No amount of doing a good job is going to change the fact that I got my car damaged. Purchased literally yesterday, August 24th 2021, no major scratches at all anywhere. Then I get my car and there are 2 scratches on the front lower lip of the car - one on each side. They tried to play it off like I might have driven other places and hit a parking space barrier. Seriously, very unprofessional.

I have been going to this car wash for 12 years. Even tho I moved, I still make the attempt to drive over and get my car washed. If they missed a small spot, dont be afraid to let them know. I have never had a problem and their car fresheners are the best.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Soap was still on my car. Front of my car still dirty. Inside wasn’t wiped clean. Cup holders not cleaned. Charge too much for my car to still be dirty. Don’t go to this place. Find another one.

Dont tip these guys as they do not do there job. They are a car wash that focuses on quantity over quality. The customer looses at this establishment every time, as we will always have dirty spots, left over wax and areas of the car that never got touched, cleaned or vacuumed. Spend the extra time to have a mobile car wash company come to you. You have the control in that aspect and only have 1 person to deal with and will get a way better quality wash.

Brought my brand new truck to get detailed cuz i dont really have time and when i got the truck back the paint had scratch swirl marks all over the whole vehicle. didnt even dust it before wash. truck is black too 😐

I ALWAYS bring my car here. They have always done a great job, the staff is friendly and polite. My car always looks great afterwards and they dont take long considering they seem to have a pretty steady amount of customers.

They did an amazing job washing my car with a full detail, the employees are awesome they have the best customer service and they clean your car extremely to well its like having a brand new car. I would definitely bring my car here again for a full detail. Bring your cars, you wont regret it and take my word.

Very good cleaning but the workers don’t care about your stuff. I found my rosary...all my church stuff and other belonging on the floor in a pile. An workers are ungrateful of their given tips, started talking in Spanish an laughing at me.. I understand Spanish!

I know I shouldn’t leave valuables in the car but, I had my work watch inside the center counsel and when I got home I was cleaning my interior on spits they missed and I noticed my watch wasn’t there. I never take my watch out my car and I haven’t had anyone in my car. Disappointed, but it’s my fault for leaving it in the car.. $600 bucks gone. So, make sure you take your valuables out.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I paid $55 dollars for a deluxe wash and hand wax. A “special” I was told they were running. My car still had dirt and wax all over. They didn’t even vacuum the back seat. I called after I got home and was told to return. Upon returning I was told to speak with Luis the manager. I asked for a refund or a partial refund because I would be taking my car somewhere else. He completely refused and I was told they don’t do that. Then he said I could come back for a wash another time. I have pictures but can’t attach them here. DON’T GO HERE!! Horrible job and customer service, even from the manager.

I enjoy getting my car wash here.. They do such a excellent job I just don’t like the receptionist.. This is the second time I come in to get my car washed and she always have an encouraging attitude that I don’t like.. When they get a new receptionist I might return back..

Paid $30 plus tip and the inside of my car was dirty. The doors were not cleaned down. My center console was untouched. seats were not vacuumed and the floor was Barely even vacuumed. I walked back in and had to talk to the manager and YES I COMPLAINED!!! I will never return to this location. This is not the first time it happens and I haven’t been back in years. Thought I’d give another try and nope not going back. Zero stars if I could.

Decent car washIve been here a handful of times and always have a decent experience. A bit expensive, around $21 for wash and inside clean (not including tip). 4 stars because there is usually 1 or 2 spots that they miss each time I go. Id recommend but keep price and the sloppiness in mind.

I paid for 109.95 car wash obviously high expectations with this price. I got a 45 dollar car wash out of it they couldn’t even open the gas cap cover to clean it, still have dirt and dust here and there didn’t bother to clean my ceiling full interior detail was average. Nothing spectacular I would definitely not ever buy that 109.95 wash again. If owner or manager sees this please read help me out here.

When I spend $54.95 to get my car thoroughly cleaned I expect the carpets to be removed and vacuumed. The inside was armour alled well as were the tires. Washed well but windows not totally cleaned. A slacker job at best. Adios MGCW....I will find a place that does the job with excellence every time and not just when it’s convenient. #crappyservice

03/17/19I will be completely honest the outside of my truck looked awesome! The inside not so much between the seat and the center console was still small trash and dust! All around the floor you can see they missed some spots! They have no detailing skills in the interior it looked like they just went over the main areas!! Visible areas!! Not a great job at all pretty disappointed overall. First and Last time I will ever go

Just about every other business in Riverside is honoring veterans on Veterans Day. With Riverside being a military city with Arlington National cemetery and march Air Force base would think a car wash would be part of that. I️ will not be returning to a business that doesn’t honor veterans just the one day a year.

I will not, EVER go back to this place! Unless it’s under new owners! They peeled the plastic off of my vehicle carpeting! WHY???!! It took muscle AND time, to do that! I did not ask them to remove the carpet protective cover! Also, the same French fry that was in the cubby near the gear shift, when I got out of the car, was still there when I got INTO the car, also, they did not clean the console. It’s pathetic. I wish I could get my TIP back!!!!! Because he did NOT earn it!!!!! Find another establishment to have your car washed. Not this one. It’s sad when you pay good money to have your car washed AND you leave a decent tip, but when it’s all said and done, you could have driven thru a gas station car wash and gotten the same effect. Good service is so hard to find these days! Please read reviews before visiting any establishment. There are those of us out here, who want to warn others. This place gives SUB-standard service. And all the while, the guy was smiling, like he was really doing a good job on my car. How could he even take the tip, knowing he did not deserve it?

And also they didnt even vacuum my car good..they didnt vacuum my dashboard or take out the rugs to vacuum carpet then when asked to vacuum again they had an attitude and said that they cant get all the dog fur out..if I had the time to do it myself I would have done a way better job..I went in to ask for my money back which I paid 27.00..dont ever plan on going back and would never refer anyone here!

This used to be my go to car wash. This time I paid for a hand wax. Carpet was almost completely ignored. Same leaves inside as when I arrived. Front valence wasnt washed or waxed.

Had to wipe dirt off the lower part of my car. Fingerprints still on windows and glove box.

The service at this car wash is horrible, i took my brand new car here and they couldnt even get that right. It looked as if the car had not even been washed . I will not return. I wish we did not have to give this place stars to post a review. I do not recommend that anyone go to this car wash.

Free car wash with stamp card isnt really free! Been coming to this place for years. Went in today to get a free car wash with my stamp card (every 10 signatures you get a free car wash) and they would only give a $13.00 discount, but the card states Free Regular Car Wash. I pay $20.00 or more every time to have the same vehicle washed here. Spoke to the manager and he was rude and refused to give a free car wash only a $13.00 discount. Will never take any of my vehicles here again.

Very rude.. I was disappointed in their customer service and now, though my car is clean... For the most part, it has left an awful smell on the carpet.. I am incredibly frustrated. Plus the fact that they wanted to charge $90 for a wash, vaccum and shampoo.. Which is fine, but when I asked to pay for just the vaccum and shampoo at $45 the guy seemed annoyed and said he would do both for $50.. I was grateful, but then I get home and realize.. After waiting nearly three hours for my car that it smells awful, and is not completely clean.. The carpet yes, but the detailing was definitely half done.. All in all, I will never come there again.

I paid $95 to have my car detailed and they did a bad job, I showed them the spots to be shampooed and the seats were still not cleaned. They did a horrible job shampooing carpets and the exterior was dirty along with the inner doors. Windows were smudged in armoroil. Will not go back there again.

I went to get my car washed and I asked them to vacuum under the car seat and they did not. Back seat was still dirty and they did not clean it well. Why did I pay $25 if you are not going to clean it all the way. I regret going here. Dont go to this car wash!!!

Ive been taking my car to this location for the past 7 years. Ive tried other places closer to home (Perris), but the quality doesnt match.

Total disaster. Paid for 85 dollars. They say my car would be “brand new” but I still saw many dirty marks and I cleaned them by myself. Total rip-off.

Take your valuables out of the car, If you dont want them to go missing. My moms phone was taken and a week prior when I went they took my moms handicap placard that she left in my car.

Ive come here many times before and received the diamond wash. I liked how my car was cleaned. However, today my car freshener (the lil can freshner) that I always have nestle in the back of the passenger seat was missing after they washed my car. I spoke to the manager, Luis, and to my dismay, he accused me of not telling the truth... huh? I just spent $22 on a car wash I wouldnt lie about a $4 can of freshner. I know it is just freshner but it is mine and it belonged in my car. NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD TAKE ANYTHING FROM A CAR. What next, the $1 bill I leave behind, the ring that slipped off my hand, etc.My point in speaking to Luis the manager was to give him a heads up to speak with employees about removing items from a car. Unfortunately, he was rude, argumentative, and downright mean. He covered for his employees and treated me, the customer, as the culprit. I believe he has been down this road before with items missing from a persons car because he was extremely defensive. Needless to say I will not be back, because we all know it is not what you do but how you do it. They do not value their customers at all! Hopefully, Mike the owner, is aware of whats going on, because as the employees told me he NEVER comes around. Well I guess I wont either along with the rest of my fam (4 cars).
