Coming to this shop I requested a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. My eyebrows and pedicure which was done by someone else I have no issues with. My manicure on the other hand was HORRIBLE let’s start with how thick she applied my acrylic in which was a MMA a product that is illegal to use in the state of Ga. This acrylic when applied instantly started burning, burning so bad I needed relief ASAP she sprayed alcohol on my nails to cool it off. Then when filing my nails she filed them so hard and rough that the side of my finger started bleeding!!! when shaping my nails she did not try to hold my nail bed to insure no tugging or pulling the entire process was painful!!!! I complained the entire way and she had a excuse for my complaints that would result in no fix! Once leaving the shop I started experiencing swelling, itching and irritation of the tips of my finger. I contacted another shop immediately and got advice of the reaction to MMA and that’s what I was suffering from! This shop which is IIE NAIL BAR got me a appointment to immediately remove the nails and redid them! My nails are no longer swollen and irritated!! I went back to Princess Nails and explain I had a bad reaction to their acrylic and had to get the nails removed. I told her I did not want them touching my nails because of the poor care and handling of my nails and fingers. That’s why I had another shop remove them I asked for some type of compensation due to my reaction and mis treatment of my nails. I was told that there was nothing they would do or could do because I could be lying they would not accept the pictures I showed told me they needed their own pictures and would normally call the police in order to get any compensation I asked to speak to a manager and was told the he runs multiple shops and DOES NOT TALK TO PPL! I am highly disappointed, angry, upset and out of 125 dollars because this shop is inconsiderate and only cares about being paid! Even through I liked my toes and eyebrows I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP AND ID ADVISE YOU DONT EITHER! They are using illegal products and my reaction could have been WORST or have gotten worst if I kept that acrylic on my nails!!! They have no care or concerns for anyone’s health or hard earned money! Please be careful! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Don’t let this place ruin your nails and possibly cause actual damage to your finger tips!!!!!!’ I will be contacting the better business bureau!!!

Well, after a horrible experience at Tiptop Nails inside the Oglethorpe Mall. I was referred here by a coworker whose eyelashes 👉 ALWAYS👈 look fabulous. They do an excellent job in a timely manner at a cheaper price and awesome customer service. What more could I ask for 😊

I understand that nowadays things can be stressful, but that doesn’t mean act nasty. I don’t usually use their services but my mother got her lashes done with E. I got my nails done by Helen, attitude whole time. I’m a quiet customer, so I was confused about what the issue was. The shaping, bad. The lengths, didn’t match. A nail popped off in the shower three days later. For $50 I could’ve gotten way better quality and service.

Its a new man in there that massage u too hard when doing ur pedicure, they know who he is.... 😒 A pedicure /manicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience please sir, the young girl really not all that gr8 @nail u got some mean one s in there also. Learn how to wax eyes without using a razor thats the purpose of waxing. These places have truly become to comfortable with themselves.

I haven’t gotten my nails done by them in a while so I decided to get them done today because I was already getting a pedicure. Worse decision ever. My gel polish is so lumpy I hate it. I asked the lady was she rushing on my fingers because she didn’t even care to smooth the polish out and she was polishing half my nail beds. I had to have her go over 5 different nails where she missed polish. Let’s just say I don’t think I will ever go back there not even for pedicures. Very disappointed

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a rip off. We waited over 40 minutes for a fill in and then was charged 45.00. A new set is cheaper then a fill in. When asked why it was so much they told me cause I got gel polish. Ive been to other nail salons and got gel polish and have never paid that kind of money for a fill in. I will never go back to this salon. 1st time and last time visiting it. Lesson learned......

Went in for mani-pedi; 20 min wait. Placed feet in water for 30min while tech ate dinner. Without feeling feet, tech grabbed grater thing to scrape. My feet are soft w/no callous. I requested a gel mani and recd regular that was not buffed and came out lumpy uneven. I ju$st pd and left. I will not return.

I appreciate the prices but they always mess up my nails I go only in emergency but every time I give them a try I always have a bad experience there but they do great eyebrows
