Robbie and his crew did an excellent job installing the full Xpel Ultimate. They were easy to work with and completed the job on time as promised.Fast forward 6 months and I noticed a few very minor spots where the film had peeled slightly along a few door edges, air dam, and a fog light. I think this is inevitable with so many edges with various contours for a full Xpel instal. The Xpel Ultimate comes with a 10 year warranty so I decided it was time to take it in and have these minor issues repaired. I live out of town and was going to be in Scottsdale for the day. Robbie said he could get me in at a specific time to repair, free of charge.Robbie and his tech were ready and waiting for me as he said they’d be, repaired all the issues I found, and took the initiative to inspect the entire install, every single edge of film without my asking and found repaired a few additional issues that I didn’t even notice. Their friendly professional attitude and attention to detail was impressive. They me back on the road in 45 minutes with the car looking perfect. Doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommend!
