The noble is an awesome place to live. The management folks, especially Brian is super friendly, efficient and has made my time at the noble super smooth and memorable.

Gorgeous apartments! Great view of Seattle! Lovely neighborhood! Good rate! This place is amazing!

Pluses: Professional and helpful staff, excellent location and neighborhood, outstanding highway and public transport access, easy/free parking, very good upkeep and services, quality appliances, competitive amenities, apartments may be a little bit larger than those of the newest buildings on the block, good security, reasonably large/accessible storage space (for rent), lovely roof deck (with gas fire pit), generally friendly and drama-free residents. Cautions: Rates are on the high side, theres an extra charge for just about everything, the lease is massive and draconian (ask to read one before you decide to move in--penalties might be too much to risk for some), apartment walls seem relatively well insulated but if you need peace and quite you wont find it at The Nobel (its on major street with mutliple bus lines, and you will hear your neighbors muffled activities), deck grills and heaters get a lot of use and are sometimes out-of-order for a stretch, gym will only accommodate 2-3 people (you may need to plan to work-out during odd hours), media lounge TV is out-of-order much of the time (so dont plan on using it for big games days), lots of friendly dogs that bark and sometimes poop and pee in common areas.
