I was lucky that they had one in stock. I dropped it off on Monday afternoon and the called me an hour later to tell me it was ready and working. They took their time to open it and did not cause scratched on the case. The price was very good for part and labor. They were excellent for what they did. Thanks guys.

They’re a friendly bunch and the price was very fair ($160 for an iPhone X screen replacement) compared to an Apple Store replacement. They also had it done in less than an hour.Update 1/13/20: The screen they used was definitely not factory (though they never claimed it was), and now my phone is not easy at all to use or type on - the screen is way too sensitive. At this point I’ll probably just get a new phone.

Dont come here if you have a water damaged phone. Theyll charge you a water damage fee before they attempt to fix said water damaged phone and then call you two days later saying they werent able to fix it.They should just be honest and say they cant fix water damaged phones.Youll have more success trying that stupid rice trick. Cheaper too.Other than that, they had great customer service. Understanding.

Wonderful service. Went there to fix my V30 battery door, the glass was shattered the third day I bought it. Staff are nice. Charles was honest and super nice too. He quoted very reasonable price, my phone is like new and working perfectly after they fixed it.

Everyone here is very friendly and they have very reasonable prices. They didnt have my part in stock but gave me a loner phone right away and fixed my phone as soon as the part arrived. My previously destroyed screen looks great now! Im impressed that they fixed it during the snowstorm!

I had a fantastic experience with Gadget Fix! Everyone I talked to (Leo, Ian, and one or two other employees) was very helpful and nice. There was no sense that they were trying to trick me out of money like you sometime experience at repair shops where they know the customer doesnt know better or doesnt have any other options. They even ended up fixing my laptop for free after they found out that it was a simple fix! Would highly recommend.

My iPhone 6plus had been cracked for about 2 days and I had no Hope that it was able to be fixed from how bad it looked when I accidentally dropped my hammer 🔨 on it while doing some plumbing and i had happen to be in Seattle and I was calling around to see who would be the best in town and I found gadget fix. After about a day of testing this out, Ive determined that the screen isnt as sensitive as the original Apple one. I have to tap a bit harder to get the touch registering on the phone. Its not a major issue as Ill just have to get used to tapping a bit harder when Im typing. For the price, this place is still fantastic.

Hi, I was in Seattle for a conference and forgot my US laptop adaptor in South Africa. Went into the gadget fix store in downtown Seattle to purchase one after walking around for two hours looking for a store to help me. Gadget fix not only had the cable, but they made the experience so great with their friendly service. I was totally impressed by these guys. A bunch of kudos to these folks - well done on such an incredible service.

I have visited Gadget Fix on Lenora Street perhaps five times during the last three years. Each visit was due to a concern or possible malfunction of my laptop. They provided solutions with a smile and no charge. I cant guarantee the no charge option but it told me they are honest.They know their stuff and makes me the winner.

I have bought two used phones from these folks and they are good on repairs also. Know their stuff and reasonable prices for repairs.

Gadget Fix is the best. I have trusted them with my life and Id do it again. Once fixed a problem for $100 that 5 other businesses misdiagnosed, told me would probably break my device to fix, and asked for 300+ to tinker with. Gadget fix is BS-free and Juan is always genuine and nice.Oh and I am female and theres been zero tech-dude-style condescending attitudes so far, relieving to find.

These folks are simply amazing. We(me and my wife) have been using their services since last 4 years iphones and pixels. They got variety for screen guards and covers. When we go thr, they even clean our phones without charging us. Once, I got the problem with my PIXEL-2XL charging port. It was very loose. I thought, it is gone bad. I took it to them. They simply cleaned the port and it is still working till date without any issue.

I came to check my iPhone speaker and they were really cool, they cleaned it for free.

I Brought my computer in that had a well known error, it was diagnosed and worked on which I paid for. They said it was fixed 3 times and I had to return it 3 times because it instantly would freeze. The tech could only say that he tried to reduce the amount of freezing, but that never actually happened. I asked where I should go to try fixing this and if it could be a hardware issue but he said he didnt know. Only go here for cracked screens because they are not equipped or experienced enough to handle laptops or major device errors.

I needed the screen on my Galaxy S8 Active fixed. I called most of the phone fix places around Seattle and left messages/spoke to store staff. Gadget fix was the most responsive. They called back when they said they would and even honored the original price I was quoted when it turned out to be a different price due to the manufacturer not having the original part they requested. It was quick and easy to get the screen replaced. Staff were friendly and had it completed in less than an hour from drop off. I will absolutely take my gadgets here for repair again.

I was very happy with the support Gadget Fix provided. My hard drive was failing, and they not only popped open my laptop to confirm the problem free of charge but gave me very helpful guidance about picking out a replacement. And they were fast! Im writing this review from the repaired laptop, which I just dropped off earlier today.

In a word, outstanding. Competent, courteous and - most of all - 100% honest and trustworthy. I’ve been to them 3-4 times with issues I thought were thorny and intractable. Problem got solved seamlessly each time, at a very affordable price. Would recommend this place wholeheartedly!

I went there to fix my iPhone screen. They told me its 110 bucks after tax. And I left my phone there. 1 hour later it was fixed. I feel that should be the way a repair workshop works.

Took my phone here to get the screen replaced. The replacement frame and screen ended up having a defect in the glue it used, and it caused the screen to warp after a few weeks. I took it back in, they apologized profusely, and they replaced it again with a new part at no charge, no questions asked. Other places would have endlessly questioned me to see if I had done something to warp it, or would have said it wasnt covered, or tried to get out of it somehow. They went above and beyond to give great customer service, and I am happy to recommend them and will be going back for my other gadget fixes in the future!

I called twice, a few days apart, abut whether Gadget Fix would be able to replace the battery. When I showed up they said they couldnt, because they have had problems with replacing HTC10 batteries in the past.Its fine that choose not to do a repair, but its aggravating that they didnt tell me before I showed up in-person!

I had Gadget Fix take a look at my cell phone which was in lock screen mode with a disabled keyboard, as well as my laptop which wasnt detecting a boot drive. They fixed my cell phone on the spot by hooking in a full size analog keyboard via the charger port so that I could type in my password to unlock my home screen and then re-enable my digital keyboard. For the laptop, I had already downloaded an operating system to a USB drive and was able to boot off of that but was not able to bypass the installation process or install over the existing operating system without deleting it first. They concluded fairly quickly that what I was experiencing was a failure of my hard drive and since my hardware was manufactured with an EMMC casing they had no access to the components inside to replace. Thus, either I have a claim on my warranty or an excuse to visit the after Christmas sales to purchase a new one. The whole interaction took about 10 minutes and I was not charged for any of it. In a nutshell, Gadget Fix offers efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service in an environment where the staff are clearly oriented towards solutions to help, not problems to fix. Highly recommend!

Recently I found out that my battery on my iPhone 6s was not doing so well. I took it to an Apple store and they said I would have to wait an entire day for a replacement. I talked to an employee there named AZIZ and he had me in and out really quick. He made the whole process simple and easy to understand. I came home happy and now my iPhone runs perfectly. Great experienced persons in gadget repair fields.I would have given 5 start rating if not for the below concern.Only concern I had is that they told they will give me a call once the broken part arrived to their location and once they fixed the mobile. But they never called me to inform and I have to call to get the status every time. This happened 3-4 times for 3 of my mobile repairs.

The service was excellent. I had an Apple Watch with run down battery and it was not charging anymore. I took it to apple store and they wanted me to pay almost the same money as of new watch as it was outside warranty period.Fortunately gadget fix was able to replace the battery and get the watch working. This process requires very detailed work and not easy to do task. Thanks to gadget fix that finally I was able to get my watch repaired with much less money compared to asked by apple.The staff is highly competent and polite. They don’t charge for anything they can’t fix.

They repaired my nexus 5s screen in less than 30 minutes. While the phone worked great afterwards, there were some cosmetic issues (large bubbles under the screen). I took it back to them and they honored the 6 month warranty and were happy to make it right. Excellent customer service and great work. Highly recommend.

These guys were great to work with and really knew what they were doing! I have one of the hardest phones (Motorola Droid Z) on the market to replace screens and Gadget Fix made me feel completely comfortable with getting it done. They were also extremely accommodating, as I live in NY and was only passing thru Seattle on travel, but I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I lived local!

This place is amazing.. Brought in a cracked Nexus 6P screen on Wednesday an hour before closing, The guys had it fixed before noon the next day. These were the only guys who had the 6P parts in stock, saving me from waiting at least 2-3 days without a phone... The fix quality is amazing and looks/is original manufacturer quality. Ryan and the rest of the team were amazingly knowledgeable and professional. This place is located in downtown but provide validate parking in the underground garage so no worries there.. Needed a repair statement to send to insurance company for a dead cell phone. These guys knew about the common, irreparable issue that bricks this type of phone, and created a writeup for me at no charge. Seem very competent and personable, and will definitely use them for any future repairs.

Edit: spoke to the manager who offered a refund and replacement. Great customer service after all!Got an Iphone 6 battery replaced with them, after 8month the battery started to bloat causing the display to lift off. All they offered was 20% off a new batter replacement, not to mention that the cheap bloating battery they used probably caused more damage to the phone. Taking it to apple again.

These guys are no only knowledgeable, but theyre also good businessmen. They were unsure as to whether I had previously broken a small very delicate piece in my phone before getting there or it broke while they were fixing the screen. Replaced my phone battery quickly with no issues.

I was panic stricken having damaged my one and only phone. It is a cell phone, of course, and my only connection to my national customer base. I was advised to go to Gadget Fix in downtown Seattle which I did ... fully expecting to have to be without a phone for several days at least. What a wonderful surprise! I was quoted a very reasonable price and told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. The staff was courteous and knowledgeble. They grasped the problem and the solution immediately, and even helped me activate the phone through my cell provider. It was a truly dazzeling performance and I almost wish I had more gadgets so I would have a reason to go back.
