Only visit them if you have no preference on your nails. I was given dirty looks and was talked about in another language right in front of me. All I asked for was that the gel on my toes be removed without grinding it all the way down, that upset them. I asked for square shape, that upset them. The guy refused to finish my nails because of those requests and a new tech finished the job. They then announced that they couldn’t remove my old fingernails because they “didn’t have time” when I asked for that service in addition to the pedicure upon arrival. This was the first time in my life that I didn’t tip a technician. I’ve never been treated so horribly for absolutely no reason.

I love this place! Ive been twice so far and its been nothing short of perfection. Rachel is amazing and has helped me find the exact color Im looking for each time! I showed her a picture from Instagram asking if she could do something like that and the result was top quality (considering how short I wanted them). Its been 3 weeks since then and theres been no chipping thus far.

I visited the salon for a pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was done by a younger guy and he was AMAZING! My toes look beautiful and his massage was out of this world. One of the best pedicures I have received. However, my gel manicure was awful. The woman worked on my nails while I was getting my pedicure and didn’t even rinse the nail dust off my nails before she painted them. The polish is lumpy due to the nail dust. The filing is awful, not straight and very very rough on the ends. She filed one of my nails so hard that she split my nail. She said she used to own 3 nail salons in Chandler but sold them and is working there now. Beware if you go there. I will never go back.

Ive been getting my nails done through Tony for a few years now. He moved over to this shop a few months ago, but the quality is the same. This shop is clean and they have lots of various products to try!

Grand Nails is easy to visit because they make it easy. I’ve never had trouble getting a manicure, it’s affordably priced, very clean, and efficient without seeming like they’re anxious to get you out of your seat and get someone else in. The staff have been friendly and my manicures have lasted longer than when I’ve gotten them done elsewhere. Glad they opened!

Tommy is the best - so meticulous and a perfectionist. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure and you can tell he truly cares about the work he does and the customers satisfaction. I highly recommend Tommy and I will definitely be back.

The environment is very nice, staff was polite but didnt really say a word or make any attempt to talk. Pedicure turned out great but the manicure (just basic) is pretty bad. Must be an old top coat because it has bubbles on the surface and stayed wet for way longer than it should have. Not even 24 hours and half are chipped or smudged. Clean environment but not amazing quality.
