I do not recommend this company, specially if your agent is Ricki Sadler he has 0 customer service and is arrogant. First time on the phone he sounded nice when I called to request a tour of the property, but after meeting in person something changed it was like he did not like something about me (appearance or race). After I got approved and he send the lease, he was trying to collect money which on the documents he send me stated that in the city of Burien you need to complete and sign the checklist damage form before paying any deposit or holding fee, I contacted him to ask about it and he said “you have to pay that’s how we do it”, I said okay and after a few minutes he called left a voicemail apologizing because he was WRONG. I was supposed to move in this weekend and he just took the property away because “I did not contact him”, which I try I send a couple emails and called and left voicemails. He called me the day of the moving date and told me he rented the apartment to someone else and just hang-up on me just like that. I will contact the city of Burien because this is not the right way of treating people specially if you work somewhere where you are supposed to be helping and dealing with people all the time. Not sure if this is a matter of race or he did not just like me but you can do better.

Mandalay Bay view was great. The complimentary breakfast was superb. Easy access to nearby restaurants. The two room were very nice and had a comfortable sleep. Pool was awesome and the fitness center was great to use.
Ricky and team at RD House have been very helpful and clear through the start of our rental process. The portal they provide for payment and issues is helpful and well laid out. So far my best rental experience in Seattle.

I had the pleasure of renting an apartment close to downtown for under market value from RD House Real Estate. That was what attracted me to begin with, but when I met Ricky the experience was even better! He was nice, knowledgable and easy to rent from. The online payment method he utilizes is so quick and easy and he allows you to live in your place without hounding you over every little thing. If there was work to be done on the property or my unit he would notify me immediately. Also, any time I had questions about my lease or payment he would respond quickly and answer with honesty! Ricky D is horrible. I rented from him once and he is literally the worst landlord I have ever had. He was a terrible communicator, hard to get a hold of, unfairly charged us way more than our deposit, threatened us with eviction over tacks in the walls (truly), and consistently failed to follow through on simple requests.Reading a negative review from someone whose property Ricky was managing does not surprise me in the least. He absolutely seems like the type to do as little work as possible, all the while just telling you want you want to hear.Do not rent from him, do not hire him to manage your property.
These guys will tell you one thing and do another. Boy, once you get on his bad side, hell blow up on you and anyone else! Truth is, this industry is all cutthroat anyway.Its all about the money folks, cant you figure that out. You would like to think it is about you, customer service. But in reality its about less time spent on your issues because your commission only provides so much services allowed per month, that is until it starts to eat into their profits. For those that work in the private consulting sector...bill-able hours. It results in the company sinking or swimming.
RD House (and Ricky Sadler) has been our rental property manager for three years. He was responsive, found us a great tenant, and took care of any problems which came up. Recommend.
