This was the worst experience I have ever had. My feet looked better than they did when I went in. Rude and hostile

The building is beautiful, but upon getting a short nail full acrylic set, I was cut on 4 of my fingers from him being rough. I was bleeding and he then attempted to clean my blood with acetone. The nails weren’t even to the corresponding hand and he touched the top coat too early and left his finger print on my nail. My nails looked horrible.

Trina has taken care of my nails for over 15 years now. Enough said, she is amazing!

The nicest ladies, professional staff protected us during this time, took our Temps protected shields during service. My daughter and I came in for pedicures Great service, wonderful pedicures A+ we fell asleep..sooo relaxing !!!We had fun with staff😊🙂💯👍

Had a mani-pedi here today. Nice people, professional work, very clean and a great value. If I lived in Savannah I would be a regular customer! When I visit again, I’ll be sure to return to this salon!

Horrible! The lady show did my pedicure toke forever! It toke her 2 hours just to do a simple gel pedicure. It does not take that long to do a pedicure. Also for my nails they were not buffed right. It looked so awful. And they charge you so much like if it was my fault the other lady would take 2 hours and the my nails didn’t come out how I wanted. I came it at 5:00 PM and left at 8:00 PM. And it was not busy at all. I went to LA Nails and they gladly fixed my nails and came out perfect. World Nails They overcharge you way too much and the customer service is REALLY slow. I do not recommend this place. 🤬

They are very clean and keep EVERYTHING sanitized. The staff was very helpful.

The worst nail salon. When I went there the first time, I had a lady doing my nails and then a man who appeared to be the owner came and stood over her the entire time and consistently kept insisting I don’t get regular polish, that I do what he wanted instead. I repeatedly said no but it was like he didn’t hear me. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time and it was AWFUL. I waited forever to get a simple manicure. Then they told me they wouldn’t do regular polish, only SNS or gel. Extremely rude employees and owner. I got up and left I was so annoyed. This place is absolutely horrible. Not even deserving of one star.

I love World Nails. They are very talented, and always friendly.They are expanding, and moving next door soon!

I have been there several times off and on.The vibe is the feeling that they are doing you a favor by giving you a manicure or pedicure.Tried to give the benefit of the doubt and have gone back.No change in the lackOf good customer service.

This place is new but I feel the tension right when I walk in,, I think the man is the owner but he seem very rude and not friendly,, he did my pedicure and he hurt my toe, also the polish look very bad... Not recommended

IF I COULD GIVE THIS NAIL CRAPY SALON NO STAR!!!! I WOULD!!!I WAS IN A FEW DAYS AGO AND ITS SUCH A TURNOFF ON HOW THEY TREAT YOU.THEY ARE ALWAYS RUSHING ON CLIENTS NAILS. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THE OWNERS SWEAR THEY ARE SO UPPITY AND HIP. I’M TRULY SURPRISED THAT THEY STILL HAVE BUSINESS WITH THIS TYP OF BEHAVIOR, NOT TO MENTION THEY TALK ABOUT YOU IN THEIR LANGUAGE AS IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS!!I WILL FIND SOME OTHER PLACES TO TAKE MY BUSINESS.

I scheduled an appointment for a fill for an ombré set I had, after sitting me down, removing all my gel nail polish back and SHAVING down the nail, they told me they didn’t have time . Seriously wish I could post a picture of what I need fixed now ! Literally on my way to find a salon because they were more concerned about making a business move instead of what I needed as a client .

AWFULLLL.... If I could give a lower rating than one star I would the customer service sucks and the quality of my nails was awful!!!! I paid for the dip powder but received dip rocks, my nails were very lumpy and not evenly buffed. What I received wasn’t worth it!!! So unless u want poor customer service from unfriendly ppl at an over priced rate I don’t recommend WORLD NAILS

I was their twice and both times they did a really bad job on my nails the first time I wanted some letters done on my nails and the lady didnt know how to do them so she did them how she thought they would look ok but they were bad and she cut my fingers so many times that omgs I was thinking of not coming back but I decided to come bad a second time and I told the guy please try not to cut me but it was the same thing my fingers would hurt so bad then the price is horrible

My parents live on the landings i went to World Nails the owner is rude and yells at the nail techs.They are not friendly people.
