Theres AC in the hallway but not the units, you need to buy your own. Beware of AirBNBs here they may be hot in summer. Great roof views of the Wheel at night!

Wonderful location, overlooking the Ferris wheel and the pier that Ivars is on. The flats are newly renovated and comfortably small with hard wood floors and new appliances. Sounds from neighbors are almost nonexistent and everyone is quiet and respectful. Overall an excellent experience, would definitely recommend

Accidentally called this location because of a simple google misspelling and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and had a lot of attitude when I asked for pricing. Can’t even imagine what it’d be like having to communicate with them if I actually wanted to look into these units.

This is an extremely dangerous building in downtown Seattle. The management is highly negligible and is aware of a door through which many homeless people who are using heroin needles pass every single day. The homeless people who have nothing to lose as they are junkies have gotten into units and resided on the main deck or on the rooftop decks. It’s extremely dangerous to stay here as an Airbnb guest or to reside here. Less than zero stars for Ms. Gruit she should be fired immediately for her negligence And unprofessionalism. Dangerous building beware

I give 4 instead of 5 stars for the fact that almost every other week the callbox is broken. But it has a beautiful view of the waterfront. The units are nice. Bit small. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the waterfront. Perfect to watch the sunset. Rooftop also connects to the 1st Ave skybridge
