Marcus and his team are fantastic! Their quality of work and professionalism are first class. I have never had a car ceramic coated before, but decided to have my Corvette coated shortly after delivery and could not have been happier. The car always looks like it was just waxed, and detailing it at home is a breeze. Moved my window from 8-10 am and didn’t arrive until close to noon. Didn’t thoroughly clean the entire car after I paid almost $200 for the interior and it didn’t even look like basic things were wiped down. Poor job, likely because it was so hot but had they come in the morning like they were supposed to it wouldn’t have been such an issue.

They broke my temperature sensor on a Nissan Rogue, service on 04/22, when caught they say its a risk of cleaning engine, non of which I was told in advanced or so they have a signature that I approved such risk. When confronted they cant care any less. And told to come by next week to find the boss. I will update once I have it fixed and see how they respond when I drop off the invoice from Nissan.Update: receive a call from Manager or Owner (I apologize I did not pay attention to that). Explained the damage done and repair. He was apologetic, not their intention to cause damage and offered to educate his staff on communicating with customer, he showed he does care.

I got a package that had clay bar treatment and sealant and wheel cleaning and got NONE of that. Guy told me it would take hour and half to finish but only washed the car for 20-30 minutes and said he was done. Still dirt on my car.

Always satisfied with our experiences at Pit Stop. Most recently, we had clear bra done on my dads vehicle and he is very happy with it. He drives a lot on the freeway and is tired of the tiny rock chips in his paint. Also, due to the recent events in the world, my mom wasnt able to get out and wash her car so she scheduled an appointment thru the email special for mobile wash. They came out and did a great job! Wow! $400 and I get back a truck that looks like it came right off a new car show room floor! My truck was a mess inside and out. After 4 hours, it came back like new, even the suspension looked new! Fantastic!

I had my car detailed once and washed once here over the span of three months. After the wash, I noticed white streaks on some of the panels and between a lot of the panel seams. This took a while to sort out but eventually the owner explained that subpar polishing work from the first detail resulted in the white compound showing after the wash months later (assuming the wash aggravated the compound and caused it to show up).They were accommodating and took the car in the next week to fix it free of additional charge. While this did waste some time on my end, I really appreciate that the owner took responsibility and made it right. Even though there was a mistake, their honesty about it after the fact inspires confidence to give them another shot next time the car needs it.

I have previously taken my vehicles to the Scottsdale location for detailing but decided to utilize their mobile service for an interior detail most recently. The mobile team accommodated my timeframe and they were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. There was a difference of $30 between their interior service versus what was being offered at the dealership, but what was included in Pit Stop’s service was more thorough so it justified the price difference, in my opinion.

We have repeatedly had great results with PitStop. Convenience/time savings are amazing. We schedule online and have the mobile unit come to our house. In addition to our cars being detailed, we have also had our RV washed. The guys working for PitStop all seem to love and appreciate fine cars.

Management is trash, sometimes they do a decent job at cleaning but only if you can even get an appointment. They will cancel if they dont want to work, only accept ones they want to do.

I have been using Pit Stop Auto Detailing for years. Marcus and all of his crew are polite, professional and very detail oriented. I have done their weekly wash at my house as well as an all out detail on a luxury car and my 1956 Chevrolet. I have always had a five star experience. I decided to write this because of some of the other people who wrote a review with a different opinion. I cannot speak to their experience other than to say I have not had any such described experiences. Do yourself a favor and try these guys out!

I’ve been using Pit Stop for about five years, since ordering a brand new Tesla Model S performance. I’m extremely particular with whom I leave my baby and Pit Stop has done a number of details and mobile washes for me at several different homes. The guys do a very thorough job though I’ve occasionally had to ask for touch ups. Also, I have referred many other Tesla owners to Pit Stop with positive feedback. Big shout out to Marcus (Pit Stop owner) and I continue to recommend you. I just had a regular wash with Ronaldo at the shop. He did a great job!

It is kind of hard to find if you are dropping off at the Scottsdale location BUT they did a really amazing job with my car. I just purchased the car from Carvana about a month ago and have a detail credit with them due to some issues with the delivery of the car. They made it look 100x better than the carvana people did. Highly recommend.

They even assisted with insurance information! Every single time I called I was treated kindly, by everyone. The billing and paperwork is all online. Extremely easy. I am so impressed with the business and Marcus. I cant recommend them highly enough. One of the best run businesses that I have encountered. Ever.

Always worth the money to have Pitstop detail your car or truck. Their detailers take that extra little bit of time to clean the places that are hard to reach or make their backs hurt! As a detailer myself, I notice that kind of thing. Great job as always.

Unfortunately due to the tardiness of todays service I can only give 3 stars. I was scheduled to get wash between 3-530pm but they didnt show up till almost 730pm. Thats just not acceptable. I had to use another vehicle because of this lateness. Wash itself was fine without any complaints.

Extremely frustrated and this is probably the worst service I have ever heard of in my life. Dropped my car off at 8:30 for a detail. Waited for them to call me and tell me it was done. When I hadn’t heard anything by 4 and couldn’t get in touch with them by phone, I took an Uber back to pick up my car. No one is here even though online it says they’re open til 6. Would love for the owner to please get in touch with me ASAP.

They were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. Everyone was super friendly, and they did a great job on the car. The interior was spotless, and the outside looked fantastic. Applied to be a detailer here. Was asked for an interview. Since I live in the east valley, they said I would be a good fit for their Gilbert location. Although I couldn’t find it, when I asked Dan the GM to send me the location he never did and I’ve called a few times trying to get the location and they never gave me the location after giving me a start day.

I came in today with paint over spray on my car, and they made sure that every last speck was off. There is no up-selling or sales tactics like your typical drive-thru wash, instead, these guys operate on pure top notch service. The level of service from this shop is matched by none. The people working here dont do it as a means to make money, it is their passion. I have been taking my vehicles to this shop since 2014 and I now go almost every Friday to give my car a quick wash. Their attention to detail and level of service is exceptional. The managers are pickier than I am when it comes to meticulously cleaning a vehicle and are very strict when it comes to reviewing the washes completed by the employees. I will never let another place touch my car after going to Pit Stop Auto Detail.To top it all off, the owner Marcus is a HUGE Denver Broncos fan, and he hates the Seahawks!! My kind of guy.

Dont waste your time. Left my car for four hours and no one even had a chance to move it. Appointment was made a week in advance was told two hours for work to be done. Four hours later car is still in same parking spot and no one touched it.

Used a $119 Arizona Premium detailing coupon and purchased $19 engine clean ontop of it - couldnt be happier. Service was really prompt (about 4hrs) and they did an _excellent_ job. Was surprised how new the engine bay looked and how thorough the cleaning.Really happy, even without Groupon will happily go back in the future when car needs some TLC.

Brought in my GTR for detailing and opti coat. Great customer service, and when I found a small issue they were quick to fix it! Car looks great and for the past few months the opti coat really makes it easy to wash. I plan on using them again!

These guys were great. They truly care about doing a good job and want you to leave fully satisfied. My car was all scratched up due to the careless washes that it was given at the dealership. No new car should look like it has been sent through a machine carwash 10,000 times. Luckily the paint correction job these guys reversed that issue and then they threw on Opti Guard Pro! This stuff it amazing, it is like putting permanent teflon on your car. If you want you car to look its best and only want to trust it with best, make a Pit Stop with Marcus.

This place is a ripoff they charged alot for paint on a black car they said it would be perfect so i did it and they left alot of marring on paint my old detailer that moved charged half and did a way better job than these guys ripoff place they even took longer than my old detailer and still couldnt achieve what he did

Left my car looking worse than it originally was. Staff looked very unprofessional, the one guy looked like he hadn’t showered in quite awhile. Very disappointed

I had bought a groupon for $79 for total car detailing. Inside and out.It took over a month to get it in as he said they were too busy before that.I told the manager I had a Rogue(small suv) he said no problem.I spoke with him again to say im switching cars to a GMC Envoy. Againhe said ok. NOT in either phone conversation did he say it would be an additional$25 for an SUV!! In the fine print it said may be an additional charge but noamount in writing!They called and said the car was ready at 1pm I got there at 3pm to pick it upand there were spots on the front bumper, windows looked like they hadntbeen touched and I opened the door and the reason I bought this in the first placewas to get spots off the drivers seat! They were exactly the same!!!!I said something to manager and he said in the heat its hard to get streaks off windows. He said the floor area where the door opens is porous and you cant get stains out of that.....then he said ill have the guys redo these things. I didnt have time to wait! This should have been done before he called to say the car was ready!!!The guys went out to retry cleaning the windows....while I paid the extra $25 !!!!!This is the WORST car detailing Ive ever seen. We had one of our other cars detailed by Dannys and it was AWESOME. Every spot removed and it smelled clean . I honestly dont believe anything but outside wash and vacuum were the things done!!! I will never recommend them or use them again!!!!

Paid 149 for a full clean wax and clay bar on my Harley....them to come out for fifteen minutes left my bike wet outside in 50 degree weather?! Still water spots and grime on bike... No resolution and not even a call back after leaving messages...

On time and great service

I went this shop for removing stains in my car seat.They charged 70$ for removing stains . I went 3 times to remove the stains but they were not able to remove it. Its waste of time as well as money to go here. There after I went to Jackson Park in Tatum Blvd they charged 20$ to remove the stain and they did it. Even I dont want to give 1 rating for this Pit Stop. Its not worth.
