What can I say, this place is always busy. Came in here after the rain because my car desperately needed a wash. Let’s just say I was tired of my ride sporting dirty dried raindrops LOLAlthough the line to get into the car wash was out into the street when I first tried to pull in, the line did move relatively quickly. They have changed their pricing significantly and it now cost to have the interior of your car wipe down as well. I wasn’t thrilled with that change.My car was soaked down three times and rinsed off twice so I was concerned there was still some soap on the car when I got to the place where the guys start drying the car off.While waiting for them to finish find the exterior and interior of my car someone’s car alarm went off and they did not get it shut off for several minutes which was rather annoying.Overall I am content and grateful that they were still open and available when I got here.

First time there and had an exterior wash only. I wasnt expecting much from an exterior wash, but they sprayed and brushed the truck before going into the car wash. Compared to other car wash places they did a great job drying the car, barely any water spots left on the truck. They folded my mirrors and removed my antenna to make sure car didnt get damaged. I had a bit of an incident with the antenna not being put back on completely but the general manager handled it very professionally and assured everything was corrected. Given my experience I will be taking my Ford F150 back to this place.

Detailed my Sprinter RV and I will never take my vehicles anyplace else. Looks better than new. Tanks guys!

Quality has gone down since their renovation and the prices have gone up. I’ve had significant issues with 2 of the last 3 washes I’ve gotten here. Poor exterior drying, leaving black wheel cleaner gunk on the edge of my wheels, and not wiping all interior surfaces (which were supposed to be included in the level of wash I purchased). Unfortunately San Diego has a serious lack of good car washes outside of dealerships.Edited after business response:I left a fair and honest review. I agree that customer service at this location is solid and not an issue. I paid $60 for the Final Touch services, which I believe includes a full wipe down. The car was brought to the detail booth for this service. The Final Touch service was poor, especially for $60 and given the fact my car was pretty clean prior to arriving. I did not expect perfection, but it didn’t even meet the standard of “acceptable.” Additionally, it is hard to identify interior cleaning issues with a quick glance before leaving. The side comment about pricing is low effort and a poor reflection on you. Before the renovation you didn’t have to pay an extra $9 for the basic interior cleaning. A $9 increase =/= inflation. Note the $9 I referenced doesn’t take into account the price increases for other levels of service, just the basic interior cleaning.

Average car wash. Outside looks fine but they missed a lot on the inside of my car. I got the most expensive one and I bet you could get a lower priced kne and get the same service inside as I did. Not great. Won’t go again.

Fast wash! Needs more attention as to areas being cleaned within their time limit. Areas that needed cleaning outside were not touched. Drying and interior cleaning not quite thoroughly cleaned. Just a quick going over! Otherwise, it got the job done! Thank you fellas for working so hard! Please remember tip. These guys we do work hard and I feel that they earn that tip. Friendly with aim to please. Thank you again!

Its been a while since Ive been here the new set up is good. They did a good job as always. My only issue is that a wash doesnt come with a detail or wax which makes it pretty pricey

After leaving the garage, I just had a bunch of internal stuff done and decided to be good to my car. I went by, and the prices weren’t bad; however, the cover to my antenna got snapped off. I was mad, yes, BUT I will not torpedo them. I stood there in the parking lot, ready to make a scene, but I’m trying to get right with God, so I kept my mouth shut and waited. They filled out a form, gave me an email to send a quote to, and agreed that they would pay for the repair. I was given what I felt was a sincere apology. They could have comped my wash, but I suppose my car did still get clean, and it looked good. All in all, they did right by me when a mistake happened, and I give them a lot of credit for doing so.

Wait was a little long, as its a popular location, but overall decent experience. My vehicle was too low for their touchless car wash so they hand washed. Missed some glaring spots which was the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 but management is nice. I am sure if I had mentioned the spots that were missed they would have been willing to complete the wash however I was in a hurry this day so I can not verify this with certainty. Even despite the wait on a Early Wednesday Afternoon, I was in and out in about an hour. Plus decent hot dogs out front which is always a plus.

Fast service, at least on the day I went. They did a great job considering I hadnt washed my car in over a year. Thanks guys!

Fist off, if your are looking for a touch less car wash. THIS IS NOT A TOUCH-LESS CAR WASH and I paid for only an exterior wash, just to be harassed by one of the male workers (12:20pm, 08/12) that was handling drying right out of the car wash for not tipping. Very disappointing experience.

I was initially impressed by the new washing system they implemented but it all went down hill after they had one guy dry my car for about 20 seconds, barely put any tire shine and moved on to the next car. I confronted one of the guys if they we’re gonna finish drying it and he said it was done. Ended up drying the car myself. I won’t be coming back here.

This was a quality car wash for a good price, basically unheard of where I come from (Portland). Quick and kind service. Box for tips at the end.

So I let them run the brushes on the #2 wash. Came out dirty still and YES it did leave swirls, how else did they get on a brand new car then?As to the refund you didnt get a chance to give maybe you couldve offered me one after I simply wanted another wash to clean off what was clearly missed, and you said you were doing me a favor. How about for $20 you make sure the car is actually clean and if not KINDLY do it again.Bottom line, if you have a basic economy car and dont care about the pain come here, if you do care avoid like the plague!

Have been going there for a couple of years, but last weekend they lost a customer.I dropped my car off for an exterior wash and spot cleaning detail for the interior. Came back after an hour to pick up my car only to learn that a ‘paint defect’ was caused by their car wash. They blamed it on the fact that there were paint chips and that it must have been a ‘manufacturer defect’. What car doesn’t have chips due to normal wear and tear? Am I supposed to never get a car wash?The general manager there would not take responsibility, filled out a incident report (which amounted to nothing), not even a refund for the services that day!My car is only 3 years, and now I’m left with having to pay for the repairs. Unfortunate that they have such bad customer service, I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I really used to like this place but ever since they reopened I’ve been twice and most likely won’t go again. First it is no longer touchless which was the biggest attraction for me. They say that the brushes are foam so they won’t scratch but still, it ain’t touchless. Second, they’re sloppy. The guys at the beginning with the brushes somehow started brushing my car with the plastic side of the brush! And they layered so much tire shine on that it all slung off onto my car as soon as I pulled away. It looked like I had gone mudding when I got to my house. I really liked this place as it was one of the few good car washes in San Diego but unfortunately I think that number just got smaller.

This place is not a touchless car wash. Its the standard automatic brush spinning swirl mark leaving car wash. $28 and it doesnt even include an interior vacuum, they wanted an additional $40 for that. To make matters worse their auto wash wax that is sprayed on wasnt buffed in completely and left white streaks of unbuffed wax all over my black car I had to buff in when I got home. With all of the water spots left on the car I basically had to hand wash my car at home after the wash. Waste of money and time.

Good place, service was good and price was right. Paid $18 for full wash and hand dry, wheels cleaned, inside windows cleaned and an air freshener! Cant beat that.

Im sure its best carwash in USA..Before you get into the wash tunnel, they actually wash all the dirt off.. so the the risk to get scratches is very minimal.They all do a very awesome job

Ive gone here MANY times and each time I find an area they forgot to clean. I usually find them after I leave. Im going to look for another place. I usually get #3 full works, including the tires which 1 time they did 3 only. Today I had cleaning spray on my rear view mirror and had to ask them to clean it off. Its lots of little things they forget. I wish them the best. Long time customer, time to move on.

Good but not great. It was definitely cheap and fast, but I still had some dirt on the exterior and nothing inside was wiped down, only vacuumed.

I wont speak poorly about the workers since the only 2 interactions I had were very friendly, but the car wash itself was not worth the money. My car still had dirty spots on the exterior and interior amd i could smell the dirty rag that they have been using.You know the smell of a dirty wet rag? Yea, that smell was in my car.

This business has been closed for over 2 weeks and isnt expected to open for another week. Everyone on automated payment that is part of the wash club should get at least one month free! AT LEAST!! I just received a notice saying they will be giving 1/2 of free service because of the closure and inconvenience. Lol....gee thanks!!They have crossed way over the half month period of being shut down and are still charging our accounts. I was just charged on may 14th!!Uptown car wash needs to make this right with all of there wash club members. 1/2 month free service isnt going to cut it.Thank you

Not a touchless car wash. I came here specifically because its advertised as a touchless car wash...and its not. If I wanted to go to a car wash with brushes then I would. Disappointed

I did not like it,because you charged me almost 90 dollars, you did not vacuum good and instead of wiping inside the car you just spray some think that looks shiny and you did not dry exterior so I could see all dirty spots .

When I purchased their $150 super-duper detailing service they managed to badly scratch my driver side door. The gentleman who was collecting the tip after destroying my car was so polite, he even opened a door for me to make sure I dont notice the scratch. It took some time to convince them that it was their doing when I brought my car back. Management took responsibility and gave me 3 free super washes and a paper to take my car to the body shop which I obviously was never gonna do because I wouldnt take my chances with perfect paint match. It was nice of them though, I appreciated their effort to make it right, thats where star # 2 comes from. Today I went there for my last free wash. And I was disappointed with the result. I will attach pictures so that you can judge for yourself. Im not taking my car back and warning all of my friends. If you take peoples money - do your freaking job right! Awful job etiquette.

Thoroughly unimpressed by this establishments quality of work. While expeditious I found my Tacoma still covered by bugs on the lights, small spots of animal droppings, and remnants of some sort of adhesive. Additionally, their washing methods did not reach my side view mirrors and the dust underneath them in their housings. I do not see the value in the work even for a simple wash and quick interior vacuum.

Not a touchless carwash. Hearing machines slap against my car made me cringe and an employee forced one of the power mirrors on my car open. Needless to say, the process put me on edge, and scared my car was going to be damaged.

This is the most popular car wash in the area and is always busy. Considering the volume of cars they service, its done quickly and efficiently. The final result however is not always perfect. Usually after theyre done with the car Im having to do a wipe and manually pick all those annoying little brown spots (you know the ones). Prices were also recently raised so you can no longer call it cheap.Ive continued to use the place mostly because of convenience and probably habit. The convenience part is that its across the street from Sprouts (formerly known as Henrys) and you can do your shopping while you wait. Theres also a good sandwich shop (Big Front Door) which is another option to save time.

Great professional service. I noticed a small issue with my car wash after leaving. I called and spoke with Allen and explained what happened. He was quick to provide his schedule and told me to come back whenever was convenient so he could resolve. I returned the following morning and my issue was quickly and professionally resolved. He took it a step further and shared with the other manager and some staff what had happened and how they could resolve in the future.10/10 service, quality, and care. Will definitely return and recommend.

The car wash was really good. Unfortunately they left a lot of stuff on the interior. Typically I just vacuum my car myself so this doesnt happen, but there was literally still sand on the seat.

Great service! On really busy days I can be here up to 30 min waiting for my car. I am okay with that because they give every car proper attention. I have had my car detailed with them several times. That takes between 45 min to an hour. I always leave happy.

First time coming here and I loved it! My car was so dirty before this and they truly did an amazing job. Plus they were fast! I like how you stay in the car for the first part of the washing and then sit to the side if you opt for an interior clean. This is now my go to for car washing!

Prices seem to go up, and quality stays the same, on a good day.Four stars rather than three because of how friendly the folks are who check you in. Maybe thats just to upsell the customers, but if so, theyre very good at it.Still, Ill keep coming back, until I find someplace better.

Went for an end of lease inner and outer detailing. They did an excellent job but it was $200 - price should not be nearly that high. I’ll still return in the future though for less expensive options.

They do a fantastic job for $16! I like that you can choose to have exterior only or to do interior/exterior combo, and also that they do part of the washing by hand to make sure they get all the spots and dirt off.

My bff told me a couple times how happy he gets when he brings his car here that I finally made a time to bring mine. These guys work truly hard. And extremely detail oriented. Btw the whole process from doing the check in, choosing the kind of wash, paying and waiting was fast too. Now I only bring my car here. But found they also have coupons....will bring next time.

I came here on a Friday afternoon around 2pm and it was busy. Regardless my car wash was done in about 45 mins. The amount of options they have for the washes and detailing is great and the prices are pretty standard. $20-$30. I’ve been to car washes in the Bay Area that charge a lot more for a lot less work. I think this place is pretty fair in price. I got a wash, wax and exterior/interior vacuuming and the car came out looking as fresh as an 11 year old road trip Yukon could come out.However, for how much i did end up paying, I’d expect no dust to be on the dashboard or the center console cup holders to have been wiped down as well. On the plus side.. the tires are BLACK black. Super shiny

The workers hustled. They were friendly and worked hard. Unfortunately, when i got home, I noticed that someone had overlooked wiping the interior of the rear window.

Good wash. They hand dry your car and do a great job on your wheels and most stains on the glass. You can pay extra for full service and have them wipe the interior. Kinda wish vacuuming was included/easier.

I paid almost $80 for a car wash. $16.99 for exterior and $59.99 for interior. I don’t think this is what I should expect. Sadly, only can be an one time customer.

Manager is very unprofessional i call about a issue and he started talking about something i didnt even ask about i feel he was very rude he made me not wanna come back

They came and asked me if I had the keys to my car, and I told them that they were in the ignition. I walked over and pointed to them in the ignition.It turns out they locked my keys in the car. They were able to unlock my car relatively easily and get my keys.Mistakes happen, so Im actually not holding this against them. My problem, is if they fail to do a good job at the very basic level of getting my car clean. The photo you see isnt spots they missed, but rather the person who drive my car had dirty hands. Those type of dirt marks are all over my car. They wiped off fairly easily with my thumb or a rag, but I just paid to get my car cleaned.I dont expect much for a $15 Car Wash, but at a base level putting dirt back on the car after you cleaned it should not happen. My biggest problem, is that it took the same amount of time as if I had gone to the do-it-yourself wash bay, and my car would have been cleaner head I just done it myself. And, it would have cost me 5 to $7. Time money or quality. You have to win at least one of the three.

I thought by the look of the long line and car that pulled in behind me, Id be stuck there forever. They moved everyone through super quick with a mix of automatic and human washing, drying, waxing team. A little more pricey than the personless automatic washes but worth it. Plus, Id rather give money towards more jobs.

I had picked this place due to their website announcing all these awards they have received for being the best. So I went to this place expecting nothing less. I bought the Supreme package to get my car cleaned up but they missed several spots I had to tell them twice about it and at one point the guy tried to argue with me that the hardened soap on my car was my cracked paint :0 and when I told him to just wipe it off and he did and it came off he just didnt know what to say. How can you argue with your customer, I know my car.There were several smudges on my car doors, dried up water droplets on the exterior, and there was still sand in my car!!! They were busy and all but thats no excuse to have missed so many obvious things on my car. I feel like it was a money loss to me, I dont even know if they truly did everything I paid for because it sure didnt seem like it. Im definitely not coming here again. Too bad I cant get my money back.

My favorite car wash in the city and still open during COVID. I really like this places due to they get every part of the car in very quickly. They machine and hand wash the exterior before they vacuum the interior mats as well as the trunk. They always get the spots that drive me crazy such as dust over the screens and the sticky part of the cup holders. The base pricing isnt bad but they have all sorts of packages that you would expect such as waxing, fancy protective coats, and scents that you can apply to the interior. Plus during COVID they offer a free disinfectant spray!

These guys offer an amazing detail with interior deep clean for under $100 ask for George to schedule it rivals the $400 details at other places

The people responsible for scrubbing your car dont do that good of a job. They put soap on your car, but dont scrub that well. You will have to pay for a more premium wash to get a better clean.

I paid for the $23.99 car wash including the interior All they did was vacuum the interior and clean the windows. When I see interior in the description Im thinking they were going to wipe down the entire interior of the vehicle. The doors on the inside still had dirt on them. I had to wipe everything down again after they got done. I like the fact that its touchless and thats the main reason I went there and Ill go back just for the outside. Ill do the inside myself and save money.

A few of my family members goes to ONLY Uptown to get their cars washed. When I drive down I take my car there every time to get it washed before driving back home to LA. They are quick and my car is always sparkling when I leave there.

They did a good job with my car I would definitely go back.
