After reading several glowing reviews here I was anticipating a good experience. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. Here is what happened: see a vehicle on their website on Monday Im interested in and call them. Told the vehicle is being shipped and is not there yet. Told they would check on in and call me back within 130 mins. Get a call back several hours later saying they checked with the deliverer and it will arrive Wednesday. I call Wednesday, vehicle still not there. Get a call on Thursday saying it will be there Friday, told they will call me when its there. Friday night I see pictures of the vehicle posted on their website, but no call. Call Saturday (today) morning to inquire about the vehicle. Told the vehicle is there and I can see it (with about that level of enthusiasm). I let them know about when I will arrive to check it out. I arrive and salesperson us busy with someone else, no big deal, I start looking at the vehicle in the showroom I called about. When other customer leaves I am greeted with, Are you the guy that called about this? Take a look, start it up if you want and let me know if you want to test drive it. Salesperson goes back to what he was doing. I look the vehicle over and see some cosmetic issues like peeling paint and the inside door handle on the drivers door is basically disintegrating. I let salesperson know I would be interested in test driving the vehicle and apologize that Im making him do extra work to get the vehicle out of the showroom. I attempt to make small talk but basically get the feeling that they dont really care if Im there or not. While person 1 is moving the vehicle, salesperson 2 come out and actually greets me, so thats nice. I ask him if there is anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle. He assures me the vehicle is in top shape mechanically and they will handle the first oil change. Ok, thats good. I let him know that there are some issues with the vehicle and show him the disintegrating door handle. He responds that its cosmetic and there are limits to what they will handle. I test drive the vehicle. CRAZY knocking coming from the engine! I keep the rest drive short. Warnings ⚠️ are coming up on the dash about low tire pressure and an engine issue that is causing lower than normal performance and warning me to pull over or something along those lines. Not good at all. I park the vehicle and return the keys to salesperson 1 while feeling sorry for whoever ends up buying this vehicle. I let them know there seem to be some pretty serious issues with the vehicle including loud knocking. The reply is, whatever the problem is, well fix it. Very dismissive and not exactly confidence inspiring. They asked if they can contact me after they fix the vehicle. I wonder, what will that fix look like?All in all, I left feeling they didnt communicate well. They didnt really care if I was there. They didnt care what my experience was like with their vehicle. They were very dismissive of the issues I experienced. They seem overly confident in the condition of their vehicles without being able to back it up. Will they be able to fix my overall experience? I doubt it. If they call me and tell me the vehicle is all fixed and in perfect working order should I believe them? They already told me that about the vehicle when it had extremely obvious problems. Why didnt they notice these issues and warn me before I drove there or that the vehicle has repairs scheduled before they offer a test drive or anything along those lines?

This was 100% the easiest process Ive ever been through for buying a vehicle. Joey handled all of my questions over the phone and by email, and even brought the truck to me all the way from Scottsdale! (50 minutes away from my house). There was no haggling or back and forth, it was straight to the point with no non-sense which was refreshing. I ended up in the truck I wanted for a fair price without having to sit and negotiate for hours, this is how car buying should be done everywhere. Other dealerships need to take notes!

I drive by a lot for work and the lot and building are well maintained, even the cars are usually shiny unless it has rained. Being a female I never look forward to going to dealerships to look at cars because I’m generally treated like I don’t know anything and they try to take advantage. These guys were the complete opposite and that’s why I was so surprised by the negative reviews about Frank and Joey. It really makes me think the people writing the reviews treated Frank and Joey like dealerships treat me or worse. My first interaction was with Frank over the phone and right away I liked him, he never interrupted me and listened to my story and offered insight into what to do with my older car. He gave me a soft offer over the phone for my older vehicle but was very honest with me about being better off selling it myself. He in no way tried to upsell me or force me to spend money I didn’t want to spend. He was 100% respectful to me. He also came in on his birthday to make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived for my appointment, he went over some things with me about the car, said what he liked about it and was honest. When I met Joey, I liked him instantly as well! Very nice and respectful guy you feel like you can talk to about anything. He answered all my new car buyer questions and helped me get the best loan/apr I could get. I feel bad for not getting her name but I want to mention her, there was a woman at the front desk who was just a doll and such a sweetheart. She obviously cares about her job like Frank and Joey do and I can say I would definitely send new car buyers to them just based on how they treated me. I was well taken care of by everyone because I came in with a good attitude and didn’t try to get $5000 for my used Camry like someone else in these reviews. I came with a decent down payment, fair credit and was looking for a specific make and model. If these guys treated a young woman with respect and didn’t make assumptions, I highly doubt they are bad guys like people in these reviews are claiming. They even detailed my car for me after purchase! 10/10 would recommend.

We dont know if hes the Joey thats the General Manager or not, but he was super nice, easy to talk with, and very professional. No pressure at all whatsoever. No hidden fees or BS add-ons either! They also provide online or in person, free Carfax report on every vehicle, and provide the original window sticker via Monroney Labels for almost every vehicle they have in inventory. The window sticker and Carfax being provided saves us a lot of money and time spent on information gathering. We are going back there today to buy our vehicle. The only reason we didnt make our purchase yesterday was that we couldnt decide at the time which vehicle we wanted. Definitely give Autowits a try!

2015 BMW 328I x drive, good price and fair trade in price. The process was easy and there was no pushing to buy warranties and extras. Was a couple concerns but they were taken care of. I would do business again.Update on the car, I rewrote the review after they repainted the bumper that the paint had started to peel off. The car does have a clean car fax and they did an inspection. However the hood is blemished and they repainted the bumper. Last month they re painted it and its peeling off already. Along with the paint on the hood. Also the first time using the windshield wipers they were hitting the hood and took metal along with paint off, basically grinding! I tried to contact them again and they wont reply. Very sad that you spend money on a BMW that was false advertised as clean car fax.I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought my first vehicle here everything was done fast and easy I love the car so far. The Reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they weren’t organized at all and I’m actually a little concerned because I saw copies of others driver licenses and personal information laying around you never know who can get a hold of the information. I also got a really bad interest rate considering I have a good credit score and my downpayment was good. When I ask if he can keep looking sense they have multiple lenders he said “I don’t want to run your record multiple times so it doesn’t affect your credit score” but I come to find out that credit inquiries that occur when you are “rate shopping” only count as ONE inquiry as far as your credit score so I got screwed. He also asked if I wanted a personalized License plate and I agreed to paying extra and I got a regular plate. Mmmh would definitely look else were first.

This place will put parts on your car from Taiwan. They commit fraud constantly by telling people they have fixed their vehicles when they in fact did not. This place did such a poor repair on my radiator and coolant system, it caused the head gasket to blow. Another mechanic found metal in my coolant system after these guys were done. This was all after a mechanic of theirs committed fruad a few years back on another vehicle of mine. The owner acted like he cared and would take care of me for life. Fired that mechanic. I stayed a loyal customer only to be duped again. Shame on me. Do not waste your money here!

Update to my experience with Autowits. I purchased a car on July 5th, on the 6th the car overheated. Took it back and while they were working on the overheating issue they found the upper oil pan was damaged by them. I got the car back on the 13th. As I was pulling into my garage I noticed a trail of fresh oil leading into the garage and the engine was smoking. Now the car has been returned a second time. They did some kind of repairs and returned it to me July 20th. AGAIN, pulling into the garage with a fresh trail of oil and smoke is now billowing out of the engine!I bought this car on July 5 and I wont have it back till July 26 at the earliest!I moved to AZ from NY July 3rd, on the 5th I purchase the car. I havent even been able to fully drive the car more than 6 hours since I paid cash for it 17 days ago! Theyve given me 2 different loaner cars in the mean time. Both of which had serious mechanical issues.All I can say is thank you Autowits, for ruining my month long vacation I was gonna take. Ive had to cancel vacation plans, cancel meeting family, the stress it has put on my girlfriend and I, and the inconvenience of driving junk cars while you try and figure this issue out.Really good team here. This is not your usual car dealership. I had an issue with the car after purchasing it, called them up and they did a great job of fixing the problem hassel free.

I spent several weeks researching the 2012-13 Audi A3 TDI’s that were being put back into the market after the diesel emissions fix. Being in Alaska I knew I would be buying a car sight unseen and would have to find a dealer I trusted. I emailed and talked to several dealerships but the decision was made easy after working with Frank at Autowits. I never felt I was dealing with a used car salesman. I was dealing with a professional businessman who cared about his reputation, his product and his customers. I true gentleman. After we made the deal, he stored it for almost two months so that I could fly down and drive it home. And when I got home, Frank called to make sure I made it safely and if the car performed well. I should also mention, I got a really great price, much lower than other dealerships. Next time I need a car, I’m calling Frank.

Had my car detailed and a sunroof put in and my car looks awesome, like new! Love my sunroof, been wanting one forever! They did a great job on both.

The car I bought had a loose windshield wipe blade, the rubber part that meets the window. They said they would fix it before I bought it. They did, just by ripping it off and not replacing it. Also some of the components on the engine were glued together including one of the headlights. So buyer beware, nice looking cars at nice prices but they are not truthful with correcting issues. Have the car checked with your mechanic before buying from them.

We came down from Flagstaff to look at one of their vehicles that was listed on their website. The vehicle was not in as good of condition as the pictures suggested which is why I took a star off. We drove over 2 hours for really just a sub par vehicle. That being said the salesman gave us absolutely NO pressure. We spent a long time looking over the vehicle without him hovering and trying to sell us. We ended up going somewhere else to buy strictly due to the condition of the vehicle (scratches everywhere and not very well detailed), but would definitely suggest them for a low pressure experience.

I will lead this by stating I have owned thirteen vehicles in my lifetime, and this is the first one I have purchased from a dealer.I was looking private party, and having some difficulty finding what I wanted in excellent condition. The private owners would state it was such, and I would find them to be not well taken care of. I finally branched out and started shopping dealers. Again, I saw two that didnt fit the condition of the car I wanted. I reached out to Autowits via email regarding the one I was interested in, Frank replied quickly. He put absolutely zero pressure on getting me in like the other dealers, and attached the vehicles Carfax without me even asking.Frank made this process SO SO SO easy. He doesnt drag you through the dirt with pricing, he was fair in negotiation and got me excellent financing because of his great relationship with lenders. We text back and forth (hes extremely flexible & available), and settled on doing the deal next-day. I asked how long to plan for (Ive heard hours and hours from friends doing deals with dealers), he told me 30 minutes max. He delivered.The cars he selects to sell are nothing short of top-of-the-line in model and in condition. Hes been a provider of nothing but great service since first contact, and somehow managed to make the buying process easier than the private party deals I have done. No pushy sales, very friendly. But not very knowledgeable on cars. Tried to sell me a Lexus with peeling paint, four different tires and the steering was poorly aligned. I asked about everything and I was told none of it would be fixed and I get the car as is.... Id have to fix the alignment.... Really?? He tried to interest me in a Volkswagen Jetta, which I promptly declined because I wanted a vehicle that had at least 6 cylinders (as well as a list of other requests). He showed me a classy Rolls Royce they kept inside on the floor. When I went to open the door, or inspect the vehicle closer, he didnt seem to like that I wanted to gently interact with it, so he made sure to stand between me and the car. (Let it be known, I was dressed respectfully, as I had just left an office job and wanted to trade in my own car. So, its not like my hands were dirty or my appearance was disheveled).The Lexus was black with a brown leather interior, and severe sun damage on the roof as well as the trunk. The paint was also peeling in places on the doors, the rear by the trunk, and the gas cover. Its possible they may have sold the vehicle and therefore can claim they do not have this car... but I can certainly describe in detail everything about my experience.The fact that the owners are quick to discredit my review speaks quite loudly of them. Although I do not expect them to recall every single person to walk through their doors at any given time, I suppose. Also, the state of the building exterior also speaks of the quality of service you may expect to receive. I drive by Autowits several times in a month to get to a variety of destinations, and the outside of the building by the roof also has pretty unsightly water damage that can be seen from the street.

I have been coming here for 4 years and it never let me down, everything fixable got fixed. Couple years ago one time brought my car in and didnt have change to take the bus, the lady gave me a ride. And today I sent my car in and they loaned me their car. I highly recommend Autowits service department.

My father is a Korean War Veteran and 83 years old. His check engine light came on and after taking it to several places, he was quoted over $2,000 for repairs stating that both catalytic converters needed to be replaced. I stopped by Auto Wits to inquire about a possible trade-in and spoke with Shah. Shah immediately assisted me with what a trade in value would be. He then asked Frank to come and speak with me and Frank was very understanding and requested I bring the car in and have it diagnosed at their service department. I was so pleased with the great service and professionalism displayed by everyone at Auto Wits and commend them for their help. Repairs were only one fourth of the cost and were not related to the catalytic converters at all. If you want an honest, professional staff to take care of you and whom you can trust, Auto Wits is the place! Great customer service! I purchased a car from Autowits a few months ago, but the remote entry key wasnt working. Frank promised to fix it for free and gave the service department permission to figure out what the issue was and comp me the service. I had to go to the Chandler BMW to figure out exactly what the problem was, but in the end, the part was shipped to Autowits and Wally, the service department rep, fulfilled the work order free of charge as promised. Beware! Lack of integrity and skill. Had to take my vehicle to Honda Dealership to repair damage-dealership found missing bolts, broken tabs on the engine cover (reflection of sloppy novice work) and worst is Honda suspected they let the cam shaft roll over and then installed the timing belt, making the engine misfire-after 3 times in their shop I took it to Honda. Billy said should I need to bring it back something must be wrong with the engine. We almost thought we had to buy a new vehicle! Thank goodness the skilled labor at the dealership was able to fix our car. Perhaps Autowits is sufficient with basic oil changes, but beware should you need skilled labor!!!

This was my wife and Is first time buying a car from a dealer and also our first time financing a vehicle. We first went to Berge Ford and got the typical pressure sales tactics and were turned off. Then we found an Explorer we liked here at Autowits and gave them a shot. We were impressed with how we were never pressured. Always treated with respect. And we got the car we wanted at a great price. Joey couldnt have done a better job. He took care of a few little things for us that really were a nice touch. We will be back for sure.

The purchasing experience was very easy and well done but follow up customer service after the sell was horrible. They sent in my payoff for my trade over a month late so I had another car payment come out and thankfully I had automatic payment set up or this could have hurt my credit rating as well. Contacted them 3/30/17 to inform them of the situation and gave them all the details as to what they owed me and got a response quickly letting me know it would be fixed that month. Nearly a month goes by and I hear nothing nor have nothing so I emailed again and got no response so I decided to give them till end of April to get me the check they owed before I went down there in person. Check finally came in last week of April but they shorted me $139.13 on the amount owed. I didnt contact them about the lesser amount since I know they didnt care to begin with, so I wrote it off as lesson learned and I had to pay for their mistakes.

Posting this as someone who had to walk away from a (fair) deal. Joey from AutoWits was very up front with me about my financing options and bore me no ill will whatsoever when I decided to look at other cars.The sales process was stress free. The CarFaxes are available on each car (on the windshield) and every thing was very straightforward.I cant speak to the actually post purchase experience, but this shopping experience was excellent. Joey is recommended.

I approached Frank and Autowits about a Porsche Cayenne. They offered a very fair price and provided a pressure free comfortably laid back environment to process my Loan paperwork. The process was hassle free and I got a very good rate with no money down. I traded in a Jeep with Frank and he paid off my loan no questions asked and gave me fair bue book for it so I would have money toward the Porsche. After Franks team inspected the Porsche for deliver, they discovered it had the infamous cooling pipe failure and even though Frank probably lost money on the deal, he resolved the issue at a local Porsche Shop before he would allow me to take it. Stand-Up guys here - Much appreciation to Joey as well,(Thanks Bro!) who made sure I got everything got taken care of, updated me along the way and even delivered my car across the valley. Best Car buying experience ever! I am very picky and was looking for a very specific car (miles, price, color, options, history, etc). Autowits advertised the car I was looking for, even though I am located in another state, I decided it was worth it to fly there to pick up the car. I called and spoke with Joey, who is awesome. His follow up on all my requests was prompt, even texting when the business was closed! We reached a deal quickly and easily (zero pressure). I was awaiting for the car to be delivered to their location as it was still being transported. The day the car arrived, Joey texted and said it got damaged in transport. I was very bummed to say the least. Joey offered to find a duplicate car, which since Im so picky, I figured would be a near impossible task. Since I had nothing to lose, I gave him my criteria. Thinking he had a 5% chance of success, I didnt expect to hear from him. Two days later he called and found the car! I couldnt believe it, it was everything I wanted and actually had a few nice extras. Even though we had never met, Joey took the risk to purchase the car on my behalf..... Well I just returned from picking up the car. Super smooth transaction! Car is Awesome! Next time Im in the market for a car, I just going to tell Joey what I want and let him find me the perfect car.
