Our daughter recommended that my husband and I try the Lipo B12 and Mic C weekly injections for weight loss and energy. She had been getting them for a few months and had noticed that she was eating less food since she was not as hungry and had more energy. We started almost two months ago and have been amazed at the results. We both have lost weight and feel great. We are eating much less and our friends have noticed the difference in how we look. The Revival girls have become a family of mine. They make me feel comfortable, appreciated and continuously reach all of my expectations. I see Amanda Swiss for all of my laser hair removal, filler and Botox services. After no luck with a year of electrolysis, I finally committed to laser and saw results as soon as a week after my first appointment. My facial hair had starting falling off and so did my lack my confidence. I own a spa in town and refer all of my clients to Revival because I know they will be taken care of like the Queens and Kings they are. Thank you girls for reviving my confidence!!

I was an ideal image customer before they changed ownership and can say that revival offers much better /fair prices for the same services. Staff is super friendly and I always get in and out quickly for my appointments. Their new office space is Super clean and cute too. I think they were going through a rough time when they transitioned from ideal image to revival and then covid hit and they moved buildings. For everything that was going on during that time they did a great job rescheduling all their patients. I would definitely recommend revival!

I wish I could give 20 STARS! Cutting edge treatments, the most advanced technology on the market.. They only have Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants performing their treatments... I am confident that they always have my best interest at heart. I actually wanted to get a specific treatment.. and they explained that I would not achieve my goal. and recommended that I did not move forward with treatment... What business do you know that is truly honest enough to decline treating a patient or turn down the opportunity to make money! Any other practice would have said.. Oh Yes.. took my money and then dealt with the consequence.. Not REVIVAL! I know that I am in great hands! Thank you Revival for always going above and beyond for me!

After a long anticipated wait to get treated due to covid I can definitely say revival took amazing care of me. Totally professional warm and welcoming staff that clearly cares more about guest relations rather than quick cash. Im only a week into my first treatment and am already seeing amazing results. Such a relaxing and welcoming place! All of the staff were amazing!! Andrea did my Dysport and took all of my concerns seriously and was super professional! Everyone treats you like family and wants you to feel your best! Other places I’ve gone felt more like a detached doctors offices but Revival gives you personal attention from the minute you walk in! They have drinks and snacks and a pretty lounge that relaxes you from the start!I will definitely recommend Revival to anyone asking! And I will definitely be back for more!!

Do not recommend! Their customer service has been disgraceful.After the initial visit a two week follow up was scheduled. Unfortunately this occurred during their transition time to a new facility. Even still, I was contacted less than three hours (6:30a.m.)via text to cancel my appointment and promised a reschedule call before the end of the day. No reschedule was made that day and I texted them to let them know. I received a response the following day with an apology and another promise to rescheduled before the end of the day. No call was received that day either. 3 days later, On Tuesday, May 11, I made a call a week from my cancelled follow up to the office and got their answering machine. I requested a call to reschedule my follow up appointment. I have heard nothing from them.My follow up appointment was suppose to be on March 4 (1.5 weeks ago). Service was incomplete as my technician was to correct/update any areas lacking at the follow up appointment. Ours bodies are worth more than this, ladies. Find someone that treats you like this ❤️. Will NOT go back.

I can not THANK REVIVAL and their team enough for stepping in where IDEAL IMAGE TOTALLY DROPPED THE BALL!( IDEAL IMAGE sold me a treatment the SAME exact DAY they CLOSED their DOORS. This is FRAUD! ) I called their Asheville location to try to seek a resolution and have never been treated so disrespectful. Talk about uneducated, tacky customer service. I was floored! I used to go see Joelle at runway skin bar for my spray tans, But since she sold it I followed her here and I’m so glad I did. I love all of their services especially their laser hair removal. Now I can get everything under one roof!

If you are on the fence, don’t! You need to try this place. I was a customer of Ideal Image and got have my treatments before they changed to Revival and am finishing my treatments now and it’s been amazing!! They are thorough, nice and great in getting you on the schedule. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and look forward to finishing my treatments through Revival. They did not have to take my contract from Ideal, but they did and have gone above and beyond to make sure my treatments are the best they could be, even when they aren’t getting compensated for them! I could not recommend them enough!

Super nice, friendly and they do a great job! only downfall is that they don’t answer their phones and they don’t call back, I’ve called and left messages multiple times during working hours and left messages every time and I haven’t heard back. This isn’t the first time. Last time I had to go out of my way to go in and talk to them and told them about the phone situation and they didn’t seem to care. Other then the phone issue, they are great & do an amazing job but the phone situation is extremely frustrating

Best laser treatment experience I have ever had! It was my first visit to Revival, but my 9th laser hair removal session overall. The staff were friendly, the environment was relaxing and the PA (Megan) was very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. I have the most respect and admiration to the new owner for agreeing to honor contracts made through the previous business entity. I highly recommend Revival!

I came to leave a review because I had a wonderful experience at revival, but I was reading some of the other reviews and I just don’t understand them... ideal image is a corporate company I don’t understand how people expect another business to treat them when they have a contract with Ideal image. I don’t know maybe I’m confused but doesn’t make much sense to me! As purely a Revival customer I highly recommend them.

However youre assertion that I was screaming in your office is simply false. Furthermore, Id like to believe that if I had been screaming in your office or anyone else for that matter, that someone would have come out from the back of the office to ensure all was OK. I guess in your minds being firm and speaking up for yourself constitutes screaming and rudeness. Im not really surprised by your reply. In fact, I sort of expected it after my interactions with your business.In short, this is a distortion of what went on that day, but I get it ... I know that you would have preferred for me to simply walk away having said nothing. Lastly, you did tell me that your technicians are top notch and I dont doubt it, but never forget that clients have to go through the front desk before they get to them. Id recommend that you put the words about how you treat your clients, which are posted on FB and on your website, into action with everyone who walks through your doors. Was treated by ideal image twice and paid two payments. After going twice I no longer went back. I am now being threatened to pay over $2,000 for something I haven’t been using. Do not recommend them! It’s only a money scam!

They promised they would honor the contracts with ideal image customers, but won’t answer their phones or call back, and whenever I get them on the phone and ask for an appointment there is a problem with their system, and when they finally got the system up and running, which took like two months, they were few months booked ahead for the areas I had previously paid for but not done but appointment were available for life time warranty part of the deal ( interesting) however, they wanted to change a $100 copay for lip LHR treatment, and other outrageous prices, this place is a SCAM, I can even find then on Yelp to pay a tribute (SMH)... Stay away and save your money.

REVIVAL is AMAZING!I would give REVIVAL 5 Million Stars if I could!I was a previous Ideal Image patient who was left blind sided and in shock upon arriving to my treatment appointment only to find the doors were locked and the business had closed. I later find out that Ideal Image knowingly sold me Ultherapy the SAME DAY they closed. Even worse, they scheduled my treatment as well. Of course, I panicked because I had just spent a little over $3K .. and now the business is closed. I did NOT RECEIVE a PHONE CALL to CANCEL my APPOINTMENT, to OFFER me a REFUND as they knowingly LIED and TOOK MY MONEY..knowing they were CLOSING their DOORS, I received NO COMMUNICATION ... They were certainly happy to take my money the day I came in for my Consultation... While also making tons of future promises regarding my treatment, results, etc. How dishonest can one be???? I called the corporate office of Ideal Image only to be told that they could not help me, as the Wilmington Ideal Image was a franchise.A few weeks passed and then I noticed REVIVAL had opened. I went in, spoke to Amy, who was over the top amazing. She was so sweet, understanding, mega bubbly.. Just a great joy to talk to in general. She explained that REVIVAL was a completely separate business from Ideal Image and they had simply just purchased their medical equipment, that they were in no relation to them. I thought Ideal Image had just basically changed their name. But.. I can tell you... REVIVAL is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUSINESS.I would highly, highly, highly recommend them to anyone! It speaks volumes about the character of the owners of REVIVAL in the fact they are honoring treatments they are not even being compensated for. I was bummed to learn that they were not offering Ultherapy as an actual treatment..However, they offered me a different treatment that was even better than Ultherapy and more expensive. .... and TREATED ME FOR FREE...This was as a result of Ideal Image selling me and literally closing the doors the same day!NOW that is what you Call EXCELLENT, ABOVE the TOP, PHENOMENAL Customer Service. What GREAT People!Amy, Amanda, Brittany, Megan and Andrea...Thank you guys so much for taking a terrible situation and making it PERFECT! Ladies and Gentleman.. they did this at their expense..What business owners do you know that clean up other business owners disasters??????? Poor customer service. I asked about pricing and procedures and they were very pushy and high pressure. Nice try.

I rarely write reviews, but sadly, I felt compelled to do so this time. I had a contract with Ideal Image for nine laser treatments. 8 of 9 were completed when Ideal Image sold their business to Revival. While attempting to get my last treatment done, I had trouble reaching them by phone. I showed up in person & got an appt for Dec 19. I arrived & they refused to treat me because they said my file was missing. They said theyd look for it. That theyd get back to me. Four follow ups later, none of that happened. I showed up in person. It just got worse from there.I told them that I was there because I hadnt been able to reach them on multiple occasions & I wanted to understand what was happening with my file. I looked at the young lady & told her that she was the one who told me in Dec that she would be looking for my file & would call me with a status. She then said, oh yeah & she added, I did look, but I couldnt find it & I did call you back. I replied, no you did not call me back. Thats why Im here. She said that maybe shed called a wrong number. I said Id still like to get my last treatment & immediately Amy entered the conversation. Ive since learned shes an owner/partner in the business. I recall saying something like maybe I should ask for the manager, but she moved on to tell me she didnt think I understood. She said, let me explain something to you, we cannot treat you without your file. There are settings that are used which can change each time youre here & without that file we just cant treat you. She made it a point to say that their technicians were excellent & superior to the ones that worked at Ideal to which I replied, well that doesnt help me any if I cant get an appointment! Id made the mistake of saying Id gotten a letter from Revival which stated they were going to honor the contracts & the partner quickly replied that Id never received a letter from them. That the letter had come from Ideal. I couldnt recall at the time whod sent the letter & I didnt have it with me to verify so I couldnt argue. I told Amy that none of this made sense to me. I said, you mean to tell me that if I came in asking for a new treatment of some type youd tell me you couldnt treat me because you didnt already have a file on me?! She said well, wed have to do a full assessment & then added & we dont even know if you were a client! I looked her right in the eyes, pointed to her & told her she knew I was because shed seen me on numerous visits & shed been there from the beginning. In fact, shed originally written up my contract & she was the one Id communicated with via emails when she was with Ideal. I told her that at this point, based on the way Id been treated, I didnt even think Id want to get treatments there. Amy didnt miss a beat, she quickly said not to be rude or anything, but wed prefer you went elsewhere at this point! I told her that she was absolutely being very rude.I turned back to the young lady & said youd mentioned previously that perhaps some other Ideal Image location had my file. What location would that be? She looked surprised & I said youd mentioned it in Dec that I might want to call another location to see if they had my file. What location was that? To which she answered you could try Asheville. Notice, no real effort on their part. They couldnt find the file, but they were not about to make a phone call on my behalf.I would never go back to them for treatment. I would rather drive to RTP if I couldnt find a more local place for future treatments I may want or need. The entire ordeal saddens me, but they clearly do not care about potential customers nor do they care about honoring all contracts from Ideal Image. Thats a shame since theyre a fairly new business in the area & I typically prefer to support local businesses. I was extremely disappointed. Id spent a lot of money & all I wanted was for the contract to be honored. Good luck to those who try them.

Finally was able to get an appt after calling for several weeks. Apparently, the practice is slammed with calls and people stopping by. Ideal Image did not notify their patients of the change or cancel existing appointments so Revival is having to play catch up. Keep calling the number and someone will answer eventually.

I am a prior Ideal Image customer and they had been servicing us and I called to make a new appointment and they told us they would no longer do our treatments. I’m tired of hearing the excuses of we’re doing free treatments for them blah blah blah. Why did you start doing them if you didn’t plan on finishing it??? Not professional. I’m reporting this to the BBB.
