I recently moved from California and am so happy I picked Luxe Scottsdale! The staff has been nothing but kind and welcoming and super responsive throughout the entire application/move in process. My apartment is beautiful and has so much space and for a great price too! Cant recommend this place enough and it’s only been a week of living here!

This is a beautiful complex that will give a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Jade Bartlett, the front desk leasing consultant to find the right place for me after moving from across the country. She was very attentive and made it feel more personable rather than a transactional feeling you would receive from other apartment groups or staff around scottsdale.Great sized apartments whether your looking for a one, two or three bedroom location with covered parking spaces for all residents which is a HUGE plus. Very Very Very impressed thus far.

Moved in a year ago, it has been very smooth. Dan, Jade and Vianey are super nice and helpful. Moving in was a quick process, They take priority on helping you with any issues with your apartment or outside the common areas, if any. As for neighbors - some can be cleaner with their dogs drops, but the office is always on top of that.

Just moved out of Luxe because I am moving to a different state. The moving out process was super smooth and Vianey and Dan were super helpful throughout the whole process! I highly, highly recommend Luxe! If it wasnt for moving out of state, I definitely would have resigned my lease and stayed longer. Overall, a great apartment complex (clean, modern, safe, great pool/gym, etc.) and the staff have always been super helpful and accommodating! Five stars, best apartment experience I have had to date!!

I have lived at Luxe since September 2019. I wanted to say the staff has been so great, particularly Vianey Diaz. She is responsive and always answers questions or deal with issues promptly and professionally. I had some previous issues with a roommate who is no longer living here and Vianey was so wonderful in helping me get into a smaller apartment and explaining all of my options at that time. Apartment management appears to, at times, be a stressful job but Vianey handles it with ease. I appreciate having her and the rest of the office staff here at Luxe.

Ive enjoyed my stay at the Luxe. Having relocated here from the other side of the country they helped me handle all of the process remote durning the pandemic. Anytime Ive had an issue with anything they have been quick to resolve it. The one thing I will say is the parking situation is limited, but they gave me an option to upgrade to a garage and that solved my problem. Overall great place!

Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease to live at Luxe. We lived there for a year and had a horrible experience from the beginning. The unit was filthy upon move in - dead cricket in a giant hair ball in the corner, suspicious short black hairs on the bathtub, grease on the kitchen backsplash, etc. When I asked why the unit was not clean, Vianey said its because the good cleaning lady was busy cleaning another unit that day. After moving out, we paid the remaining balance on our account in a timely manner (7/8/2021). On 8/7/2021, we received an email at 11:17AM that we will be sent to collections if we do not pay the balance by 2:00PM. The management, specifically Jade, Vianey, and Dan, are so negligent that they were going to send us to collections with a THREE HOUR notice because they didnt see that we paid our balance a month ago. Imagine if we didnt see that email by 2:00PM... they would have sent us to collections and ruined our credit simply because they are incompetent. This situation specifically tells you a lot about how unprofessional and sloppy the management is.

This was a great place to live when I moved in September 2019. The maintenance staff was (and still is) very helpful, and the people in the front office were very kind and helpful. Since then, our experience has taken a complete 180, and I can’t imagine giving them anything higher than 2/5 stars.I’ll start with the biggest issue: the parking. Perhaps the only problem that has persisted since I first moved here, the already terrible parking situation has just gotten worse. Amidst presumably several complaints regarding the lack of parking spots, the management decided it would be a good idea to get rid of some of the spaces, scarce enough as they were. I don’t think I have to go into anymore detail, because multiple other reviews have touched on this issueA more recent problem I’ve had with the complex has been the management’s inability to prioritize which issues are the most pressing. I got a puppy after I moved here and one of my neighbors must have complained about his barking. I had no problem with this, seeing as how this past year plenty of people have had to work from home, and a dog’s barking can be very distracting. However, the property manager sent me a passive aggressive email, the premise of which being after 1(!) instance of my puppy barking I would potentially have to get rid of him. Rather than using their time to fix the disastrous parking situation, they would instead try to get us to get rid of our dog. Finally, whenever I used to go down to the lobby, I would be greeted with, at the very least, a smile and a hello. In the last year or so I don’t believe I have even been directly spoken to by anyone who works here (apart from the maintenance staff who, once again, are great). The woman who is typically at the front desk is very rude and inattentive. In conclusion, the only thing preventing me from giving this place 1 star is the fact that the unit itself is actually very nice, and the maintenance staff being very helpful. Other than that, Luxe has a lot of improving to do if it wants to even come close to what it used to be.

Horrible. Worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartments themselves are super nice, very well kept. The staff that works the leasing office are terrible, they tow your car if your a resident (huge downfall to this place is the parking) there is no where to park ever. Also they threatened to evict me multiple times because a neighbor complained about my dog. When the residence is dog friendly and he’s an emotional support animal they told me to get rid of my dog in order to accommodate her and I was basically just out of luck altogether. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease here. The people are a nightmare.

Luxe Scottsdale is a really great complex. The apartments themselves are very nice inside, granite, stainless, spacious balcony, large walk in closet, single bowl farmhouse sink & gooseneck faucet, nice laminate flooring- all lot of good things to say about Luxe.Vianey was fabulous to correspond with prior to my move-in, and also afterwards too, she has a great personality and deals with the public well. Dan, complex manager, is nice as well, and I always get a super fast response. The maintenance team is always quick, clean, efficient, knowledgeable- I put in a work order and it is processed very quickly, so thank you to a great team. The main lobby is very stylish and the mail area is spacious and always clean. The only drawback is the parking- it is horrendous. One stall is all I personally need, but there is no visitor parking, and my visitors have to park who knows where and walk to the complex.Have yet to use the pool or grills, will check it out when it’s warmer, but looks like a nice space.

I just moved into Luxe about a week ago and have been loving it!!!I had help from Vianey in touring the unit, completing my application, and signing my lease. She was nothing short of amazing. I wasn’t able to move in as soon as I would have liked but she was able to turn my electric off and turn my thermostat higher so as to save me on my monthly bills. She also was able to provide me with my unit’s measurements when I was looking for furniture states away. She has made the moving process so much easier and always goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction!I highly recommend Luxe and Vianey!

Great value for the price. The bedrooms, closets, and kitchen were huge, and the gym was surprisingly really good for an apartment. My biggest complaint is the parking. It was horrendous—1 assigned spot even for a two bedroom unit, essentially no guest parking, and we had to park the second car several streets over in a neighborhood. After 6 months or so, we were able to pay extra to get a garage, but we lost our assigned spot and were regularly blocked in by delivery trucks and other cars that couldn’t find spots. Loud and partying neighbors was expected at the price point near old town so it’s not fair to knock them for that. Dan Arcuri, the property manager, was incredible. He was always responsive, friendly, and communicative during the harshest moment of Covid. There was an obvious improvement at the complex when he took over as manager about 6 months into my lease (to the point where I am compelled to call it out). I would recommend Luxe as a great option for those wanting to be near old town without old town price tags.

I moved out two weeks ago. I spoke with Dan before I handed in the keys to the apartment to ensure everything was in order and went above and beyond to clean for the next resident and to reduce the need for maintenance to do any work thinking they were good people. Instead I got hit with a “pet treatment” invoice for $125 while never having a pet step foot in the apartment. Apparently there was urine and a “pet smell” in the apartment. I reached out to him and asked for proof of the inspection and he could not provide any proof at all that a pet was in the apartment or any sample or testing that a black light procedure took place. Before I continue, I loved being here with very little issues until the move out. Everything seemed great and Dan seemed like a good person and manager until Harbor Group Management took over so let this be a warning to all who consider this place. When you get a move in form, fill it out incredibly carefully, put things down that aren’t even there just in case. Your stove top was cloudy when you moved in is a big one. The oven was not completely clean also. The carpet has evidence of pet hair and urine etc. and always keep a copy of the form. This way you have proof should it occur at move out and you cannot be charged legally. Residential management companies here all find ways to keep deposits and the lease addendums are water tight meaning they can charge you at the end of a lease with very little leg to stand on in court. Take care of yourself as best you can and unfortunately, I now do not recommend this place to anyone considering it.

Apartment is fine, significantly less expensive than surrounding complexes. Appliances are a bit dated, specifically the dishwasher which only has one arm. Nothing on the top rack is going to get clean no matter how well you pack it. Cleaning could have been a but better, the apartment was VERY dusty. All this would be fine if there were any visitor parking at all, only time you can reliably find a spot is in the middle of the day if you park your own car in a visitor spot and then let your guest park in your assigned spot. Incredibly frustrating.

Ive lived in Luxe for 2 years, and just signed my lease recently for a 3rd. One of our concerns upon moving in was the parking, and when we shared this concern they assured us through the guest spots and the streets directly across the street from us, we could find parking no problem. It wasnt too bad the first 2 years, not super ideal but we knew what we were getting into. Now, the streets are fed up with us parking there and turning to the City of Scottsdale to put in place permit parking. 2 streets have done this, and I anticipate more to follow. I now have to walk 6 minutes, usually in the dark, to my gated apartment community, and the more streets they shut down the longer this will take. Upon sharing concerns with management, they like to defer blame and act helpless as if we dont pay a decent price to live here, and women like me chose to because it feels safe to have gates and fobs to get into the buildings. At the minimum, theyve never apologized for this situation or have been sympathetic they dont even act like they care in the slightest. They cant take any accountability for anything, and its really disappointing. They literally ask us to limit our guests so our residents can park in the GUEST spots, and to get creative by using means of transportation that cost money, when most of us are already paying car payments, car insurance, etc. Its not even worth emailing or trying to talk to them anymore because you get no where so I just want to warn anyone looking to live here: please dont. Im posting this purely for new residents and letting you know to PLEASE go somewhere that has a management company who cares about their residents and dont defer blame. Unfortunately this is my cross to bear since I re signed, but it doesnt have to be yours. Beautiful apartments though!

Whenever I needed a maintenance request, they were so quick to come and fix it! The staff here is soo nice and personable. Its easy access to Old Town and the 101 so you can get anywhere very fast. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this apt complex and its staff. The only reason why I left was because I moved states. It was very hard to say goodbye and I still miss living at Luxe. Last Sunday (9/18) I had a maintenance emergency and I debated about calling because I know everyone has the day off. After a couple of hours I made the decision to call - I left a voicemail as instructed. Within 10 minutes RJ Returned my call and asked what the issue was, I let him know and he said I’ll be there within the hour. I asked if he was sure and he said yes, no worries, but did express it would be about one hour due to drive time. RJ asked if I would be home and I said yes. Now mind you, it’s Sunday and football day.RJ showed up in 45 minutes, with a smile (through his mask) and was very kind and helpful.I told RJ that I felt bad and he said that’s what we are here for. (This is the first time In a year and a half that I had had to use after our services, and it was exceptional). I had another issue and I told RJ I would call it in on Monday and he said “no worries” I’ll take care of it now!! All was fixed and I was extremely grateful and happy for the Sunday services.Kudos to RJ!

I initially put a 5 star review in for this complex as they were great when I first moved in. There was an employee named Lauren that was particularly exceptional that is no longer there unfortunately. In the 8 months I have lived here staff has consistently changed and it seems like it’s going way downhill. There is a specific “assistant manager” named Vianey who is consistently rude and shows an unwillingness to help residents or put the customer first. For example she slapped a tow sticker in the middle of my drivers side window after 15 minutes of parking in a wrong spot due to the fact their vendor truck was completely blocking my parking spot. There is extremely limited parking at this complex so I did not have a choice. After confronting her about the sticker she did not apologize, claimed it was easy to get off (it was not), and went on to complain about the fact she has to call off the tow truck once again after only 15 minutes of being in the wrong spot. This situation could have been handled with much better customer service seeing as how they claim to be a luxury apartment and the large monthly rent I consistently pay on time.

I love living here, it is full of friendly people and an awesome staff. The manager, is kind and friendly and the leasing agents have become our friends. The place is kept clean with the lobby mopped every day and halls mopped often. Security is a BIG PLUS, you need a key fob to enter any door and the parking lot is gated. You get assigned parking and it is all covered parking which is great in the summer. The pool and BBQ area is neat and clean and has great amenities. The gym is a real one. Not one of those fake gyms in most apartments and the club room is really nicely done and comfortable. Maintenance is always on top of it and issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. They have very accommodating dog policies and each outdoor trash can has doggie bags. Plus a professional dog washing station that is free to use. Many folks complain because they are expecting too much. The amenities are great and I work from home and require a quiet place to work, and it is VERY quiet here! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. One concern that had been addressed multiple times by management is the parking situation. You only get one per unit (even if you have multiple bedrooms/tenants) & there is never any guest parking. You cant park in the neighboring areas, & people will park in your spot regardless of it being assigned to you.Rent was higher than what I was told during walk through. When I addressed some concerns (that will be listed below) as to why I would want to leave after my lease was up, Dan insisted on finding a way to make me stay. After numerous suggestions, and being told he couldnt do any of them, I gave up since it was clear he was being dishonest regarding his intent, & that there was not going to be any incentives to keep me there. Not only that, but after promising that my rent would stay where it was, the base was raised over $100 (which doesnt even include all the extra fees they forget to tell you about). The light fixtures didnt work, it was dirty, there was a hole in the wall in the bedroom & other damages to which the management did not respond. The dishwasher is terrible. It leaves nothing but residue, & you are better off just hand washing them. My sink wreaked of rotting when I first moved in, and after numerous attempts at trying to get maintenance to come out, it was unsuccessful and I had to clean it out myself. The shower has terrible water pressure, which if you have thick or long hair, forget about it. Another note, the closet was in the bathroom, & though decently sized, made your clothes smell & seem stale because there is no circulation, even when keeping the door open. The fridge/freezer does not stay closed, it will open in the middle of the night/day and spoil all of your food. I cant tell you how many times it did that and the issue was never fixed by maintenance. When maintenance did finally come, they wreaked of cigarettes, & even with the door open and circulating air, the smell did not go away for hours. Not only that, but they were late every single time.Dont bother expecting the quiet time policies to be enforced. I made multiple complaints regarding noise (only making complaints when they were inside the regulated hours) & received a response stating there was nothing they could do about it & to buy a fan to put next to my bed to block the noises out. Sorry, but when someone is making noise from 4/5AM to midnight/1AM every night, its not livable, and a fan is certainly not going to help. I was also told that the neighbor above you says she has been very quiet so she doesn’t think it’s her. Do you really think someone is going to incriminate themselves? When my lights in my living space are shaking because of how hard she is constantly stomping around, I highly doubt it can be anyone else. Mind you, I responded accordingly and yet again received no response to fix the issue.Last but not least. The management. When I moved in, I had an incentive of $1000 that I asked for in the form of a gift card. I never received it after multiple follow ups, and then was told that it was applied to my first months rent. After MANY emails back and forth providing my bank statements as well as the confirmation email that I paid the full balance of my rent, they still refused to give me my credit. It took me about 3-4 months of frustration to receive the credit. New management came, I thought things would get better. Boy was I wrong. Dan is a manipulative liar that is only looking out for himself. Not only were residents complaining about him, but you could tell his staff despised working for him. He is a terrible manager, and definitely does not deserve to be in the position of power that he is. He also referred to me multiple times by the wrong name, even though my name was right in front of him on every single email. It’s people like Dan that make others not want to do business with a company. In the end, the amenities are not enough to outweigh the cons. My new place has definitely shed a light on just how bad Luxe Scottsdale was/is.

Ive lived in Michigan, Indiana, California, and now Arizona. To be completely honest, Luxe Scottsdale has provided me with the best living experience I have had thus far.I was transitioning to AZ from CA after accepting a job opportunity. Right off the bat, Dan and Stacy went above and beyond in finding a way to accommodate me. The rooms are super elegant and beautiful (I live in a Martini), and the pool/grill area is insane! The tenants are mostly young professionals, and its quiet. Its close to just about everything I need and I can walk to the grocery store. They have a grassy path area out front where I currently take my dog Taco to kick it. Initially, I had been to 23 properties in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, but I felt so comfortable here that I signed on the spot. Its my understanding that GreyStar is saving the place, so I thought Id relay my experience. Apparently, the last management company at Luxe didnt respond well to tenants, and the reviews I found online made me nervous. My doubts dissipated immediately upon meeting the new team, Dan, Stacy, Karen and Erick face-to-face. I havent faced any issues, and I work from home.Without a doubt, Id recommend this place! Its amazing here :)

Great amenities and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Most people who live here are in the mid 20s to mid 30s so its a nice young professional vibe, although there are some ASU students and some older residents too. Ive lived in quite a few apartments over the years and this has been one of my favorites.

Kinda sketchy that a vast majority of the 5 star reviews occurred within a couple months span of time, by people who only have 1 google review. Almost as if management asked friends and employees to create fake google profiles and give this place a good review to offset the bad reviews.

Luxe Scottsdale has provided an amazing community for my boyfriend & I to call home the last month. As a transfer from another Greystar property in the area for the last couple of years, our interaction with Dan Arcuri (Community Manager) has been nothing short of amazing throughout the transition. Eric & Alexis provided amazing move-in support as well. This truly is a resort-style community with amazing amenities. The modern touches and layouts provide the luxury living we were looking for. Thank you all for your continued dedication to provide a high-standard of living!!

DO NOT RENT from this establishment! They EXTORT the younger generation with their borderline ILLEGAL LEASES! For example, Luxe Scottsdale Apartments provide NO grace periods for tenants to pay rent and will add-on absurd daily late fees, $50.00 the first day with compounding fees thereafter. (Most apartment establishments will provide 3-5 days grace period.) If you fall on hard times, they will NOT show any compassion. Breaking your lease will hemorrhage your bank account with 5 months’ rent, approximately $6,000!! Their Leasing Professionals, managed by GREYSTAR MANAGEMENT, are impertinent, ill-mannered, unprofessional, and lack the proper training to discuss the key components of your apartment lease! In fact, their modus operandi is to just terminate the conversation if too many questions are asked. Do yourself an enormous favor and lease from a reputable apartment establishment and NOT THE SCOUNDRELS AND UNETHICAL TEAM AT LUXE SCOTTSDALE APARTMENTS AND THE GREYSTAR MANAGEMENT TEAM!

It was like 5:58pm when I got home the office was closing down I had my dog and I in the elevator with my house keys (which has my key fab and mailbox key and office key all in one), as we left the elevator my dog Waffles knocked my keys out of my hand. Sending my eyes down the elevator shaft. I almost lost my mind!!! I ran down to the office and the office manager was MORE than helpful to get my out of my crisis. After locking up he met me at the elevator, McGyverd a took and got my keys out of the elevator shaft!!! I LOVE LIVING HERE the staff and amenities are always above par!!

Amanda (receptionist) and Dan (manager) are incompetent morons. One says they can do something and the other states they cant. Amanda is unqualified to do anything based on customer service and Luxe needs to search for someone qualified. I really dont know what Dan does in that office but its obviously nothing. When it comes to knowledge of new programs Greystar implements, Dan has no clue about any of it and will tell you to try it out yourself and let him know how it works out because its a learning experience for him as well. The hallways always smell like garbage and theres dog poop everywhere. The doors and gates are always broken. Better places out there with more parking, nicer amenities, better employees and cheaper rent. Oh and they also ask for residents to post a 5 star review and recieve money off your rent, its a problem when you have to buy your 5 stars

Best experience I have had with greystar and ive lived at a few of them. Dan the property manager was the easiest person to work with and is personable and Luxe only drawback is the parking situation but thats not the fault of management.. other than that its well kept and maintenance requests are processed quickly.

The Luxe Scottsdale had the best intentions but they COMPLETLY DROPED THE BALL when it comes to their parking. They only allow 1 parking space per unit so if you have 2 cars or any friends that would like to visit you you are completely out of luck, the only parking available to use is off site parking on the neighborhood streets and the neighbors on those streets really do get upset when they cant use the spaces in front of their own homes for their family or guest and they will let you know in no small way what they think about your parking there in their own ways (notes, No Parking cones, and even worse) The option of on-site parking garages has been discussed with management but, for a multi million dollar luxury apartment that is brand new they wont even consider this option as it would take away from their projected profits over the next 20 plus years. SO if you are considering living here I would be sure to ask management what their solution for parking will be prior to signing any lease.

Cant beat the location and the price is one of the more affordable options for an upgraded apartment in the Old town area. I suggest paying extra to get a garage so the parking situation isnt an issue and even with the extra cost you will still be spending less then comparable complexes in the area.

I love my apartment here and up until very recently I was very happy with the complex itself. It’s been weeks now though and the second building’s back doors are still not working. Either they don’t open at all, or they are left unlocked so that basically anybody can get into the building... which is sketchy. I’m also unhappy with the lack of parking. I’ve gotten angry notes on my car many times from being forced to park in the neighborhood across the street from the complex (id be angry too if strangers were constantly parked in front of my house). I’m not usually one to complain, but these inconveniences are really putting a bad taste in my mouth for the entire complex. Also, the cleaning lady has a really bad attitude.

I moved into this apartment when it was still Alta Scottsdale. I was one of the first residents to move into B building, which is the newest building. The management team was fairly nice. I was impressed with the location of the complex and the modern design. However, thats about the only positive thing I can say about this apartment complex. While the apartments look nice and are very spacious, the workmanship is awful. We had door handles that fell off every time we opened the door. The name Luxe Scottsdale is incredibly ironic.Rent was about $100 more than I was told. You are required to pay for community gas, community pest control, $25/month for Valet Trash, electricity for the community center, leasing office, gym and pool that runs 24/7. Fine, but at least disclose this in the tour. The dishwasher doesnt work. It runs, but doesnt clean and leaves disgusting water spots and youll need to hand wash everything. There is something seriously wrong with the way the electrical is run. Half of the time when I turned my fan on in my room at night, the entire electricity would blow. Well, I was out of luck most of the time since the breaker was in my roommates room, leaving me with no alarm. Other residents have complained about plumbing issues. I havent experienced that so I cant speak to it, but thought it was worth mentioning.Theres simply not enough parking for all residents here. If you come home late, youll be circling the parking lot trying to find a spot in your own apartment complex. If you park along curb, youll be ticketed. Managements solution was to no longer allow visitors. Hopefully you dont have friends or family or significant others whod like to come over. Management will tow them if they park at the complex. You can pay $30 a month for one of the many reserved spots that sit empty while people park along fire lanes because there is nowhere else to park. The leasing office lacks customer service.Myself and another resident were told to wait and for more than 15 minutes once while trying to pick up a package while the staff was discussing something. Ownership transferred in December. We didnt receive logins for the new portal to pay our rent until the weekend of New Years. Like many others, I was on vacation. Therefore, I was trying to enter my routing number and checking account number on my mobile device. Days after I noticed nothing had been pulled from my bank account so I investigated and realized I mistyped a number. My fault. However, the staff kept saying it was fine and it pulled the payment and wouldnt listen as I told them they were wrong and should expect the ACH payment to be invalid. I had to fight with them to recharge me so I could make the payment correctly. Hello, Im just trying to be honest and pay my rent. They also sent me a passive aggressive email asking my roommate and I to stop throwing cigarette buds over the balcony. We dont smoke...Additionally, the complex is SO dirty. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned since we moved in. Ill add pictures. The elevator door in my building is kicked in and makes an awful noise when it opens and closes. There are footprints all over the elevator walls and buttons, which is disgusting.Needless to say I couldnt wait to for my lease to end. I just moved to The Moderne on Camelback and Scottsdale behind the Optima. My experience has been so different and the staff there is unparalleled in customer service. I couldnt be happier. If youre looking for somewhere to live in the Old Town area, Id highly recommend taking a look there. Its definitely more of a luxury apartment compared to this apartmentI have no personal issues with anyone who works here. I just felt that I needed to leave a truthful review for anyone considering living here before they sign a lease to pay nearly 2K a month under false pretenses. To the management, this place could be great if you took the time to listen to your residents and make improvements.

They forget to mention that added charges to your rent. So I pay close to a hundred more than what I was told. The craftsmanship is piss poor. The electrical plates dont match up to the cuts. The crown molding has dings along with the doors. I had doorways missing the face plate. A drawer actually fell on my foot. The bluetooth speaks. they dont hook up directly to your tv and when your not using your tv it makes a sound every time you use your remoteThin walls. I can hear the door opening and closing of my neighbor. I can hear the garage open and close which I do not live above. I can hear EVERY STEP of the tenants above me and their tv/music.The dishwasher doesnt clean well and the microwave does a better job at heating up your dinnerware than your food.Hope you like taking showers in the dark become theres not a lot of light to be had.I never have hot water. The first apartment I moved into... faced a dumpster and I could hear all the traffic outside. And there was a used beverage in the fridge.Do you like living with college students? Many ASU students live here and these are supposedly luxury apartments that cost a pretty penny. The cardio equipment doesnt function properly half the time.I dont think they have enough parking spots for everyone. Let alone their guests.
