I had a great experience with True Blue Auto Care. Saj and his team helped me get back to the Bay Area after replacing my radiator. Im grateful they were able to help me within 4-5 hours since I needed to be back home the same evening. Im especially thankful to Monica at the front office. Shes not only friendly, but extremely empathetic to everybody who walks through the front door. A man whose car had broken down nearby walked in asking if Monica spoke Spanish since he wasnt fluent with English. She joked with him in what Spanish she knew and he walked away not only with the helpful instructions that Monica patiently and slowly explained to him but in a lighter mood thanks to her friendly and calm demeanor. She extended the same generosity to me, and Im luckier for it. It was a pleasure to meet the True Blue team and I would recommend their kind, professional, and quality services.

The entire staff is so wonderful to do business with. Most recently I had to repair my vehicle, as I was selling it. I always know that Saj, the owner is being honest and is not overcharging me. I was referred to then by a coworker, and am so happy I found this place, and not being taken for a ride by the dealership. They are super accommodating, and truly appreciate their customers

Was recommended to try this location. Office was detailed in the work that would be taking place, they discussed additional items that may need to be addressed and provided a quote for the additional work. My truck had not had an alignment since it was purchased and they were understanding of my situation and did not make me feel pressured into extra work that I was not comfortable with. Having them do additional work on the truck as I felt they really had my vehicles interest in mind, not just trying to up-charge for everything. Very happy. Would recommend.

The true Blue staff is great! Friendly and most importantly honest. The owner Saj never made me feel like I couldnt hold a conversation about my car because I am female. I’m from LA and needed to get my car serviced. True blue was recommended to me by someone at an America’s tire and so I gave them a call. Monica at the front desk is super nice and professional and I’m happy to be leaving my car with them. They also have some great deals!

Called around the local auto places for quotes on freon refill and they had the best prices and good reviews. They are also around the corner from a great park that I took the kids to while I waited the few hours for service. Great first impression and have scheduled additional long overdue repairs. No pressuring or talking down to me either. Highly recommend.

Honest and reasonable is the best way I can describe Saj at True Blue. As someone that is not a mechanic and doesnt know a lot about cars, I put my guard up when it comes to auto work and want to make sure Im getting a good deal and only doing the work that is necessary. Ive been in the Roseville area for 6 years and havent found a mechanic I trusted so before getting some suspension work done on my truck, I went to several shops to get estimates.Not only did the pricing come back better with Saj but he was the only one that I felt was giving me an honest opinion and suggestion. Coincidentally, each shop had a different opinion but none were able to explain the job to me as clearly as Saj and also help me understand the priority in what needed to be done. He never tried to upsell me or get me to do additional work which is exactly how I felt with the other shops.Moving forward: Ill be taking all my vehicles to True Blue and Id highly suggest you calling and working with Saj before you get ANY work done on your car. They worked with my schedule as I needed my truck back and got the work done without any hassle or any things they discovered and I am happy with the work and the price. Save yourself some money and go straight here--dont waste your money on multiple assessments like I did!

Seeking repairs out of town is always an uneasy feeling. After a few moments speaking with owner Saj we were at ease. Professional repair at really reasonable price point. Completely satisfied. I brought my Toyota SUV to True Blue Auto Care when I began to hear an abnormal noise coming from under the hood and for a general maintenance check up. It can be intimidating dealing with car problems and repair, and even just general maintenance. However, Saj and all of the staff at True Blue are so friendly, kind and welcoming, and so thorough with clear, prompt communication from start to finish with no hidden surprises whatsoever. Saj did a complete diagnostic on my Toyota and addressed the noise I was hearing, which turned out to be something minor that could wait a few more months, and he communicated a few other typical maintenance issues. He worked with me to come up with a plan to address all the issues that fit well within my budget. Saj is genuine, trustworthy, kind, honest, and highly skilled I cant imagine bringing my vehicle to anyone else. I highly recommend True Blue Auto Care.

I had a really good experience with this auto shop. They were upfront and honest and kept me posted every step of the way. I didn’t feel like they were constantly trying to get me pay more repairs I didn’t really need. They even had me come back a few weeks later to check on their repairs. I will be returning (but hopefully not soon, haha).

My 2002 Ford F150 sprung a coolant leak and I took it in to True Blue on an unscheduled basis. True Blue repaired the leak and took care of other items that were overdue like belts and hoses. They did the work promptly and the charges were very reasonable. I was able to take my scheduled fishing trip to Idaho the next day and the truck ran flawlessly. Thank you True Blue!

I called in to make an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection and got an appointment for the next day! The guys did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and gave me a breakdown of the few concerns they had. I am not a customer of this business. But I will be after what a neighboring business put me through! Basically, the smog station next door screwed up & told me I could drop a vehicle off at my convenience over the weekend, then just drop off the keys Monday on my way to work & they would run the smog test at their convenience that day or the next. When I arrived to drop off the keys, the guy working was incredibly rude & said my car would be towed if I left it there because parking lot is for customers, not for cars to be left. UGH, wasnt I a customer??I asked if I could park it along the curb across from the parking spaces & was told no, that belongs to next door & theyll have it towed. UGH again! So I went next door to True Blue, explained the situation to a very nice man, who not only gave me permission to park there, but gave me some tips I will certainly use in the future. I was in a panic & he made my worries go away.I do not need the services of this business at the moment, but will never forget how nicely I was treated that day & will definitely give this business a try when I need it. While the place next door lost a longtime customer, you have gained a new one. Thanks again!!

Rip -off ! They claim to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection to determine the worthiness of the vehicle to buy. They charge $100 for this and all it is is a visual inspect of your vehicle and the listen to the sound of the engine. Really? Firestone does the same for $20.00.

1st visit. New in town and dont know where to go...I Dropped in on a busy day. They werent able to fit me in immediately but came to my car, checked my fluids and tire pressure and added air to two tires, assured me oil color and level was OK for my drive to the bay area and sent me on my way. 2nd visit. Went on what turned out to be a Hot day to check to see if ac was worth repairing in an 1984 Olds 98. It wasnt...needed a total rebuild. When I went to pick up the car (it was too heavy, so I couldnt) I found that Instead of parking the car out back with the other cars being worked on, Jeff parked it next to the building in she shade for me. Who does this? Family does. Ill be back.
