Best salon experience I’ve ever had! Chris did my gel set and did an amazing job. I’ve always had some slight pain during the process at other salons and thought that I just had sensitivities but I had no pain with Chris! He worked quickly and diligently and had me out in just under an hour with the cutest set. Will definitely be back!

I went to Snazzy Nails for the first time today. Very pretty inside and very clean! I did make an appointment and they were ready for me immediately. I sat down with Jenny, showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish almond shaped. She did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend.I would highly recommend.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and although I didn’t have an appointment they were really quick with getting me in. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will be going back again! ❤️

My first time coming here was yesterday. The experience was just okay. Lets review the pros first: the salon was very chic and upscale- looking, my nail tech made great conversation while doing my nails and followed directions well, they are EXTREMELY clean( had to wash hands prior to appt, everyone spaced out, and they thoroughly clean after each appt) and they offer a free drink. Now onto the cons: the tech that performed my pedicure was entirely too rough and barely spoke to me. I had to tell her mid-way through that I was uncomfortable (chair was leaned back too far and I couldnt get it to turn on so I could fix by myself). She also messed up my polish but luckily her and someone more experienced switched out towards the end (probably a manager) and she fixed what was messed up.They are also very expensive (see other reviews that mention this). I paid $100 for a basic pedicure with gel polish and full set with gel powder which I believe is outrageous. They need to be upfront on their pricing and ensure that customers are okay with what they charge. I left feeling very cheated. Overall, it was an okay experience but I definitely dont see myself going back.

Definitely my home for mani’s and pedi’s. The service is top quality and everyone is very friendly. They ensure everyone is satisfied with their nails, and it is such a clean place!

I have been here several times. Each time was with a different tech with different experiences. Mainly worthy of no more than a three star. They just happen to have great scheduling and it’s close to my residence. This last time though, is the reason I will not return. The nail tech damaged my cuticle to a point where it bled and needed a bandaid. My nails are natural. I take care of them. She filed the top down to a point where it cracked in the middle. My nails are not as hard as they were. Three are broken, after dealing with her when I’ve never had this problem before. I now have to go and get acrylic to salvage the nails so I don’t lose half my nails.

I love this place this is by the best Nail Lounge in the city.... Its a upgrade from the rest its classy an well worth it ..... I walked in with feet looking like I kicked rocks for living to walking out with pretty feet lol.... Thank yall Im a very happy customer

I love Snazzy nails. I was recommended by a good friend of mine and as soon as I visited the first time i found Jenny. She is my favorite 😻 i have in grow nails in my foot and hands, is very painful. Now i can be up to 3 weeks without doing my nails and still good. Will recommend you to make an appointment that will guarantee your time and specific person you want to get. But so far I am very pleased 😀

The people were friendly, but I’ll never go here again. I got a basic pedicure which is $28. The tech asked me if I would like gel polish instead of regular. I said “sure” I figured it would be no more than $5-10 extra bucks for gel. I went to pay and they told me $50! I asked them how could it be so much and she said the gel is an up charge. I have never in my life been anywhere where it was an extra $22 for gel polish!

Got the Volcano Spa Pedicure with a gel French manicure. No wait. Very clean spa. Massage chairs and they offered me a drink as well. Large color selection if you want color.. So relaxing.. Awesome job, I will definitely be back for all pedicures!

I was very impressed with my whole experience. Upon being greeted I was kindly asked to wash my hands ( very important during this time) The tech opened a new sterile bag of nail utensils for me, once again they are keeping germs to a minimum. I am 9 months pregnant and they kept a very close eye on me and asked if I was okay often. 😊 The tech did a great job on my pedicure! My son will have a well manicured mama soon! The decor inside and equipment is beautiful! I have never seen such a beautiful salon/ lounge! I felt like royalty! 👑 thanks guys for setting me up with a point system so I can receive free services! I will be back for a mimosa in a few months Haha 😂

If you had asked me before my last visit on Thursday I would have given them 5 stars hands down. I average between 1 to 2 hundred. This time, not happy at ALL. My nails lasted two days before they started lifting, peeling, and cracking on a holiday weekend. Ill gladly give them 5 stars depending on how this is handled. Ill also post the before and after... once they get fixed. Im a really chill and laid back person. To me this isnt cool. So we shall see what happens Tuesday.I do apologise it has taken me so long to get back to this but life happens. Chris the owner is a very humble man, how you interact with people is very important to me, He saw exactly what was wrong, he fixed it, he did what I originally asked and I put my nails to h*** the past 2 weeks and the only reason Im going to go back today is I need them shorter.. As a first time customer after moving into the area, I went in to get an acrylic overlay on top of a damaged toenail. I didnt have an appointment. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The facility was clean. The prove was fair. The employees were polite and professional. And during Covid... Employees and customers were all wearing masks. I would return.

I was extremely pleased. All of the personnel are wonderful. I will continue to do business with them. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for a nail salon. Also, the pricing is reasonable. 5 stars.

I recommend an appointment as they can be busy on the weekends. You may have to wait a half hour without an appointment. The techs all speak perfect English and you are not pressured to upgrade pedicures, designs, or waxing. The dip ($40) is a little higher than typical salons but the work is flawless. Most importantly, the salon is clean and the tools are all sanitized. They even use plastic covers over the foot tubs. I highly recommend. Oh and there is wine! I posted a photo of the thermal dip.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I came in for a pedicure because I work on my feet all day and enjoy the leg and foot massages, but I didn’t realize it was appointment only right now until I saw their sign (fyi). A man came out to talk to me and I asked about making an appointment but he said they actually had an opening at that moment so he let me come in. All guests must currently wash their hands as soon as they come in and wear a mask at all times. They are also at half capacity with their chairs as well and I felt very comfortable. My technician was very quiet but did a fine job overall and listened to what I wanted done.

I wish I would have found this place when I first moved to Savannah. I am super picky when it comes to my nails so I’m happy I finally found a place that actually does them right. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons here in Savannah and have not returned. I really enjoy the atmosphere of Snazzy Nail & Bar. I absolutely recommend this place. You can enjoy a relaxing massage while your getting a pedicure or sip on some wine.

If you want quality, top notch service, Snazzy Nail Lounge is the place you want to go. Today a female came into the salon that did not have an appointment, the owner calmly explained to her that he and the staff had to work on the clients that had appointments first and that if she came back in an hour they would be able to service her. She became irate and yelled that “other salons” would see her right away and that she shouldn’t have to come back, they should be able to fit her in. With this salon, instead of having the clients having a long wait inside, the owners and staff let potential clients know what time they can come back to be serviced without a wait. What makes me upset is that she caught in attitude and left a bad review, not being truthful about what really happened. The owners and staff were extremely professional with her. Snazzy Nail Lounge values all of their clients, appointments and walk ins, but if the salon is packed with clients that made appointments, those clients will be seen first. Being upset because a business what’s the best service for each individual is ridiculous. On top of all the attitude she gave, she had the audacity to call back for the appointment they originally tried to give her, but it was already taken and I guess she thought she would get revenge by posting a bad review. But Snazzy Nail Lounge will always be successful because they treat each person like family. Walk in or appointment.

I had the pleasure of having Cody do my nails and Jordan do my pedicure. They both did a great job. They were nice and very attentive. My polish was perfect. Jordan made my feet nice and smooth. The prices were very reasonable. They were short staff, and I did have to wait a while for my pedicure ; but it definitely was worth the wait. I will definitely be back.Update:Second time: Cody did my nails again. I had him repaint them, due to I wanted the polish to cover my entire nail. He repainted them and when I get home I notice that they are kinda messy and he should have done another coat. The polish is not evenly applied.The lady that did my feet cut my toes numerous times, causing bleeding. My husband said his lady cut his toes up too. Wont be going back.

The lady in the Chanel shirt that did my toe nails was absolutely awful. Jerked around my feet and was rough. Took her 10 mins to do my whole pedicure. And as soon as she was done she rushed out the door and left. She should be gone.

I walked in there today only to be told that it’s an hour & half wait due to “appointments.” The answer I received was that they have to take care of their clientele first before walk-ins Bc they are important. I 10-15 minutes later then the earliest would be 1:30. When challenged, they didn’t have an answer and went back to say they never said that. But they did verbatim (you do have cameras with recordings).Apparently, they only care about their clients whom make appointments. Walk-ins aren’t treated equally. I’ll never give them my hard earned money.

This is such a classy and snazzy looking salon! You walk in and immediately are shocked by how gorgeous it is. Everyone is friendly and does a great job of working with each other.

I recently started going to get the dip powder on my nails also known as S and S. My nails would chip on the sides and my top coat started to peel off after showers or contact with water. According to what I read online, dip powder does not need to utilize the UV lamp. That is the point to getting the powder. They did repair the nails in between my full sets but I do not have the time to go back weekly. I also ended up going to another nail salon that did my nails and there was a huge difference in their process. No UV lighting and nails held up much longer. I would have given a higher rating if I felt as if I was getting good quality.

I am new to the area and was looking for a nail salon. This place had decent reviews so I tried. It. I am very disappointed. I saw Jenny. She was rude, didn’t give me what I wanted (I asked for sns and got gel) she was very rough with my hands to the point I have to tell her it hurt. I was cut with the dremel twice to the point of bleeding and my index fingernail was cut down to the quick. Do not see her if you go. The other people were very nice and their work was much better on other clients. My nails look ok but definitely not 50$ worth. I’ll be telling everyone about my experience.

In Savannah from out of town on a business trip and was trying to find a nail salon for a refill and pedicure.Was treated like a VIP, gentle hands on both my hands and feet. Due to some deformities of my nails, its hard to find someone who takes the time to be attentive to my needs and not end up with marred up fingers from the drill. This is the best place for for manicures, pedicures, and full service waxing. I e been going there for years and have never had an issue. I get gel manicures and my nails look fabulous for at least a month. I get a regular pedicure and it lasts at least 4 weeks. Now that they have added waxing, Ive had my brows done and they were perfect and pain free.Everyone has always been exceptionally friendly and professional. They recently remodeled and the salon is gorgeous. I dont trust anyone else with my nails and wouldnt know what to do if they werent there.Tip - make an appointment because they are always busy. If you want the best, expect for them to take their time to give you the quality service you deserve.Thank you Snazzy for being the best salon in Savannah!

Beautiful interior with modern looks. Large selection of pedicure options! When I went in a couple days ago, there were people from a church came in and sang Christmas songs to us! One negative thing I will say is that my skin began to bleed when she was taking care of my cuticles, and I don’t think she took the necessary steps to prevent blood contamination on any of the equipment.

I have visited this salon 3 times in the past few months. Each time, the staff was always courteous and honored my appointment time. I’m always very pleased with my services. During my most recent visit, I needed a toenail polish change but my foot was in a surgical boot as I’m recovering from a procedure. The young lady actually sat on the floor to polish my toenails! They went out of their way to accommodate me.

Ive had a lot of bad experiences at other nail salons, from the first time I went in here they listen to what I wanted and they actually gave me what I wanted! They are super fast at getting my nails done and have a great selection of polish colors. Plus the salon is always clean which I super appreciate!

I started going to Snazzy Nails for the convenience, near my home. I have continued to go as I have gotten familiar with the staff. Their service has always been good, quick and accommodating. My only complaint are the chairs, especially up at the bar. The are heavy, consequently hard to move. They are too Tall, I am short legged and the metal is uncomfortable. But I continue to go and have taken my grandaughter with me. We like the atmosphere and the friendliness of everyone there.. I have recommended this shop to several friends.

This nail salon/lounge is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. They have a lot of colors to choose from, including gel polishes .They are frirndlf and professional. I was 110% satisfied with the work they did on my nails today and cant wait to go back.
