I moved here from across the country and it was the easiest move Ive ever had (and Ive had a lot) because Jason in the property management office was so incredibly helpful in giving me details about the property, neighborhood, and move-in procedures. Well-kept building with thoughtfully laid-out apartments in great location on quiet block near Capitol Hill -- easy access to all of the amenities and entertainment in the neighborhood includiing nearby Volunteer Park.

RED CARPET TREATMENT. I love living here 100% !! Its a quiet & safe oasis in the urban jungle with spectacular rooftop views. My apartment is spacious, peaceful & has incredible natural light. Dani exceeded my expectations with the move-in process. She was prompt, professional, kind and cool. She asked good questions & when I described my vision for an ideal apartment she told me she had the perfect one for me. She was right! Live at Ruth Court. Just do it. You wont regret it!

I LOVE this building. The neighbors are kind, the property is kept clean, its quiet, and dog friendly. Bonus -- the roof has spectacular views! Working with Jamie during my move-in was wonderful. I never want to leave here :)

The apartments are beautiful and the outdoors are very well kept. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, cozy and quaint, and living on the upper floors will give you an amazing view.

Leasing office assumes amazon deliveries arrive during business hours and have the mailroom secured after they leave at the end of the day. Amazon drivers made allowed to deliver until 930. And if you require me to deliver to a package room then leave it open until end of the day. I would suggest getting a lux login system for the door instead of the old key fob method.Once you drop off deliveries in this building you are locked out from the main lobby however say want you to drop off packages not by the mailboxes and bring them up to the unit number yet they do not install or pay for a call box or an ability for me to exit to where my car is. Seems like they cheaped out on a second call box. I had to exit around the back of the building well my car was still running in front of the building Im sure guess that comes with appreciate the ability to leave without a key card. Other than that building was very nice however it would be appreciated from the mail carriers if you were to provide access code for us.
