick. The repair itself was more than I could have every expected. Absolutely would suggest.

Went here because it was closest to my house - the service was impeccable, quick, and the price was extremely reasonable. [I had been hearing quotes of at least $150, I ended up only paying about $65 here.] The guy was really friendly and got me in and out in a jiff. The only thing I would really change is the ability to leave a tip...

Extremely professional and quick. Got an iPhone battery swapped while waiting. It is a residential location but it’s very clean, organized, setup nicely. Definitely recommend this place as the owner is really courteous and seems to have thought of everything for those that wait. You are also able to drop off items to be picked up later.

Excellent response time, customer service and knowledge. However I came with my daughter after picking her up from the local middle school and excepted the location to have a bathroom, but I found out the restroom was in private area and the owner of the business had a safety concern which I felt was valid. If you go to this place of business, please remember to use the restroom first.Otherwise great experience, and great signage.

Ive had two different iphones repaired here in the last two years. One camera fixed, and the other needed its battery replaced. Fast, friendly service, great pricing, great results. The last one, I dropped it off, walked up and had a coffee, came back in 30 minutes and it was done. Has saved me hundreds of dollars at this point.

The screen wasnt working properly on my iPhone 6. I thought about going to the Apple store, but its always so crowded and busy there. I just kept putting it off. A friend had recommended iPlayPower to me, so I decided to give it a try. The owner of iPlayPower is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He discovered that the frame was bent, so he replaced it. It was easy to get an appointment, it only took an hour for him to fix it and he guarantees his work. I would go to iPlayPower any day over the Apple store.

Lowell at iPlayPower was AMAZING! My little girl dropped her iPhone, and not only did he fix the screen quickly, he was completely accommodating. We went there on Fathers Day - just before brunch, and he fixed it while we waited. He was done within 30 minutes, and we were on our merry way. And his prices are completely reasonable! I will keep him on speed dial for sure!

So quick! Fixed in bout 15 mins. They are located in a house but dont be deterred because they are great and fast. They fixed my iPhone screen and home button which were both broken and they have now been in perfect working order for over a year now. Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices--I will be back as soon as I need service again.

The iPlayPower is at a residence but it is very safe and clean and friendly. Lowell is great! My iphone was fixed so quickly (under 30 minutes) and is in perfect condition. I highly recommend this service. I was just so grateful to have my phone fixed as I use it for business and I didnt have to haggle or deal with any big business wait times! ;-)

My phones screen was shattered and five days later would not even power on anymore. iPlayPower quickly brought my phone back to life with a new screen and for a reasonable price. Great work.

Would highly recommend! My touch screen stopped responding out of nowhere late the other night and I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the very next day. Took about twenty minutes at a very reasonable rate. I felt very welcome; the waiting/living room was stocked with maganizes and cable TV.

Fixed my phone screen perfectly. New screen defected 3 days later and I took it back to him and he replaced it for free. Phone has worked great since then. Will be taking my old iPhones to him to repair as well

Very helpful, professional and friendly. Great pricing and service. The pricing was better than Jet City (a place I have used twice before), about $50 cheaper for my iPhone 6S Plus. Just got that done last week. This is a business ran out of a house on Beacon Hill (signs in yard). The gentleman was very nice, and even let me borrow a screw driver to replace the tabs on my car while I waited. ;) The repair was done in 30 minutes, as quoted. Taking my daughters phone to get fixed by them today! ;)

The service was amazing; the repair guy (forgot his name. Im so sorry!) took a look at an iPhone that we brought in with the hope of reviving and worked on it for over an hour before declaring it completely dead. Super fantastic service and should we ever break another iPhone, this will be the first place we will be heading.

Needed to replace my battery on my iPhone 7. I called them and they told me to set up an appointment, got my phone fixed in less than 1 hour; back to how it was when it was first out the box. In-home business i would support again.

Poor customer care. Scam alert!! Fake screens that DO NOT WORK PROPERLY!!!!I went to this business when I passed through Seattle. My phone was fixed quickly and the gentleman was very nice. Unfortunately, after I left I noticed the screen is jittery, the picture quality seems poor, the front facing camera has a giant smudge on it and it looks like theres a filter on ever photo taken with it. Needless to say since iplay power is NOT AUTHORIZED through Apple to fix iPhones the store told me that the Apple care is voided and the phone would most likely have to be replaced. After reaching out to the business I was told I could have a refund if I sent the screen back or he could fix it if I sent the phone. Another fake screen is not what I need. Neither were acceptable solutions to me and there was a total lack of responsibility taken by the business owner. Being nice, polite and quick doesnt negate poor products and customer care.

Seemed odd at first cause the business is a home business, but once you meet Lowell its all good. Hes really nice, and the service was fast and priced as advertised. Its been a few months now and the iphone screen works great.

The Guy runs a repair shop out of his house in a residential neighborhood. Its weird to say the least.In addition the job he did was horrendous on my screen. He replaced my screen using parts that were from a very banged up, old, and used iPhone. the sides were all banged up, and the screen till today is very dirty, and sometimes the keys dont work. In addition the screen was so fragile, that it cracked after only about a month.Hes not even cheaper than iPhone. I highly regret not just going to iPhone store to have the repair done. I would not recommend going to this guy, and just pay the extra $20 and have it done at the iPhone store.
