The first day my girlfriend was in the Pladhus apartment, her suitcase were taken by someone else inside the apartment even though it needs a security code to enter. On this Black Friday, the packages she ordered were opened by someone else and the items inside were gone, left empty boxes again (which was reported by one of her neighbors). If you need a security code to enter in, then you can image who may take my suitcase and packages. If it was done by people from outside the apartment, I did have concerns about the security situation. And in the almost one year, they dont have any action plan such as setting up a security camera.Also, when she submitted a repair request of the window cover, it took more than 2 months with no fix, and it still broken there.I never ever recommend the apartment to you all. And my girlfriend will leave it soon, thank gods, the lease is almost over.

I am running to some issues. The phone line always unavailable doesnt matter whatever time I call. I left several voicemails but never get any call back. They are very slow when it comes to email. The management is horrible.

I have to say Im really surprised by the negative reviews written by the couple below. During the time Ive lived at Pladhus Apartments, Ive had many packages delivered both to my door and to the downstairs area. If you really consider the locked main entry way to the building a security concern and are paranoid about your own neighbors stealing your packages, you can always request a signature or have your parcel delivered to a center. Still, I think thats totally unnecessary as I have seen packages sit in the main hallway for weeks at a time.In any case, I have had the opposite experience at Pladhus. All my maintenance issues have been fixed promptly, and both the maintenance staff and Nicole are almost always available in the event of an emergency. I saw this firsthand recently when my kitchen sink stopped functioning. As soon as I noticed I called maintenance as well as Nicole, and BY 9AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING the issue was fully fixed. Pladhus earned these 5 stars!Oh and a bonus...the place is practically soundproof. I never hear my neighbors. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking affordable eco living in Greenlake. Complete with a Murphy Bed and other nicely built-in accoutrements, I love my microstudio!
