The Abington location closed so I had to go to this location. I like it here. I have no complaints at all. The staff are always really nice and work with me. They give great advice on breastfeeding and how your child should be progressing at the age they are at. And they help with me personally as well with my diet and exercise. I like it here.
Pissed Off ReviewerAt this WIC location the front desk staff are extremely rude!!!I really dont understand, people are on WIC because we need assistance...Its a hassle to have to call and make an appointment or come there for one dealing with these people here makes it not worth it at all.The women with the brown hair in this office started a fight with me for no reason raising her voice.I was there with my newborn son for his first appointment by myself after having a cesarean 1 week prior. We werent even seen by anyone, because my information was now not accurate. Nothing had changed information wise 3 months prior when I applied. This seems absurd to me now that Im not pregnant and my son is born I need help from WIC more now... And all of the studded my information is wrong.Im going to another location from now on, and will be call someone higher up to take action in this matter, it was so wrong and embarrassing how they treated me in front of other people. Also this location is disgusting, no AC and flies everywhere, real healthy environment to bring my newborn.
Nutritionist is the nicest lady in the world. I feel bad for her because she has to work with the grumpy extremely rude person at the front desk. I cringe everytime I have to deal with that lady. when the Nutritionist calls us back its a very warm sweet feeling around her and then i remember i have to leave and get my checks from the grinch again and am irritated.
Staff treats you with respect.
