My dental hygienist Jeanine took really good care of me she explained the procedure before hand and was very thorough and gentle while cleaning. She really made me smile. The office is very clean with professional staff. I’m happy to of found them

The assistant’s are great,but I question the Dentist. New dentures were not quite right and with some pain but not terrible yet.when I called was told by dentist to wait until next check up in 6 months.Now it’s turning into a sore. I just got upper and I have insurance but it still was not cheap

Beware of this Dentist....Dr Kopynets His focus is to make sure he gets as much money from you as possible and would make up issues that arent neccessary. He didnt even make eye contact with me as he and I were speaking..... thats speaks volumes about his dishonesty.His assistant came and try to make it seem like the problem was worse.... when all I have is sensitivity in one molar.They dont even have the desency of cleaning your teeth in the first appointment cause they want to charge the insurance double. Their Allure is only an illusion.And I already know they are going to say I am not their patient and they cant find me on their database just like what theyve done to other customers who complaint.And yes, I saw the Dr I mentioned today because he told me his name and took a business card.Be careful this Dentist is a scam. He should be reported to the board and the Business Bureau.

Poor communication and last minute scheduling changes in a business was my first red flag.Their soonest appointment was 2 weeks away. So I waited and the day before my appointment they called to schedule me to an earlier time. Then when I get there they tell me that my insurance does not cover their specialist! My appointment was to see their specialist and I asked them if they took my Bright Health insurance and they said yes! They didnt tell me no they dont cover specialists and that I would have to pay $118 plus whatever the surgery will cost. So at this point my decision was made based on this poor communication. If this is how it starts then there is no way you are performing surgery on my son. I rather take him to the original specialist on my referral form and have things done right.Why do you even ask what our insurance is? Isnt that the whole point of asking ?

Went to the office because I was having very bad pain. I came across this office because of an insurance referral. Previously I visited 11 different offices before i came here. No one was able to help with my issue and wanted to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars. Allure helped me same day and did not overcharge me. I would bring my whole family here. Its clean and the staff is super nice. Best office if your on a budget.

Because of the pandemic I lost my job. So I recently started to receive Medicaid. First of all its hard to find an office that accepts adult Medicaid. But when I came across allure dental I was happy. The office is clean and very organized. Seems to be managed very well. They explained everything too me up front, And informed me what would and wouldnt be covered. The doctor is super funny and made me feel relaxed. They offer payment plan options if you need it. I wasnt rushed in any way and I didnt feel looked down upon because I had Medicaid. I think i found my new dental home.

I love this place so much. The staff is always kind, gentle and welcoming. Ive come here multiple times for cleanings and I am never disappointed. Ive gotten my Invisalign here as well and the process was good.

Dentist clearly shows hes after your money, explicity hiding prices and all mysterious, I honestly felt looked down, wont ever come back and wont ever recommend this dentist.I made an appointment I clearly know the places I visit, you made a tooth remaval and didnt even wanted to show me the tooth just because, you charged me $450 for a powdered bones for future implant and $275 for a tooth removal, prior to that you guys told me that my insurance will cover.

I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had at allure dental. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted promptly and attended to. The office was very updated and clean. The X-ray process was fairly easy and I didn’t feel over radiated like I do when I go to other dental offices. The manager explained my treatment plan to me very thoroughly and offered me numerous payment plan options for my choosing . I felt very comfortable with the dentist and his assistant. I left very satisfied and well informed about my treatment I would recommend any friend or family member to come to this office.

Best dentist Ive ever been to! From the clean environment to the friendly staff, they made my visit amazing. I received a great cleaning. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and got me in quickly. Big shout out to the office manager for helping me with my insurance fees. Worst place ever!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

The orthodontist is only at the office 2 days a month. Not very convenient! I was never told of an exact total for my daughters braces and was put on a payment plan. The day I took my daughter to get her braces removed I was told I had a balance of $710 when I showed up for the appointment. Very unprofessional to not make paying customers aware of what is owed! I will NOT be taking my other daughter her for her braces and I recommend you dont take your children here either.

A root canal, extraction and permanent bridge ×2 all cost less than $7K. Another dentist wanted to charge me $10K for a non- permanent solution.My mouth started to hurt 2 hours after the painless work,but was gone by morning. Im so glad I found Allure & Im going back for more work as well as my cleanings. The staff are so kind and professional. Couldnt be happier.

Horror a clean office a staff that doesnt even greet you. The Dr did not even bother to speak to me He poked in my mouth asked questions and did not wait for the response. he spoke to his aid who set me up in a room and walked away did not say waiting or put a blue Bib NOTHING I looked around like what huh after 15 min I almost walked out I would give them a ZERO IF I COULD HORROR

Came to allure Dental Because I wanted a tooth extracted. I was In so much pain. I was afraid and just wanted the tooth out. From the moment I walked through the door i was surprised, the office was so clean and up to date. From the front desk to the manger was so polite. But the cake goes to the doctor. Doctor Valdman was so nice, He took my tooth out in no time. From the needle to the extraction was a piece of cake. Would absolutely recommend this office .

Went for an emergency on a Saturday. Cordial staff and the Dr that saw me (Viktor) was great. Even when my emergency was small, I dont have dental insurance and still the price was totally fair. I was there for a short time (thus the 4 star instead of 5, just one experience) but I am planning to go back in a couple of months for a basic cleaning.

Came into the office for an new patient appointment. The office was clean and very modern. The office manager was very informative and explained everything to me so that i fully understood what I was signing up for. The doctors were very gentle and seemed very caring. They had a very good special running for $79.00 dollars and they also gave me a very good discount, due to the fact that i had no insurance. Thanks to metric dental I can smile again and it did not break my pockets in the process.

I have no insurance, So I was so worried that it would be super expensive to be seen. But it was not it was only 79.00 for x ray, exam and cleaning. the doctor is amazing and gentle. would absolutely recommend

I went into Allure Dental for a routine cleaning. I have PPO coverage with Humana in which cleaning is covered. I was advised by Allure to sign paperwork and I was never advised of a balance or additional billing associated with the requested cleaning. Prior to cleaning I was given X-rays & an Anesthetic which I personally believed was unnecessary and atypical of a standard cleaning. While in an altered state of consciousness, I was later approached by an overzealous and fanatical hygienist whom forcefully recommended & suggested performing addition services (indicating that my issues were detrimental to my health) in which I could not completely understand or comprehend due to my current state in conjunction with the fact that the hygenist spoke with a strong foreign accent, while using dental jargon. I advised the hygenist that I only required a cleaning in which additional suggestive services would be discussed during a future appointment. During my procedure, I could scantily recall the hygenist advising me that I was being given antibiotics and being prepped for future services in which we had not agreed to. Post procedure, I was given a form to sign and a future appointment was scheduled. The dental office did not discuss any billing matters or express any interest or concern for my ability to finance services being offered, which I found odd. After my appointment I was left feeling as if the hygenist was being pushy and imposing unneeded services. Therefore, my future appointment was never honored. Approx. 4 months later, I received a credit card & a bill totaling a little more than 2 thousand dollars for services rendered by the dental office. I immediately went to the office of Allure Dental and requested to speak with the manager Tessan Prehay. I expressed my discontent & frustration as my original suspicion was confirmed (predatory billing practices). The office rendered services that were not necessary and in excess to services that I requested which was a standard cleaning. The manager told me that the bill was due to the outstanding balance of additional services rendered. When asked, the manager advised me that the insurance did not make a good payment and that their claim needed to be revised & resubmitted to Humana. I was advised that once payment was made by my insurance, then the credit card taken out under my name by the dental office will be credited (Care Credit). Since then I have visited with Tessan Prehay & I have also spoken with Humana on multiple occassions trying to have this situation resolved. Humana insurance is currently refusing to make any further payments as the they have received a copy of my dental X-rays and have determined that services being billed were not preventative & believed to be unnecessary in which I wholeheartedly agreed (considering Im no medical professional). Currently my personal credit scores has suffered as a result of my imposing debt to Allure dental for an unwanted credit card & debt that I did not agree to but am being forced to pay. My balance is in collections & I was forced to make a minimum payment out of fear of my credit scores tumbling due to extended delinquency. I have done everything in my power to ensure a peaceful & civil resolution to my issue even reaching out to Humana in hopes of having the balance to Allure Dental paid off. Since April of 2019, I was given a credit of roughly 1000 dollars by Allure dental (what I believe to be an admission of guilt). However, the Dental office refuses to clear the debt in its entirety citing my insurance company refuses to pay. Im currently left with a humongous debt and I cannot help but feel like I have been duped, misguided & defrauded by this Dental office.

Hands down one of the best dentist offices Ive been in in all of South Florida. Not only is the staff amazing, but their prices are great! My whole front teeth was messed up/had a tingle feeling... went to one office and they werent any help. This doctor here and staff have gotten me glued to their office. I dont know who did the booking yesterday but that was ridiculous appt at 5 n here comes 6pm and ny daughter still wasnt seen. I took off from work to make this appt. if yall open to 8 why were so many people booked at 4-5pm and then when I comeback to the lobby at 6pm to reschedule there is nobody there meaning everyone was scheduled at the same time which explains the longggg wait time. This is the same reason I left the other dentist and I will not be returning to this one either. All it takes is common sense when booking appointments not that hard stop piling people up.

Be careful! That cavity might turn into a root canal! Dentist Emmy drilled too deep, now I have a $2000 issue!

Loved the office. I was in extreme pain and was able get appt fast. Front desk very helpful, polite and lovely. Dr Valdman made the whole visit painless and comfortable. They were able to work on payment options with me. Will for a fact have me as a lifetime patient.

Please be sure to check the codes with your insurance, they tried to over charge me for everything. I had to call the insurance and verify all the codes. When I tried to tell him it doesn’t add up, he told me my insurance sent him the prices, but when I called the insurance, they inform him he was using the wrong codes rate. They had to fax over the new rate code and he blame the insurance, I never got an apology for the mistakes, nothing but attitude because I called my insurance to verify how much was my cost. He 1st told me I had to pay 204 up front but when everything was fix I only had to pay 59 upfront. At first I wanted to still get work done, but when I realize how unprofessional and unapologetic, the doctor assistant was, I walk out and I figured I go somewhere else. Not to sound negative but the doctor was nice and all but the experience was something I can’t take back.. it’s a clean office but some of the staff are is not friendly at all.. and this is the reason why I don’t too much like change.

Most unorganized office I have ever experienced.In the last two months they changed all of their staff.Ive had to go back three times for a tooth extraction only to be turned away because they couldnt do the work in the first place.I paid for all the work up front and was told I was going to get a refund back of $150.When I go to get my refund it got lowered to 128. Then I look at my receipt only to realize I received $120 back.I was exhausted of giving them chances so I just left.The dentists did good work but the company as a whole has a lot of work to do and stop wasting pastients time.I wont be back.

I was charged to wrong doctor who never seen and out of network then charged out of network amounts to credit account which set up for upcoming treatment without notice. This was found out by me.. Manager said”Insurance company didn’t pay what they supposed” I had a copy of their treatment plan and all amounts so I decided to go for it but turned out totally different. I asked what is going on?? Mgr said “you need to contact with insurance company to find out!” Not helpful at all and found out two visits all treatment were charged as out of network. I even did three way call with this office and insurance company but after three months, office is not returned charged amount to me and insurance company... according to insurance company( helping me a lot for this process), they need to receive their checks from office to correct ( they already cut the checks to office) then they can correct with right doctor charge.. First visit was in September and now December is almost finished.. not sure can be solved this year.. I really hoped office helped to correct the matter promptly since their mis billing to patient. I have to do one treatment but can’t take care until clear this.. Have to spend with insurance company .. stressing me now...As of 2/26:2018, not solved yet. Now, Insurance company was escalated this case for me since they spent so much time to talk with them and not solving this.. top of that, wrong charge was already processed with credit account without my acknowledgment. This is not even legal.. now, ppl are recommending me to get some professional legal help.. so exhausted..

I have been calling them over and over about care credit synchrony bank statements I keep getting for services not done. I am not having anything done by this company. They did not contact my insurance company yet where charging me $3700. through synchrony bank. DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY MONTHLY PAYMENTS!!!

This was the fourth dentist I enrolled with since I moved to Florida. The previous experiences were from unprofessional to just horrible. Im glad I went to Allure dental, from the moment I walked in, I felt people working there cared for me and other patients. Dr Kopynets was very gentle when treating all my cavities, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I went again for a cleaning with Ehab, he really treated me like family. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience, they made an excellent job and couldnt have received better service anywhere else. Definitely recommend!!

Terrible people, dirty place staff is nasty, bugs in the back. If you dont have lots of money they wont take care of you even if your insurance cover the care. DONT Go There they are not knowledgeable and have taken peoples money and not given service they need to be shut down.

They refused to clean my teeth(unless I paid an additional $100)!!!!!! Dont waste your time! After waiting for an hour and a half after I had already called to make an appointment and verified that my insurance will cover my cleaning; they told me that I needed an additional cleaning and it was going to cost me an additional $100 after I had already paid the $25 Co pay. I said I only wanted the regular cleaning and they refused to do the cleaning. They said once the dentist recommends a full cleaning they can NOT do the regular cleaning! Needless to say I left with no cleaning. I am 30 years old with all my teeth and I was just looking for a simple cleaning and I was turned away.

This place is ridiculous when it comes to the staff. Ive called about 4 times, left a voicemail and even went on their website to make an appointment for a regular checkup/cleaning and I never heard back from anyone. I waited a few days so I can hear back from a staff member, still nothing. I call early in the afternoon, on the days theyre opened yet it rings all the way through to the voicemail.

Imma be honest. Im always concerned about my daughter and her going to a dentist were we both can be happy and gain trust with. I was provided full attention from Manager Tessan. After speaking with her about my daughters X-ray and work, that need to be done. She made it an effort to explain in full detail what was happening with my daughters teeth and why she would need to get the work done. She spoke with the insurance company to make sure all the work can be done, knowing the status of my daughters pain. This is the kind of attention my daughter needs and deserves from professionals as Tessan provided. She is the type of person that will make you come to Allure Dental Office.
