Had issues with our internet over the weekend (we were thinking it was just the really bad weather). We ended up submitting a ticket to check what was going on, and expected no one to respond, but they did! Could not have been nicer, and we had our internet restored in no time.Greatly appreciate such great customer service. Having someone actually care about your service, especially when you work from home makes all the difference. Highly recommend!!
Worst enternet service ever. Have had it almost a year now. And its been trouble since day 1. Its aweful I would not recommend it to ANYONE. Wish they would refund my money for all the time we wer unable to use, but we know thats not gana happen. Never answer the phones in the office and never offer to make things right. Save yourself and DO NOT USE IT.
Horrible! All the equipment was already installed when we bought our house so we went with them. That was a bad choice the speed was slow from the beginning then it got where we couldn’t stream most of our apps every time I called in they told me to unplug everything to reboot it. It wasn’t till I canceled it they told me there was a problem with the antenna and offered to replace it. To top it off they sent me a $250 disconnect bill.
Excellent customer service. Had a hiccup and they promptly resolved the issue. Would highly recommend.

We are new to Wave and not exactly real saavy with some of todays technology. When we had problems with the system, we called their tech dept. Unfortunately I dont know the gentlemans name that we talked to but he was fantastic. He was able to patiently explain in great detail what he needed us to do so he could help solve our problem (lack of speed). Truly appreciate his help, patience, and ability to solve the problem.

Just switched to Wave Internet after being recommended by some of our family members. We had an appointment to get the Wave services set up at 2:00pm and by 1:50pm no one had shown up or called so we called to make sure they were still coming. The woman on the phone said that they would be there eventually, they were running behind because of the weather that day. We understood and waited for them to come. Once they showed up, you could tell they were running behind because they would not let us get one word in or ask any questions. They were up on our roof before they even gave us a brief explanation of what they were doing. When we tried to ask questions he just pointed to a sheet of paper and said if we had any questions they should be answered there. They were in and out in 30 minutes. We now do not have internet in our basement because the internet connection is too poor, which is one of many questions we tried to ask but did not receive an answer to because they were in too big of a rush. We are not tech savvy people so we wanted some questions and concerns answered but instead felt very rushed and uncomfortable during the entire experience. We have heard great things about this service and were excited to get it. Luckily the internet is working fine (except for in our basement) but the customer service was very poor. We called again after having the internet set up and the woman we talked to was somewhat helpful but still did not seem to care about our questions. We understand they were running behind and a very busy but if we are paying for their service, we should be able to have our questions answered without feeling like an inconvenience. We hate leaving poor reviews but felt this was the only way we could voice our concerns.

Great service and price
After moving to the area from the silicon valley, I was sad to find only satellite internet services with 800ms latency and data caps for the same amount I paid in CA for unlimited gigabit. Happy I stumbled upon wave...Theyve allowed us to have a reasonable gaming and online video experience again. I wish I could get more throughput, but Im not complaining after a year with statelite services. However, as new competition moves into the area(Elon Musk and friends), they will need to do more to compete on throughput, but thats the nature of the game...
After a couple days of having this service, I’m thoroughly impressed. The Owner/installer was very informative. He spent time finding the perfect position for the antenna. Very thankful I ran across this company after awhile of searching and coming up short. After being told many times the internet wouldn’t work out here, with Wave we are able to have our phones connected, watch Netflix on the Tv and have 2 Xbox’s on the internet. Seems like pure luck, but we’re happy. Very good team. Don’t think twice about this company givin the opportunity!

Wave Internet is by far the best internet service i’ve ever had. The customer service is amazing, Zach and the installer staff are outstanding, and the prices on packages are fair. I’m very satisfied with my service and I plan to keep it.
We have had internet with Wave Internet Technologies LLC for a month now. We had to do some fine tuning in the beginning, but now everything is up an running great. The staff was very quick to respond to any issues we had and very much willing to do whatever it took to make sure that everything was working properly. We live in a very rural area and do not have any other internet providers that offer good internet. It is great to finally be able to have the same internet quality that others do in town.

Weve had wave for right around 3yrs. At first the signal was hit or miss with lots of loading, (we live in a rural location with only a few options for internet). Let me start with customer service that has always been amazing, you actually talk to a person just about every time which is something I appreciate so very much, no machine except a voicemail if theyre in the field, but they call back ASAP, if youre calling to report no service chances are they know about it already & theyll already be out fixing it by the time you call & youll get a message when calling saying why youve lost signal & estimated time itll be fixed, (usually always fixed before the estimated time). You can always reach them through their Facebook page which is what works best for me, even after business hours. After the spotty signal we had been getting at the beginning they came out changed & moved the satellite dish to one that picks up better signal. Now we can use multiple t.v.s & our cellphones at the same time plus Im able to work from home with a good connection. The only thing I have problems doing is sending & receiving pictures/video, but thats not really a big issue for our house. Thanks for fixing us up Wave. Im very happy with giving your business a 5 ⭐ rating since installing the new equipment.

We live very rural and have always had trouble getting good internet. Last summer we bit the bullet and dropped centurylink and switched to wave. It took a bit of fine tuning, but we are happy with our current internet. We’ve never been able to stream movies and are now able! Zack and his crew have always been helpful. I would recommend Wave internet services.

Maybe if u live with one or two other people it could be alright, but I live in a 5 person house hold and I cant even play video games online anymore. When I watch youtube I cant go over 240p. I cant load snapchat storys or videos so yaknow just watch out for that if u have a big family or a lot of roommates.

Rarely get the speed you pay for. The speed is not consistent. Lots of latency. Speed is good during low traffic times, but drops at around 5 p.m. when people across the service area get on their service. Use Wave Internet as a last resort.
Ive been a Wave customer for around 5 years now. During this time I could probably count on one hand the number of outages and of those most were due to weather related power outages that were out of Waves control. None of the outages lasted very long and they tirelessly work to get it going again. I own a 100 TV tower and allowed Wave to install their equipment so other customers out in my area have access. I get a reduction on my bill for every new customer that gets their service from my tower. Their service is TRUE UNLIMITED upload and download unlike most other Big Box providers with their bucket plans that charge more if you go over the limits or cut your speeds back to dial-up speed. Speeds are not as fast as the Big Box providers but are consistent and unlike Big Box providers the upload Speeds are exactly the same as download speeds. If your only other option in the country is Bucket plan Satellite or slow DSL, dont even consider it, give Wave a call!
This is by far the worst internet service I have ever had. Very intermittent service, sporadic, unreliable. We intend to cancel soon and go back to Hughes net, which is a shame because it is far from satisfactory. So sad to say that there is an Internet service provider worse than Hughesnet, but Wave has accomplished that feat handily. I feel like I am being ripped off every time I pay my exorbitant monthly fee. Way to much money, way lousy service.
Literally the worst for outback because I’ve add more GB on and it still gave me terrible connection and we literally upgraded to provide more than 1 device with “high-speed” even tho it still freezes and still lags up like I can’t even have a decent gaming session on my own and literally can’t watch Netflix nor Amazon Prime Video without freezing and when I have all devices off it still freezesGet better wifi than this

I have had Wave now for four years. My service had very few problems. Any I have had have been due to bad storms& they worked tirelessly until they were up & running again. It is not the fastest internet out there. But other than high dollar satellite service with restrictions, theres no other isp that brings the internet out to the rural areas where I live. I have always found the staff & service personnel to be polite & professional. 5 stars are never given to anyone or anything, as nothing is perfect & theres always room for improvement. Which Wave works to do daily.
We love wave - we use them for both home and business. They also recently installed a camera system for us. The internet works great and the camera system is much better than what we had installed before
Found their service to be similar to other shared bandwidth services in that during peak hours the internet gets pretty slow... Saying it is better than satellite is pretty much a stretch. We experience drops in speed similar to those drops experienced with satellite
We have had Wave Internet for a little over a year now. Customer service has been great and service has been outstanding. We have had one outage that lasted for less than an hour. The Wave team informed us that there was a power outage at the tower and service was quickly restored. We would recommend them to anyone.
My service has gotten nothing but better as this business grows. Barring the unavoidable occasional lightning strike, or required system maintenance, it’s been rock solid on my end.

I have been with Wave since 2009. Where I live the only option was dial up and then wave started. The techs are super nice and helpful. I was having issues with my router recently and they called me to help even after business hours. They know how to treat people!After reading some of the reviews earlier I was surprised, I have the lowest option $32.94 a month and Im able to watch netflix, be on my computer and my son watch YouTube, yes there are stalls but nothing to loose it over. In my experience, Id say they go above and beyond.
The guys have stepped up their game recently. Great speeds and low stable latency. Get that 1Gbps wireless to us big boy .
Overpriced slow service but there are no other options. And the email, I cant even use it because a lot of things never come through. But they do answer their phones quickly when you have a problem. Only to tell you nothing is wrong, maybe something on your end. haha! Such is life in the country.

We had Wave for several years. It wasnt unreliable per say, but the speeds were pretty slow. Customer service has always been iffy. Several times I asked for a technician to come out and was denied. When I called to cancel today, even though it is the same day we autopay the bill for August, I was informed that they dont prorate charges when canceling (even though I am outside the contract on the equipment) so I will be paying for a month of Internet that I will not be using. I wont be recommending them to anyone else. :(

Service is bad all the time. The answer I get is to only use 1 item at a time. But then that 1 item still has problems. I pay for highest speed offer and cant even get online.

99+ Hours to download anything at my house. Constantly terrible speeds. Cant even watch youtube above 240p. The only service Wave has provided for me is a Wave of depression.
We like Wave, we have good, consistent internet service. We live out in the county and Wave is the only company that has provided strong internet. At this time we have 3mb, and may up it. Customer service is great. I called this morning because a puppy chewed off the internet cable in my office. Zach called me right back and came out same day to fix it. Not only that, he saw that our WiFi antenna on the roof had gotten turned the wrong direction. Fixed that, and the internet is even better.Thanks Wave for being consistently good. Just found out that they also install camera systems. We will definitely work with them when we build a dog kennel next year. Sweet!
Called just now to speak to someone about the technical limitations of their service. The woman on the phone instantly starts explaining their pricing. 3mbs down for 100 dollars a month. Adversely, gigabit internet is available in Columbia Missouri for 30 dollars a month, with no contract. Im really tired of these isps literally price gouging rural customers for service. This needs to change, century link could of lost our business to locally owned Wave, if they actually put someone knowledgeable of their technology on the phones.Keep in mind, I have no idea what their service is like. Been dealing with terrible ISPs in Belle for about 7 years now. Tired of this nonsense.

Dec 18 update: since other options became available in the countryside, service held up a lot better, with much fewer of the mini-outages or instances of choked speed. Theyre also by far the better choice if you are taking online courses, as the other isp seriously limits upload speeds. 1.5mb isnt much, but its triple the up speed the other guys provide.I still tend to compare them to what you might get in the city, but for the boonies, its a reasonable choice.---------------Set the Standard? That was clearly someone who works there. The standard is what you get in town: High speeds that connect reliably at a reasonable price. What they sell here is a 1.5 meg line for $65 per month. Is that the Standard? Is the Standard that the internet will slow down and basically fail during high (not peak, but just high) usage hours? Is the standard that the staff will call you names simply because you call them to complain (admittedly in an irate tone, but with no name calling, no profanity, and no shouting), and refuse to deal with the problem?If theyd at least make the effort, itd be worth giving them some stars. Unfortunately, its clear that they sell more than theyve got to provide, and refuse to accept responsibility for it. And now, they even want to charge $100 to replace what was a used router when they put it in originally.Why do I stay with them? Because theyre the only game available. I watch streaming video sometimes, but I also enjoy playing games online, and such games require a low ping. Wave is the only option, because the Fidelity Cable and CenturyLink havent gotten service out here yet. I dont think they plan to. If I moved to town, I could get Fidelity to bring me a 75 meg line for $59.99. Thats less money for so much more! Maybe I should pay to set them up at someone elses house in line of sight, and put a cheap Wal-Mart router in front of an old direct tv dish. That could work....
