The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. Its a very comfortable environment, and you feel at home while relaxing in their waiting room. They provide excellent service, and a family friendly environment!This was my first time coming to Kings N Queens, and it will be my regular spot for all of my car detail needs!

This is the best out car has ever had in any state. Al and his crew power washed forest, then hand washed using lots of soap and rags for a very thorough professional cleaning. Highly recommend!

I rented a uhaul from them and they offered to wash my car while I was using the Uhaul van. I was blown away. My car didn’t look this nice the day I bought it brand new 12 years ago!!! Wonderful people. I will go there every time I need a Uhaul and/or a car wash!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I asked to have a quick outside only wash and didnt ask for price. After an almost 2 hour wait I was charged $30 for and outside only wash. They didnt even clean the windows. I asked $30 for outside only and the response was, yes, your truck is a big truck. Its a 4 door silverado.if that wasnt bad enough, they also locked the keys inside my vehicle and asked if I had another set. I will never go back and do not recommend then at all. I tried to support them as a black business. Bad service and too expensive.

We rented a uhaul and were supposed the pick it up at this place and they were closed. We called the owners number to ask about picking up o it rental and she was immediately in professional and rude to us. She told us she had no idea why they would rent us a uhaul for pickup there since they were out of town since yesterday. She then rudely said to call the 1 800 number and hung up. She offered no help to us and didn’t even give an apology. This was the worst experience ever and we will never do any sort of business with them again.

Every employee was super friendly. Cute little mom and pop hand washing car wash. It did take some time for them to wash my car but they were extremely thorough and my crossover looks great after having taken two long road trips before the wash.

Horrible customer experience. Trying to support black owned business got me the worst customer experience ever... The lady was rude from the time i walked in the door. Didnt walk me to me Uhaul when there was thugs and drug addicts hanging out front. The Uhaul was in the back of the property with barely any lights around. Worst place stay away. Oh yeah they will over charge you. Pay attention to your statement

Paid $100 to have my car detailed because of a bad odor. They pumped it full of scents and half cleaned it. They did clean part of the trunk area (only part of it, not even the entire trunk) where the odor began, but ignored the rest of the car. Two days later I cleaned it myself and was amazed at the dirt I got off the seats and dash just by wiping it down with car cleaning wipes! Will never go back.

I have always been pleased the 3 times I have been there, whatever my issue was or was, was always fixed. Not like it was a big issue just a spot in the inside missed or overlooked. But for the price you cant really beat this. The other good thing is that they can come pick your vehicle up and drop off.

Visiting from Philadelphia and wanted to get the car cleaned from the trip down. They did a great job, friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail - I would recommend these guys.

Owner is gross and disgusting, especially towards women. I do not recommend this place. If you are a woman steer clear, for your own safety.
