The location of the property is good. However, that is about it. The asset company in charge of Miramonte has no oversight and is not responsive. Miramonte also has many verifiable code violation issues. The pool is nice, but they are terrible at maintaining it. It is frequently closed due to unsanitary conditions. Packages also must be picked up at USPS. This is a large inconvenience amongst residents. Further, residents openly trash the property manager and her double standards. The community is too political. There are many other wonderful properties to choose from. Avoid Miramonte and ANY PB Bell Asset Management Company.

I lived at Miramonte for 3 years and loved every minute of it! Had to relocate closer to work or I would’ve stayed! Great location, very nice amenities & my neighbors were so friendly too! The team goes above and beyond and my work orders get done promptly! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing location in Scottsdale! The maintenance team is very responsive and work orders are done same day, within 48 hours at most. Chris and Brian are so friendly. The leasing office team makes this place feel like home.

This is my first apartment ever and Ive just renewed my lease for another year. I could not be more happy living here. It is quiet, clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. Lisa has helped me ever since I applied and the process was very easy. She continues to be super helpful and friendly! The maintenance guys have been great (thanks Brian and Chris!) and if there are any little things (Ive never had any major things) its all fixed in a timely manner and sometimes within a couple hours. There are monthly food trucks and opportunities for community as well. Its dog friendly, but not messy. I could not say better things about this complex, and I am so happy with my decision to move here.

I found this complex very inviting and I love the mature trees. It is so close to the dog park and walking trails. Beautiful area of Scottsdale for sure.

I only lived at Marimonte on a short term lease but have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The apartment was nice, the location was good, the rent was reasonable and the staff was nothing short of amazing. Marimonte was a difficult place to leave and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Scottsdale area.

The walking trail with the green belt across the way makes this a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts.

Amazing place to live! The office team are ALWAYS friendly and they are quick to communicate with you and resolve any thing you contact them about. Maintenance (also very friendly) is super quick to get work orders completed- with any work orders put in you can expect it to be complete next day. Even w a major issue like our water heater being broken it was fixed right away! There is always ample parking for guests and everyone who lives here is beyond friendly. It’s extremely safe here too as you have a school on one side of you, a fancy golf course and very nice neighborhood on the other side of you. We love living here! Pet friendly too, my little dog gets to meet so many friends here.

My girlfriend and I are getting ready to sign for our 4th year living at Miramonte. Never have I had as good an experience with apartment living. The entire team is so friendly, and everything is always taken care of in a timely manner. They are very professional and really do a phenomenal job at making this complex feel like one big family. The extra thought that goes into planning small events like food trucks, and little notes here and there for holidays make this place one thats hard to leave. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do.

They are great UNTIL you move out. If you have a pet that is potty trained, and you keep your apartment very clean, they will still charge insane prices for carpet after moving out. I only had carpet in my ~15 x 15 foot bedroom in my unit. My dog has been fully potty trained for 9 years. I vacuumed twice a week, and even went as far as cleaning corners and wiping trim down. When I moved out, my carpet looked as no one had even lived or walked on it, and there was no smell. PB Bell charged me $45 for a Deep Clean for heavy soil/stains, and ANOTHER $175 for pet treatment to the carpet. $220 total for a small bedroom with carpet that was pristine. They do not provide you with pictures or any proof for these charges. They just pass along the charges the carpet company sends to them with no proof. After speaking with other professionals in the property management industry, these prices are insanely high.I would stay away if you plan to live there with any kind of pet.

Living at Miramonte is such a peaceful environment. The entire staff is so caring n professional. Since were a small community, the staff really gets to know you. The property is a great location, so close to old town Scottsdale. The property is well kept. The maintenance team rocks! This is the best community around.

I loved living at this Apartment complex. The location caught my eye initially. But WoW!!! The staff was so nice and polite. The maintenance staff especially always went above and beyond to fix anything that needed fixed. I never had to wait for things that I needed. I was a resident here for 2 and a half years and loved every minute. Even during the covid pandemic, while I was trying to move they helped me out with my moving date.It was unbelievably hard to find a buisness with the time to move my belongings across the country. Miramonte thank you so much. 10 out of 10. If I move back I will definitely look into them again.

New tenant that was suppose to be here on 7/1 but it was delayed. Luckily they had an opening for 8/1. Been great, everything I have wanted fixed, they were on it. Emergency after hours maintainence is on Point! They come right away to fix the issues I have had. Would recommend indeed.

My husband and I lived at Miramonte for a year and loved it so much. We had to move out of these apartments due to moving out of state, but if that were not the case we would have absolutely renewed our lease another year. The ladies in the office were always so friendly and willing to help out with any questions, and the maintenance staff were incredibly helpful and personable. The grounds always looked nice and we loved using the pool regularly! Thank you Miramonte!

Im on my third year living here and couldnt be happier! The location is fantastic, the staff is friendly and attentive, and management has been very proactive in keeping the residents informed with the latest information regarding COVID. Id recommend Miramonte to anyone looking to live affordably in this great location!

From my first call to to inquire for information I appreciated how courteous and professional management was. This level of service has continued through our moving into the complex and a maintenance call, which was taken care of very quickly. The complex is clean and modern, in a great location and great staff. I would absolutely recommend this to any friend or family.

The staff at the leasing office is always very prompt with their responses whenever I ask for maintenance or have questions regarding my apartment. The apartments are clean and the property is well managed- no complaints. I would recommend this place to others.

I lived here for a year and a half, and overall it was a decent experience. I’ll share the bad stuff first and then move to the goodThe Bad:Package Theft - In the 18 months I lived there I had 2 packages stolen from in front of my apartment. Not sure if anyone else had this issue, but it’s somethig to keep an eye onGuest Parking - The guest parking is essentially nonexistent except for one remote corner of the lot. If you don’t live over there, your guests have a very long walk. Every guest I had over complained about the lack of parkingPool - They have a nice pool area, however they are very strict about the rules. They have the “no alcohol, no music, very limited guest” rules posted that most Scottsdale apartments have, but don’t really enforce as long as you’re not rude or obnoxious, but this complex strictly enforces them. So if hanging out with a few friends, and drinking some beers at the pool while listening to music at a reasonable volume on a Saturday afternoon sounds like a good time to you, this probably isn’t the best complex for youAir Conditioning - The A/C units are definitely older and haven’t been updated in a while, so they are ridiculously loud. Be prepared to double the volume on your TV or take a phone call outside when it kicks on. Definitely takes a few nights to get used to sleeping with that noiseRent Increase - Be advised, your rent will go up significantly after your first year. I only signed an additional 6 months so my rent increased even more, but even if I signed on for another full year, it would have gone up over $100 per month. You can tell they’re starting to feel the heat from all the new luxury apartments being built in Scottsdale, and they’re passing those costs onto the rentersNow for the good:Location - This place is in a great location, you’re right on the green belt, really close to the 101, and you’re a quick drive/Uber from both Old Town Scottsdale and North ScottsdaleMaintenance - I luckily only had to submit 1 or 2 maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly and correctly. They also do a great job of keeping the grounds in good shapeOffice Staff - The office staff was nice and friendly and helpful, no complaints thereAll in all this place is decent, however you’re paying a lot for what you get, especially since it’s a pretty run of the mill 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Definitely look into this place, but explore other options in the area as well

The one star previously was totally by accident. A weird fluke that my phone made when I wasnt paying attention, and now just wont ever seem to let me correct it. I always loved this community and the Management Company.

My apartment flooded last year when I lived there through my living room fan/light due to a monsoon. I requested the carpet be replaced because I was concerned about mold. After going three weeks without a washer/dryer (ruined in the flood as well) they refused! Upon move out I was charged (coincidentally) for the living room carpet. The remedy for my soaked carpet was an industrial fan plugged into MY ELECTRICITYfor 48 hours. I asked for a discount on my rent since I had to move my pets and SLEEP SOMEWHERE ELSE and again I was refused. I strongly would recommend going elsewhere if you have the chance.

Best apartment I ever had, they remodeled all the untis and also the had the best management in site and take care of everything so fast.

I was recently asked by Miramonte to write this review. Now seems like a good time to do it, as I definitely wont be sleeping while the landscaping crew is outside my single pane windows before 8 am again. This is a pretty regular occurrence on Thursdays, but occasionally it will happen on other days too. I work from home, and my main complaint about this place is the noise.Some pros:* Location: near the 101, old Town Scottsdale, and restaurants / groceries, and a good place to be in the valley* The staff are nice. I especially like Jaun the maintenance guy who is friendly and gets things fixed really quickly. I like the online ticketing system. The staff sometimes give out free tickets to local events or host parties for residents in the pool area.Cons:* The noise, as I wrote above. Theres an elementary school on one side (its really only the screaming that bothers me), and Hayden road on the other. This has bothered me more over time instead of less. There are a few dogs that bark in the morning and night, and with the way the buildings face each other, the barks feel like they echo like in a cave. The air conditioner is the loudest Ive ever encountered; I can barely use the phone when its on.* After my lease was up, my rent went up 18%, when my friends rent at another complex stayed the same.* Not enough parking for guests. My guests frequently find themselves walking quite a bit.This place has been ok, but not great. Im excited to move in about a month.
