They are the best team ever. Patience, professional and sweet.Im bitter when I notice my baby head look weird. Every morning I woke up at 4am and cry. I didnt know what I can do for my baby. And I decided to order a band for my baby. That the best choice I had made for my baby. Her head looks good now. when she wears a band she can crawl, eat, play and laugh. the band didnt bother her a lot. Thanks you so much team to give my baby a new life. totally reshape my babys life.Especially our clinician JESSICA!!!!!!!!!!!

My family loved our experience at Cranial Technologies! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I never had a scheduling issue. We worked mostly with Lisa who was superb at her job. She kept us informed about our progress and stayed positive. Anytime we had to wait, she would pop in to let us know how much longer it would be. The toys in each room were so helpful, especially when my child would begin to get fussy. The pictures that were taken were very informative on my childs progress and helped us to make decisions about his treatment. They suggested that we continue treatment with a second helmet. We decided against it and they were respectful of our decision. We were frequently told that we were in control of these decisions, and we did not feel judged in that process. We definitely recommend Cranial Technologies!

My daughter was with the band for 16 weeks. Her case was moderate to severe. There was no noticeable changes until the end. Her head got corrected but its not even. The corner of the band where the opening is, used to push head down and it didnt matter how may times they reduced that part it would leave a red mark and now after so many weeks that part of her head its still sunken and I dont know if it will fix on its own..They said it was normal if it didnt last more than one hour. She has a bump in her forehead in looks like there was too much pressure, the bump its very noticeable. Imagine going through all the process having her sweet a lot, the smell, and she didnt sleep the same plus having to drive to her appointments but what I regret the most is that it fix the back part of her head that probably would had corrected on its own but now has that big hole on the side of her head. They said to give it a couple of weeks and it has been 4 months and its still the same. Dont do it unless you have a severe case, babies head fix on their own when they start being active. I regret it so so so much.

My grandson has the doc band and the experience for us has been amazing. Everyone is so pleasant to work with, they made the experience stream-less. We have seen obvious results his first month.

The staff at the office was great. The billing department was rude and sensitive individuals . Had a rep tell me that if they knew I couldn’t afford it they wouldn’t have started my son treat. All because my insurance didn’t cover the Doc band. When I called back the next day couldn’t get a single apology for what the rep said. If your low income they wouldn’t work with you. Very disappointed.

My daughter needed a moderate correction. Being new parents and wanting to err on the side of caution, we decided to move forward with treatment. One question my wife specifiably asked when discussing adverse consequences of wearing the helmet was any impact on how our daughters hair would grow and develop. We were assured there would be no impact. Well its been almost 18 months since we completed our treatment plan and our daughters hair is still incredibly thin in the areas that saw the most contact with the helmet. She still young so maybe this problem fixes itself in a few years, but I have a hard time believing our daughter is somehow unique and this isnt somewhat typical. If they didnt know this was a possibility, theyre negligent and I would look elsewhere . If they did know and misled/lied to us, thats unexcusable and Id look elsewhere. Bottom line, I would not trust the staff here, even though everyone was exceedingly nice, and cant in good faith recommend them to anyone.

The DOC bands so-called hypoallergenic material caused skin reactions all over my sons face and neck. For 2~3 weeks he was not able to wear it. After the follicle infection on the back of his head finally went away, he was in the band for about three months until outgrew it. We were then told that his condition improved from moderate-severe to moderate, and he needed a secondary band...To me, the treatment totally doesnt worth the money and effort. Two of my friends chose not to do the band and their kids head shape corrected on their own before 2. My sons progress is not any better than otherwise would be without the band. There might be a good reason why United Healthcare always denies it.
