My husband and I lived in Astro for one year, and it was a good time in spite of covid-19. We were enjoying our comfortable apartment, and we really liked the scenic view from the rooftop.During our stay, we were happy to communicate with Maria, Kelsey and Kendra. They’re always helpful and polite. Our maintenance requests were solved quickly. Our move was caused by the Key arena reconstruction in front of our windows. It was too noisy for us.

I recently moved to Astro, and my overall experience with the leasing office, management, and maintenance teams has been awesome! They’ve been very friendly and responsive. Also love the location (close to Bell Town, Elliott Bay, and Space Needle, etc.). So far, I’m glad I chose this apartment :)

I love the place so much - people, location & how the apartment is maintained. And the views from the sky-deck are absolutely gorgeous! If you are new to Seattle ( like me) - you cannot go wrong with this apartment.Update: Renewed my lease for another year! Still in love with the place 🤞

Loved Astro Apartments, if it wasnt for the virus I would have re-leased again 100% because the building, the staff, the location, and my apartment were all amazing. Shout-out to Kendra, Kelsey, and especially to Maria for being the most responsive, friendly leasing consultants/property managers that I have ever had. No matter the issue, no matter the time, they were on top of things. So thank you!! :)

The managers and staff are wonderful and really care that you have a good experience at Astro Seattle. They do a great job with routine maintenance as well. I know of another apartment in another city that Pinnacle manages and they also have a quality operation there. We would look for other Pinnacle properties if we ever have to leave Seattle. We know COVID has been tough as well as the major construction across the street, but this staff has done a thoroughly professional and caring job.

Been living here for 2 years in an urban one bedroom, no major issues, the few maintenance requests I put in were done within a few days. As far as the amenities go, the rooftop is fantastic and all my friends ask to have their parties here! I havent used the movie theater, the seats are school styled chairs with attached desks, recliners would have been nice. Weight room is what you would expect from most apartments.I think the staff are the biggest reason to live here, shout out to Maria specifically who is always super attentive!

Ive lived here for nearly five years. I love the place and the staff. The managers are excellent, and the cleaning and maintenance staff are really exceptional at trying to help out and are timely with repairs and keeping things really clean, both inside and outside. The walls and ceilings are pretty thick compared to other apartments~ I have only had a few times where I could hear my neighbors during quiet hours. Yah, you will be able to hear if someone is a heavy walker upstairs or if theyre having a party. Air conditioning is amazing, wave internet has been great here, love the wood floors and laundry room. Garbage shoots on every floor. Two grocery stores and a CVS a couple blocks away, plenty of food places around. The staff has had to close the exercising facility because of Covid, its too bad but its to keep us safe. Some people have complained about the rules that have been added, regarding people trying to exercise on the roof to refrain from doing so. Reasonably, the rule was added because the noise echos through to those living below. The staff is genuinely trying to help, and I find if there are complaints they are made when people feel they are personally being wronged rather than looking at things objectively with empathy. For the staff, number one is making sure everyone is safe, the next is trying their best to make our lives in the apartments as easy as possible. There are six floors full of people, so thats not the easiest task, especially with Covid and everyone being around eachother. But the staff cares and wants to make things easier on everyone. If you can be empathetic towards the staff, its easier to understand why stricter rules are in place to help with everyone living together. And if you can be empathetic with people living around you it helps with understanding people have their own lives too. Being courteous, patient, and safe takes effort, but it helps in the long run.Great place to be if you want to be in the city.

The head property manager Kendra is extremely sketchy and pretty rude, too. Astro has also decided to close down amenities because of COVID, but some of the closures are questionable. Theyve closed down the grills, the gym, the lounge, and now they want to close down the roof because people are using it to exercise.Maybe the gym could stay closed, but for some reason theyre advocating for residents to use the theater (which remains open) as a gym?! The theater is extremely small and is not meant to be used as a gym. Also, why of all the amenities is the theater open? Super illogical, but hey, that is what Kendra provides as a property manager.Id suggest finding an apartment building with a respectable apartment manager!

I rented an urban 1 bedroom from Astro over the last year and absolutely loved it. The staff are VERY friendly, highly available and were really transparent and honest when I was searching for apartments. The amenities are very nice and I always received compliments on the rooftop when I had people over. The views are stunning, BBQs are well kept and furniture is very comfy. I think there could be improvements made with the heating lamps, as they are hit or miss when turned on. The theatre is nice, although I didnt really use it. I wish it had couches over individual seats, but it is well suited for watching a movie or a game. I didnt have a single issue with the appliances inside my apartment, and it was VERY clean when I moved in. Overall, Astro is a fantastic decision when apartment hunting and it will only get better as construction around the area finished up in the next year or so.

Apartment is ok, has great views and air conditioning. However, walls are pretty thin and noise isolation is non-existent. Right from the day we moved in till the day we moved out, we kept getting complaints from our downstairs neighbors that we were making noise when all we were doing was walking around the apartment. Same story where we could hear our upstairs neighbors.Events were frequent and good. Staff was mixed. One of their staff was always friendly and helpful while the other arrogant and seemed to hate us (not sure if this was due to some kind of misguided race issue).Don’t even get me started about all the dust and construction. I’ve never seen so much dust coming into a sealed apartment before. It got so bad that I had to go to the ER twice for allergies and breathing difficulties.Move-out was the WORST! Paid through our pockets for wishy-washy fees that made no sense to us.All in all - nothing special, just your typical Seattle apartment in which renters always lose.

Lived here for two years now - great place to live. Good location and amenities. The rooftop deck is amazing with lovely views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound. My neighbors are friendly and generally quiet and respectful. The staff are all friendly and super accommodating. Apartment is modern and the air conditioning is a life saver. Best place to live in Lower Queen Anne for sure.

I talked to the management throughout the onboarding process and they were nothing but helpful, especially Kendra. I had reached out to residents there too and they were really nice! Astro is one of the nicest apartments I found during my search, encompassing many great features, such as A/C, controlled access elevators, and a modern style.

Lived in Astro for three years. The apartment management and front desk were always helpful, and they genuinely tried hard to make Astro have more of a sense of community. The rooftop has an amazing view, and theres almost always an available grill. The fitness room also has four treadmills, which was a huge plus for me.

I highly recommend Astro Apartments to anyone wanting to live in Seattle. The front office staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The amenities at the Astro were amazing and you cant get a better view of the city from the roof top.

Great place to live and the staff is amazing! Its in a really good location where you have a restaurants, small retail, larger grocery store nearby. The walk to Seattle center and all the activities are a plus along with a short 10 min walk to Elliot trial and the water. The building and apartment was built in 2015(?) so things are pretty new. I love the lounges as they are a good mix of cozy and functional. Ive be n able to use a r for a work call and chill area. Theres a pretty large media room which is something I didnt have in my previous apt. I havent used it yet but I see would like to host a few friends over for movie night one of these days. The only negative is the gym is small-ish. Pretty solid but no lat pull machine and just one cable system machine beyond the usual free wight spread. Its not bad but if youre use to a little bit more, you may need to go to Soul fitness down the street as I did.Lastly but really the best part (besides the air conditioning in my apt) is the staff. They are outstanding! Maria and Kendra have been nothing less than spectacular for me. Maria helped with all my leasing work when I relocated and was so quick and detailed in her correspondence while I was still in Dallas trying to remember info on my move. She made things so smooth for me during a stressful time. Kendra was great in helping me with my actual move in day and made sure I had all that I needed for it. They are the best management team Ive ever experienced at an apt. Overall, great apt and experience that Im very happy to be a part of!

UPDATE (2019) :Renewing our lease for another year. Astro has been wonderful!ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) :We moved from Towne in the Queen Anne Collection, and we are very happy with the change.PROS+ air conditioning -- not central, but still reasonably quiet and cold+ decent appliances, including standard size high efficiency washer + dryer+ floor to ceiling windows+ close to Seattle Center, Metropolitan Market, buses and restaurants+ elevators require key+ garbage and recycling chutes (although no compost)+ beautiful rooftop deck+ heater in the bathrooms+ leasing office keeps packages until you come get them+ average priced rent+ our view is great (I imagine this varies)CONS- no free parking for visitors: building lot costs $7 for 2 hour minimum- neighborhood: Queen Anne Ave N has many homeless people during the day (but Seattle Center is great)
