Our experience with Gold Starr was excellent from the initial phone call to the moment we were dropped off at our destination. Tony was personable and very informative. He explained the process of booking and any charges, which helped a lot since I had not done this before. Pickup times were arranged and agreed upon and were carried out to the letter. Our driver, Roman, was so very kind and we had a wonderful conversation! Even through our conversation, he was concentrated on the road and the ride was smooth as glass, easily maneuvering around several accidents. We were dropped off at our location and the doors were opened for us, which my 11 year old loved! We were wished a good night and that concluded our ride. I couldnt be more pleased with our experience and would recommend Gold Starr to anyone.

I just took a taxi to the airport in Phoenix, Arizona and it was the most pleasant ride I possibly could have taken. The driver was not only polite and clean but we also had the best conversation all the way to the airport. The car was very clean, immaculate in fact and the nicest taxi I have been in. I will definitely use Gold Starr Transport again whenever I am in Phoenix, thank you.

This cab service was very efficient. They arrived on time. Car was clean and very comfortable and our driver was very pleasant. If you are looking for a higher end car service I would choose these guys again. We arrived at our destination very pleased with the service we received.

Tony has been driving my daughter to school every morning for the past year and a half. He is always on time and provides a safe ride for my daughter. I would highly recommend him any time.

Tried calling and no answer. Just some guys voicemail. Not professional. Sounds like this is just some random guy with a car doing business from his house. Im not wasting any more of my time. I will be calling a real taxi company.

I required transportation to take my adult son to ER for admission.I called several medical transport companies with no reply. This company went out of their way to assist me.My son requires a large vehicle due to his weight.I will continue to use this service in the future and recommend their services to others requiring transportaion.
