I have been going to Creative Nails & Spa for almost 2 years. Ellen is THE BEST nail technician I have ever been to. Her work is EXCELLENT! When I first went to her (previously I was going to a different bustling Scottsdale nail salon )my nails were paper thin from years of acrylics and then gel. They would not grow. Thanks to Ellen my nails are now strong, long, and healthy! She is very conscientious, friendly and a caring person. I cannot say enough good things aboutEllen & Creative Nails & Spa!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I literally was in Scottsdale for less than 24 hours when I broke a nail from moving. I saw Creative Nails rave reviews online so I took a chance and walked in without an appt. The salon is absolutely beautiful and incredibly immaculate. Alex did an amazing job repairing my broken nail and tending to the rest of my nails. The staff was warm and welcoming and Im thrilled I found this gem.Love that they dont require masks during my visits. It makes me more comfortable.

Ellen at Creative Nails always does an amazing Dip Manicure and Pedicures. My nails always look natural and my Dip manicure lasts! Ellen is precise and knows how to work with my nails (which tend to curl upwards). Thanks for making my hands & feet look so lovely!

First time in a nail salon since before the pandemic and my nails were long and my cuticles were thick.... Easy to find...super clean and sterile...reasonable pricing...Ellen did an amazing job on my hard as rock cuticles and was able to match the color from a pic I showed her....acrylic nails were the perfect length and thickness...she made them look so nice and natural...she is seriously a master and spent so much time making sure they were perfect for me...Kim does an amazing pedicure definitely worth it to get the upgraded pedicure with the skin removal...so nice and for only $10 more

I took my daughter and friend for an early Christmas gift. The pedicure was great and the manicure was good. My reason for the low rating was due to the pricing. I checked the brochure pricing next to the pricing I was charged and it does not align. I estimate that I was charged an extra $40. I should mention that the brochure does say “& up”. We didn’t do anything special that would justify that much extra. I won’t go back for that reason. Also, I was asked to pay cash because I would be charged more for using a credit card.

Most important of any nail place...its clean and sanitized.Second the quality of the work. They take their time, go over things a second or a third time if necessary and dont ever make you feel rushed.And finally, customer service. Everyone is friendly, listen well and make you feel comfortable and at home.I highly recommend coming here. Top notch and the best nail experience Ive had in Scottsdale.

I have had my nails done with SNS dip quite a few times. They either file my nails down easy too much or they make them easy too thick or the manicure cracks after a short time.Ellen is the best at SNS dip! I have never had an issue or a problem and she is so talented!! I have been using her for 6 months and Im not stopping any time soon!!

I’ve gone to so many of the area nail salons and this one is just awesome. Ellen listens carefully and her expertise and experience shows. There was a time of bad service after Nancy left (she was wonderful!) and they lost me. Thank goodness for Ellen. Just got a dip manicure and pedicure for the first time at Creative Nails. This nail salon was recommended to be by a couple of girls who are loyal customers. I am so happy I came in and was introduced to Ellen. I absolutely love my nails and really enjoyed the whole experience. Ellen kept making sure I was satisfied with my nails. She also gave great recommendations as for what style/color I should go for. I loved that she cared. During my pedicure she gave the best massage and also checked to make sure the pressure was okay. My 6th visit and extremely pleased with service and professionalism provided by Daisy. She was meticulous and I feel the prices were within the quality of services provided. The salon now has protective barriers at the manicure areas. The salon schedule, which includes Sunday appointments, makes for amenable appointments for busy folks like me. Salon was clean, orderly and appears to be well-maintained.

I love Creative Nails! I moved to Scottsdale in July and tried two other salons before finding Creative Nails. The salon is clean and well decorated. I’ve been getting my nails done many years and Ivy is one of the best manicurists I’ve encountered. She does fantastic nail art and I always get compliments! Ivy does great eyelash extensions too. I get compliments on those as well; everybody thinks they look natural.

I went to this salon as a walk in with my 2 daughters. They were friendly, fast and able to do the intricate nail designs that we wanted.

My mother and I went for pedicure and it was the best! The nail technicians were super friendly and they had really awesome touches like fresh oranges in the water and peppermint oil with the lotion.

Ellen is amazing- a true artist. She was willing to talk through exactly what I wanted and suggest fun ideas for my nails. I love the shape- it’s even, sharp, clean and my nails are longer and stronger than they’ve ever been thanks to Ellen! The staff is very professional and friendly. I love getting pedicures there. Nice long massage. Starting with gel polish and love the dip. If you havent tried it ask Ivy. I am last minute and Ivy will stay late if you ask.

Today I had a pedi mani by Tina as well as brow waxing. She was very good. She took the time to remove in in grown tow nail without hurting me. She gave me a very strong but not painful massage. Her work was precise and perfect.

Chose this place out of the many nail options in the area and regretting my decision. I noticed this place was given high stars and good reviews, but I had a bad experience with the owner. The owner quoted me a special deal while I was sitting in the chair, yet ran me up for full price at the end. It was $15 more than quoted and I made the mistake of being too tired to argue. He then proceeded to charge $10 more than the bill should have been and I caught it and mentioned it, so he voided the transaction and started over. He also swiped two cards of mine- saying he didnt take Discover even though he had already swiped the card. I was alert enough by then to ask for the voided receipt. I ended up having to take out a claim with my bank on this place as even after he assured be that both cards were not charged, I go home to see that they were. Lastly, when adding the tip, he added more than I said and I caught it again and he had to correct. I dont trust this owner and makes me think the place is hurting for money. I should have clued into this when they didnt offer the standard drinks and tried to sell me a manicure too. I truly felt scammed during the whole payment process and was taken advantage of by $15 in the end. I will never be back!

I called this morning and received a same day as appointment. True to the reviews, the place and staff are wonderful. Ivy is so talented, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she made it come to life! I would 10/10 recommend :)

I happened to come across this salon while on my way to another one. I am so glad I stopped in here. It was actually one of the best experiences I have ever had. My tech (Tommy) was fantastic. He paid attention to what he was doing and want busy chatting to the other employees the entire time. He was good with mild conversation (not too much and not silent) This place is quiet, the staff is very friendly, and my nails came out great. I will be returning for sure!!!
