Unit 52 at Destin Towers was very clean, inviting and comfortable. Chris was very responsive and helpful with check in and out info. The view was magnificent and I highly recommend Bluewater rentals in Destin!

This has been by far one of my favorite places to stay. The room was spot on. And The view was amazing. Everything was so clean and ready for us to take over and enjoy as our home for the week. There were 8 in our group and each one of us were very comfortable and had plenty of space, very roomy for us to enjoy. This room has access to a beautiful pool and hot tub(hot tub was being renovated at the time of our stay). We walked every night on the Harborwalk Village and enjoyed many different adventures and views for each day. The boat access to the beach was great. There were times we just road the boat back and forth just to experience the view. (We saw lots of dolphins). Our view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. We had a corner room and you can see it all, the harborwalk village, crab island and many boats and dolphins. The access to so many adventures was great with this stay. We enjoyed a pontoon rental for the day and everyone in our group enjoyed that. Also my husband got to experience a fishing trip on one of fishing excursion and had a blast. Our girls rented a kayak and we were able to watch them paddle the whole viewing area from our balcony. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort And hope to come back and visit soon.

Had a wonderful experience with blue water rentals Mediterranea by the Sea condo #313. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary and enjoyed every minute in Destin. Our condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we could need. The beach was a short walk with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to spend the day. We also enjoyed the pool. Everything was perfect and relaxing!

This was our first time staying at the Emerald in Destin but will not be our last. The condo was exactly as advertised…comfortable, spacious and clean. We had no issues during our stay but the couple times I texted Chris with questions he responded immediately. The location was perfect and the staff were helpful and courteous. We plan on returning and will absolutely choose to book through Bluewater Rentals again,

This place is absolutely PERFECT!!! Me and some friends stayed here for the FUDS volleyball tournament. The host was responsive and helpful and the place was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with an amazing view and all the amenities you could need!! We loved the lazy river and the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back and stay!

Just stayed a week with Blue Water rentals and all I can say is WOW!!!! The room was amazing. The best view of the marina and would highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Chris was quick with responses and very professional. You can book with confidence

My husband and I stayed at the Emerald Grande in condo 927 over labor day weekend with the kids and we all loved the condo! There was so much space for eveyone to have their own room and restroom which was really convenient having teen girls! My favorite part was the view!! Master and living room have seperate balconies with a gorgeous view of the blue waters. Location is also a big plus. It is located on the Harbor Boardwalk. You can literally walk to eat, party, the beach, or excursions because of the location. We will definitely continue to stay with Bluewater anytime we stay in the Destin area.

My family and I are just returning from a week at Mediterranea in Miramar Beach. Bluewater Rentals was great to work with from making our reservations to the departure. This beautiful unit was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely be back. We will also be using Bluewater Rentals when planning our next trip to Destin.

My family and I booked a weekend at the Emerald Grande through Chris at Bluewater rentals. Upon arrival there was a mixup with my name and couldn’t find my reservation (mistake on my end). Chris was quick to answer the phone and get it taken care of (even on a Saturday!) The condo we stayed in was clean, roomy, and was stocked with plenty of towels and comfy beds. We had a great view of crab island and loved the convenience of the restaurants and shopping at harbor walk. My children loved the pool and it was even perfect for my 2 year old. We will definitely be using Chris and Bluewater for all future Destin vacations!

Hands down one of my favorite vacations! The kids had a blast and cant stop talking about the beach house! They loved having the arcade game in their room that was also filled with bunk beds and TVs.House was very clean and nice upon arrival. Right on the beach with wonderful views of the ocean. House is newly updated and very nice looking. Mini pool on bottom level was a hit with the kids. Cant wait to book with them again next year!

We met up with friends for spring break and we loved the rental property at Emerald Grande! It was a beautiful condo and the property manager Chris Mcllwain was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

We spend a long family weekend back in March in Unit 927. We had a wonderful time. Nice floor plan for three families. Large living space and the kitchen was perfect. We spent alot of time in doing puzzles and enjoying meals together. The location is so perfect for Destin. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, water activies. Chris was a wonderful host and was very helpful recovering an item that was left behind. I would hightly recommend to anyone - groups, families, etc. I will definietly be back.

We rented the 4 bedroom Emerald Grande Unit 726 for Memorial Day weekend from Chris and he was great! The unit was perfect for our group. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities. Unit is gorgeous! Everything we needed was there. Will definitely rent from this company again.

We just returned back from our stay at the Emerald Grande in Destin. The rental was beautiful. The condo views were amazing, and the condo was very clean and well-stocked. Booking, checking in, and checking out was a breeze! Chris was very prompt with responses when I had questions. Cant wait to return again in the future!

We booked a condo at Destin West Bayside Unit 307 in the Pelican Building. We loved our stay here. We will definitely return. Condo unit right above pool and lazy river. Unit was clean and spacious. Family friendly. We would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at Mediterranea E313 this past February. This condo has everything from cleanliness, comfortable and stylish furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful view. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Master bed is new and gives you a wonderful night’s sleep. If you need maintenance they are very responsive.The elevator, covered parking, hot tub and exercise room were appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay and look forward to our return.Chris is excellent to work with and highly recommend.

Condo that we stayed in was perfectly located, easy parking just steps away and the use of access codes instead of having to physically check in/out was so convenient! Condo was spotlessly cleaned and updated and directly on the beach!

I am sad that I do not get to tell you how beautiful this condo was, because of COVID-19 we had to cancel. :( However, I will tell you how great the property manager was in this situation. He emailed to tell me the beach was closed until April 30th, and if I wanted to cancel I would get a FULL refund!! I know several people who were supposed to vacation to Florida for spring break who only got a portion of their money back. Thank you for being this generous in this trying time.

The house my family and I stayed in was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous beach decor. It was in a nice location, with A Very short walk to the beach on a private sidewalk. We felt safe having our 13 and 15 year old to walk to the beach without us which was very important. I would recommend this location and would stay here again on our next visit.

Had a last minute trip planned and Chris was extremely helpful in taking care of me and my family. The condo we stayed in at Emerald Grande was fantastic and had everything we needed. The view was great, the stay was great, and Chris was amazing!

1818 sundestin, we just left today and it was FANTASTIC!!! We had something for everyone, the splashpad for my 2 year old, pool and ocean for the rest of us! Would highly recommend this condo! The fireworks were amazing from the panoramic windows and balcony!

Had to make a last minute business trip the week of Christmas to Desion. I was referred to Bluewater by a friend so I called Chris and he set my wife and I up at the Destin Towers. Great view and nice amenities made for an amazing weekend! Working with Chris was as easy as it gets. We will definitely be coming back and we will definitely be calling Chris at Bluewater for our next vacation!!!

Shoreline Gardens 22. We had a great stay. The rental was very clean, and its just a short walk to the beach!

My family stayed for spring break at the Emerald Grande at Destins Harbour Walk. We had the fortune of renting from Chris with Blue Water Rentals. I have stayed before with other owners and not had near the experience. The condo was clean and inviting as well as stocked with all of the conveniences of home. The only thing that my family had to worry about was how to make as many wonderful memories as we could. Chris was readily available by text when I reached out to let him know that we were checking out a couple of hours early (with-in a couple of minutes on a Saturday morning). Thank you Chris. Staff was very helpful and professional getting us through our spring break reservation after our original reservations property by was sold that we booked through Airbnb. Unit we booked at Sundestin through bluewater was beautiful, clean and very well kept. Will be going through Bluewater whenever we visit Destin.

Recently we had to cancel our vacation plans to PCB due to Hurricane Michael. Fortunately, Destin was storm free so we scrambled to make alternate plans. I contacted Chris with BWR and he was able to secure a condo for us at Emerald Grande, which was awesome! I cannot say enough positive things about Chris. He was wonderful from start to finish in helping our family have the best vacation ever! The condo (unit 623) at Emerald Grande was immaculate with a great view and amenities. plus withing walking distance to Harbor Walk Village and restaurants.
