Came in late after work when they were about to close and We Fix It Phone Repair me up with a great price and fixed my screen in 10 minutes will be back in the future with any other We Fix It Phone Repair.

Dont be fooled by their straight forward and easy to make appointments website... Not organized, not ready for my appointment, didnt call to let me know there were delays, and literally used the words I dont want to open your phone and break it. -- Dont bother, go to a place that actually knows what they are doing. Thats what I ended up doing after wasting my time here.

The men guy customer service is very poor help i dont reccomend

Had to have my front facing camera and mic replaced in my iPhone 6. Great job. No issues since the repair. The young man who did the repair was just great. He was very thorough with checking the phone prior to the repair. Took about 45 minutes. Will return again. Have been going there for various things for years. Parking in the back.

I desperately needed to get my iPhone battery changed. The Apple store was a complete disaster. These guys did it for me at pretty much the same price. They asked me to leave it with them and I was able to come back and pick it up an hour later. Every time I go here, they are SO helpful!

Had a great, efficient experience here. Needed a battery for my Galaxy S6. Scheduled online, showed up, dropped off my phone and within one hour it was ready. The gentleman working were very thorough in explaining the process, testing the phone and making me aware of any potential downfalls that may occur . I felt informed and prepared and I would definitely use this business again.

Things went well. Staff took time to explain it all to me and double ck their work which they guarantee. Took a bit longer than expected but this is a busy place and it was no problem. My phone is great again plus they gave me a 20% discount on the battery! All is good and Im happy.

Had my charge port replaced. Took longer than expected, but seems to be working fine now! Very helpful team and an interesting store. Got my car fob batteries replaced too. Thought I had to go to the dealer for that - saved me a trip!

Made a appointment over the phone. When I arrived the appointment had never been scheduled and they didnt have the part they were supposed to order. Was told i would be given discount since part wasnt in store when i ordered but there was no note to give me discount because the ere was no log of the appointment!

So far so good. Had a battery replaced for iPhone 6. Husband had his done months ago and happy so far. Good service and knowledgeable employees.

I cracked my iphone 7 and brought it in to be replaced. They had a good amount of people ahead of me so I left my phone and went for a run. When I returned they were done. I was originally satisfied with the replacement but then I noticed when I tried to tap my screen in the corners I had trouble. Also the sensitivity is off when i try to push my screen with different amounts of pressure.

In Apple University village arent able to fix my Iphone without losing data. Apple Store employees give up to fix my Iphone to pay 280 bucks . This location fixed for me easily without losing any data with $137.60. They did amazing thing for me . I give them five stars .

I brought my Galaxy S7 to this store to have my charging port replaced, when I picked up the phone and got it home I discovered it was no longer able to make phone calls. I took the phone back to the store and was told it needed a cable replaced and they would have to order it and it would take 3 days to get the part (we are now at 3 days with a phone that will not make calls). I took back to the store when the part came in, I was told the cable was not the problem it was actually a bad charging port and they had the part in stock. Left the store to find out that my phone no longer worked if the network signal degraded a little the phone drooped the network connection, so now I have a phone that is unable to make calls from my work, Dr office and stores. To shorten this a little between the Northgate store and the store in NE 20th in Bellevue they have looked at my phone 5 time now and it still does not make calls if the signal is not perfect.. I was also charged for a new screen as they broke mine when they first took it apart, found out later they should not have charged me for it. It has been 3 weeks and I have now had buy a new phone as I use mine for work and have missed several calls from work. This place is an absolute joke if there was a no star rating I would give them that.Stay away from this place they are a complete rip off!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a new battery for my iPhone. I was told it would be done by 9:30am. A one hour wait. It wasnt ready until 9:55am. That isnt the problem. The problem is the lack of social skills by employee Austin. He has an obvious anger problem! He is fuming mad because he was busy and getting behind. Arent you supposed to happy that yourre busy? He was demeaning to his fellow employee. The employee responded with Im just glad your not in a bad mood. You could tell by his tone that this is a reoccurring issue. He has no place in the front of the store dealing with customers. Leave him in the back working on phones.I just posted the same review on YELP.

I set an appointment for a battery replacement and arrived early - the team was very helpful to all their customers - even giving recommendations for items they were unable to fix at their facility, calling to get parts delivered, and printing directions for customers. PLUS they had my replacement done in the time they said it would take.
