I would give this place 5 stars if I reviewed 6 months ago when Althea was the property manager.Since she has left the managers here have been truly awful. When reaching out to them I rarely receive any type of reply, and I have often had to go down to the office to get issues resolved. That is, if they are ever in the office. It seems like they like to show up for 2-3 hours every couple days, and will rarely be helpful even while they are there. When trying to move out I tried giving them my 30 days notice that I was leaving. After 5 plus times of reaching out, they still never sent me any confirmation that I was leaving. They also failed to prorate my rent for the last month, even though my lease ended early.Great apartments, but God help you if you ever have to deal with the property managers.

I had a good time living there. The apartment was almost brand new and luxurious. The staff was really friendly and welcoming (her name is Althea). Maintenance response quick which is convenient. It’s 5 minutes walk away from streetcar. Quiet and stunning neighborhood, I enjoyed walking my dog around the neighborhood everyday. I really recommend this place, especially student.

This is by far my best apartment Ive ever lived in. The building is very well maintenance, smells great, and always clean. Not to mention the building staffs are my favorite! Althea, the building manager is very responsive and helpful. One problem is that the water doesnt get hot. I love showering in boiling water :D HEHE but other than that, I do not have anything to complain about.

Great place to live. Building is new and very well maintained. Theres a recycle and waste disposal chute on every floor which is very convenient. Althea is super helpful and timely with any requests. Theres a nice patio which is great for lounging around and enjoying the view. Overall, highly recommended.

I moved here in November of 2019 and I have enjoyed every moment of living here. Althea (apartment manager) and the rest of the staff have absolutely been the highlight of my stay here. They are extremely responsive and are willing to help you no matter what. Althea will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that all of your packages are safe. She also plans some events on holidays like free donuts for Valentines Day or food trucks outside. Only thing I would say is that parking can be tough since there is not dedicated garage, but the free zone parking helps a lot. Other than that, building is well maintained, always smells really nice when you walk in, staff is extremely responsive and helpful, and price is really good compared to the nearby apartments.

Our experience was simply superb, which began with a phone conversationwith Althea. In addition to being customer focused and knowledgeable, she was kind and sincere.Althea accommodated us with an appointment the same day and wasthorough about the arrangements and benefits included with Metroline residency. The place is beautiful, clean, convenient and modern. The 1 BRapartment is situated with nice living space and plenty of storage. We saw several apartments, however, Metroline provided the best and most economic option, including the most square footage. We were able to sign a lease and move in within 24 hours!I would rate the experience, service, support, culture and outcometo be A++. Althea is a treasure and someone everyone should meet to fully appreciate excellence in service and role model kindness.Thank you for making my experience so welcoming and wonderful!

My husband I moved in to Metroline about 3 months ago. We have absolutely loved our stay here so far. The building is always kept smelling nice and clean. We have had no issues at all staying here. Althea is a wonderful property manager she has always been so responsive and helpful. When we first met Althea she treated us like family and showed us about 4 different apartments. We were very indecisive as to what we wanted, but Althea was patient and answered all our questions professionally. After our tour we instantly knew this is where we wanted to stay. We definitely feel at home here!!Oh I forgot to mention! Best part of ALL its pet friendly. Our furry baby loves the open space in our apartment and natural light.

Ive only got good things to say so let me start by setting aside my only negative which is not even the apartments fault. There is no dedicated parking and finding a spot on the street is tough while youre competing with the church and neighboring apartments. Again, not Metrolines fault but mentioning it here if it happens to be a concern for anyone who drive oftenIve lived here since the building started accepting applications and the quality has kept up. My studio is spacious with lots of storage (wouldnt say too much cause it works for me) and the appliances are top of the line. I appreciate the blackout blinds, and when I want to appreciate the city the windows are tall and wide so you can get a great view if youre on the higher floors. It was a selling point for me since my corner spot has an amazing view of Rainier on a good day. I like to check out the roof every now and then as well. I dont hear my neighbors unless Im in the hallways and the ones Ive ran into were nice. There are amenities I dont take advantage of such as the bike storage and dry cleaning but both look secure and high qualityNever lived in an apartment with options like a garbage chute per floor but its extremely convenient and mostly clean. If theres trash left it mostly means the chutes need maintenance but I only noticed this one time. Speaking of maintenance, Roy is great at what he does and I know the place is well kept as it is thanks to him. Hes extremely friendly and the staff has always notified me well in advance if they needed to enter the apartment to troubleshoot issues (water leak in this case). They are also thorough since there hasnt been a problem sinceI have to mention another star of the apartment who is Althea. Shes got a great personality and has taken care of every request Ive thrown at her. Her communication is next level, easy to get a hold of and available during her scheduled office hours at the apartment. Shes knowledgeable of what she can personally do for you and who to contact if your question is outside of her scope. This was extremely important during the pandemic since she was always up to date on Seattles eviction moratorium. She is also the key player in helping me have my rent reduced due to financial strain as she would go back and forth between me and her supervisor during negotiations. I want to extend my thanks to her supervisor as wellOverall, Im extremely pleased with my time at Metroline Flats. Im not much of a Seattlelite but I feel First Hill is underrated. Being at a reasonable walking distance to the International District and close to an interstate exit is a plus. Lots of public transit available as well and have to mention again the impressive bike storage if that fits your commute. The staff is amazing and if you can get over the lack of parking, I think youd thoroughly enjoy your stay as well. Cheers!

Metroline Flats has been our home for over 6 months now! We really love the staff and location! Althea at the leasing office is so amazing and nice! Our dog absolutely loves her! He charges into her office everyday to say hi! The building is always clean and Roy, the Maintenance Supervisor does a great job fixing anything our apartment needs! Our apartment’s finishes and size are nicer and bigger than most other complexes we looked at, and seems like a good value for the area! Definitely recommend!

Metroline Flats is located within walking distance from downtown, capital / first hill. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to access public transportation. Thanks to Althea, property manager, I had easy and smooth move in two months ago. Althea is very helpful, pleasant and professional. The building including the rooftop is beautiful and modern décor. It built in 2019, the appliances are large, new and expensive model. Each unit has the washer/dryer, ample cabinets/closet space, the kitchen with quartz countertop, triple-paned large windows and hardwood floor. Two large elevators are fast process and very short waiting time. Furthermore, it has complimentary internet in the lobby, secure parcel lockers & bike room and security cameras in the entrances.
