Im really over this People Ready location . The one weve dealt with 2 counties over treated us so much better. Its ridiculous I dont like Gwens attitude if thats her name and this is our second attempt dealing with the location . Everytime theres a red flag(such as taking up to 4/5days to pay you )and theres a complete LACK of communication between The job sites & People Ready. Also its not ALL People Readys fault when the Job site doesnt communicate the job has already been attended to, although I will say they dont have any regards for the employees they send out who just wasted gas to get the ticket and get to the job site and then end up being out of work for the day.

I was tallahasse for a few weeks and filled out the paperwork but was never put on jobstack after numerous inquiries via telephone calls, emails and was told It takes time but after getting to Virginia they were able to process my paperwork in less than 10 minutes.I suggest LaborFinders if your looking to make some extra money if in Tally.Staff at People Ready are just plain lazy.

Temporary staffing agency with an app for destruction. Be aware of the bias and perjury plus prejudice. People of color cant cooperate. I used to enjoy the convenience and cash. But i cant. 2 much confusion not concerned with the crazy. Register with another company

The company is a decent place for temps. But, at the Tallahassee branch Gwen whos the dispatcher is really shady. She will shave your pay. She will lie to you about the availability of work. She will have other workers threaten you because you complaint. She is very manipulating, so please be carefully.Shes like the character Stephen played by Samual L. Jackson from the movie Django but with weave and heels. So please, be very careful!

Issues at this Tallahassee Branch with Paying Daily Labors within a Timely manner! & im Talking about sometimes 48hrs after Job & youre still having 2 ask about wheres your $$!

Email your work ticket after a twelve hour event.. If nobody is in the office you will not be paid.. Until the next day.. Worked a fsu event saturday got off at 7 faxed my work ticket in still not paid might not get paid til monday office closed Sundays lmao.. Wont be working any evening sporting events.

I lost my job came to People ready. And they be working every aince

This past saturday took my boyfriend up to People Ready because he had claimed work tickets for Saturday & Sunday. We arrived at 5:45 AM with our 9 month old. It was around 6 before the lady opening showed up which wasnt a big deal; however, she honked her horn until another person who had been waiting moved their car just so she could back in in front of the building, mind you there was plenty of available parking. She didnt carry anything in, nor did she come back to carry anything in, just rude. Additionally, after arrival she tells my boyfriend that the ticket he claimed they are not sending anybody additional out on that he can sign his name and wait. I was so disgusted especially after seeing her actions earlier then discovering that we were all up there at 5:45 am for no reason. Its really easy to make a phone call and say this ticket has already been filled dont come in, especially when they blow up your phone any other time. Sunday same thing, sent home even though he had claimed the ticket. JUST POOR POOR communication and management.

People ready and their football games are horrible. They recruit all these people to work and than when it was over the guy who was suppose to come pick us up to take us back to our pick up place never showed up! And I am currently still waiting on my pay from them. If they underlay me for my time I will be taking legal action against them.
